First time here. The food was delicious. Just how a small cafe should be. Big servings at a good price. Definitely going to be my new breakfast place. Staff welcoming and friendly.

I completely judged this book by its cover. Ok, this restaurant looks very outdated. It's located in an area where it seemed a bit sketchy but to be honest, the best food always comes from these type of areas. I'm not from Stockton so I could be judging the area a little too much. We gave it a go and walked in. Food was smelling delicious! The host had this fun energy vibe to her and it made us feel good. We were seated with menus and service right away. We ordered the Mexican omelette and Chicken Fried steak. It looked delicious and it tasted delicious! I really enjoyed my breakfast. Overall, even tho the outside seemed outdated, the food inside was delicious however, I did use the restroom and it was very dirty but overall, this review is fully based on my breakfast experience. I do recommend this place as you will walk out with a full stomach. Great size portioned plates for a great price.

Haven't been here in so long and it was yummy as always. Hubby ordered the meat lovers breakfast burrito. Filled with ham, bacon, sausage, egg and cheese. Huge and delicious. It comes with a side and he picked the fruit I ordered the western cheeseburger. Had a big cheeseburger and onion rings on it. Ordered with fries on the side. Staff is friendly and accommodating... We will be back again soon.

Went for breakfast all of the food had a fish taste to it. Toast was burned beyond black. Won't be returning.

The ordering process is simple: order at the counter, grab a table, and place your order number on top. The staff then delivers the food directly to you. Service was slow since there was only 1 person taking orders but our wait for the food was reasonable, it took about 20 minutes. We ordered three bowls of clam chowder and shared the prosciutto bianca styled pinsa pizza. The clam chowder was delicious and the pizza was good even though it got a bit hard as it cooled. Overall both dishes were delicious. The soup and pizza combination hit the spot.

The manager must be a family member, for the original owners to allow this location to go so far down. I stopped in today, after months. 6 months, checked my last review. Yes had an issue that time. Thought maybe the staff changed. I ordered on the kiosk as always, most of the staff looked at me repeatedly, finally, one offered to help, after a customer, a lady nicely told him I was first, he told me he will be with me after. After finishing, he said someone will get my ordered made. No one ever acknowledged my order. Some staff, kept going to the back, coming up front, looking at each other and laughing. So, since the shake machine is in the back, out of sight, I didn't trust them making it, so I stopped a staff member and asked to cancel my order. He did without an issue, because no one bother to start it. As the on duty manager was refunding me. A staff member came from the back and lowly asked him if it was canceled. He turned and said yes. So maybe, they already cleaned the machine and don't want to use it, not sure. He did offer a free pastry, I had one on my order, but told him no, it was ok. Always make a point to withhold your money, if you aren't treated as a wanted customer. Everything is too high nowadays. And unfortunately, employees think, their bosses pay them, regardless of money coming through the business. Also, after the previous manager, the food quality has gone way down. It's sad to see the place so empty, compared to how it was before. So disappointing!

What wasn't on the plan was getting food and taking it home or cooking. So luckily for us it wasn't too busy inside for dinning. Yes there were a lot of Togo orders. But nobody but us for the dine in order. So, I took that as a Major win for us. The menus on the back wall are kinda far to read, for me that is. But they also menus for you. This is our second time dinning in. We did last summer and ordered take out for the sandwiches on another visit. The place is pretty chill and the AC works pretty good, especially how hot Stockton gets during the Summer. There's tables and a large Tv for you. While we ate , I was watching the FIFA World Cup on the big screen. Cool that they had it on. The what time was non-existent, like boom Bam. We both loved the food. Zero complaints from us. I actually got pretty freaking full. My daughter couldn't finish up her plate. So I did help out the cause by eating some of her rice. I just added it to my vermicelli bowl. So, yeah we'll definitely be back. Probably for some Banh Mi sandwiches they are hella good her BTW. Id say like my favorite in the 209. Well that's all folks. Papaya Salad: Fresh, bright, and a great healthy appetizer! Garlic Butter Soft Shell Crab: I appreciated the quality of the soft shell crab, which was crispy and rich. Garlic Noodles: While these were simple, these buttery noodles satisfied our cravings. Rockfish: This was the final dish we all tried, which was a huge portion size. Besides navigating the bones, the fish was of quality and went well with the side noodles, vegetables, and fish sauce. Great experience with a variety of dishes!

Safe to say everything was delicious! We started with the grilled garlic butter oysters and wow... super rich, buttery, and packed with flavor. Definitely a must order! Got the garlic noodles too really good, but lowkey wish we had gone with the lobster noodles or blue prawn noodles instead. A picture of them popped up on the TV while we were waiting and they looked insanely good... instant food envy. The dodging cow was another standout. The combo of garlic, steak, and onions just worked so well together tons of flavor in every bite. Juicy and tender with every bite! Also tried the banh mi fries, which were a fun twist. The pickled veggies kept things fresh, jalapeños added a nice kick, and the fries stayed crispy underneath it all. While we waited, I grabbed a Thai IPA, super hoppy, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day. Service was great too. Staff was friendly, attentive, and gave solid recommendations! I wish we would've tried more dishes! Overall, really good eats and a great vibe. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to.

It's a casual ambiance, order at the register, then seat yourself and they bring your food out. My go-to has always been the yellow curry with chicken, but decided to try their basil chicken most recently and it was delicious! The sauce had a sweetness to it that was well balanced by the basil, but I do wish they added Thai chilis for some spice like authentic Pad Kra Pao. You also can't go wrong with any of their noodle dishes. They have vegan options as well and my family loves the papaya salad. Portions are generous, the space is clean and spacious, and the service is always friendly. If you haven't been here yet, definitely give them a try next time you're in Stockton.
