Tous Les Jours has been one of my best since I was a kid. It's a franchise bread company. I think they taste better than Paris Baguette.

I love this bakery! the workers are so nice, and the breads there taste so good!!! i fell in love with their chicken baguette.... although the price is higher than other bakeries, i feel like it is worth the money, unlike 85C (their prices are cheap but all their breads taste the same). This place is pricey for it's non fresh bread. Iv'e tried their Americano ice coffee, as well. Disappointingly their drinks are nothing special. Their bread is also towards the smaller side. I do have to say their get a lot of business off of h-mart,so I guess the location is good. They sell cakes as well, which are quite tasty. However, too small for the large price. One time I saw a fly buzzing in their bread containers. Haven't bought anything since. read more

I will rate this bakery a 3 star right now mainly because I had the best and the worst cakes here. We bought a mocha cake which was around almost 30 dollars for my sister's birthday and everyone loved it because it was really good! The cake was moist, the frosting has the right consistency and it wasn't too sweet, unlike the other cakes I had before in other bakeries. So over-all, I was pleased that everyone liked it. The other time though, I bought the same cake but this time, I had to return it because it tasted a bit sour and the cake was tad bit dry. Lucky, it's only a few blocks away from my mom's house. I asked the Korean lady there if I can exchange the cake for something else and she asked me what the problem was. Although, she was kinda hesitant and told me they never had that experience with their customers before, (I told her she can taste it for herself!), she exchanged it for something else since it's the only one left of that kind. I wish that didn't happen because I never did buy cakes from them from then on. Maybe I can give it another shot next time I visit Diamond Bar. read more

2014 update and an upgrade: fresh pastries, great service, friendly employees, and clean space inside HMART. i can't say anything about the cakes, because it's been too long since i've purchased one. *********************************************************** TRUE STORY. I bought some pastries several months ago and ate some and had one in my room to eat later. While I was cleaning, I must have knocked the pastry off the table and somehow, it made its way under the bed. I totally forgot about the pastry and just went about my business for days. Days later, I found the pastry and picked it up and it still looked good. Weird, I thought. BUT, I didn't eat it. I kept looking at it because it's GLOSSY color was still there! I told everyone in the house to NOT throw the bread away. I was just so curious to see how long it would take to spoil. Weeks went by..... NOT A SINGLE MOLD. 2 MONTHS LATER... (I SWEAR TO YOU)... NOT A MOLD AT ALL, but finally, the bread got squishy. I got so disgusted, I emailed headquarters in LA a few times about their pastries and cakes, but I still haven't received a response. I even sent a message through their website and asked them "What kind of chemical do you use to keep your bread so fresh?" Of course, they never responded to me....because they just don't give a f**k. I'm really beginning to wonder if they just bring out the same bread EVERY day until it sells. Maybe I should do some sort of experiment on that store and mark each bread with something... hmmm.... I've also tried their mocha cake and it was completely dried up and tasteless. My friend had the worst birthday cake ever and I ended up paying about $24 for that nasty cake. It might have been sitting in that display cake for a week or so, tops. I'm beginning to wonder if they use Sulfites in their products. JUST A NOTE: When I BUY 85C bread, and bread from other bakeries, it MOLDS in a matter of days because it's SO FRESH. read more

Actually they have good bakery. Most are tasty although prices are pretty high and small sizes . Just they should train staffs to have more attentive to customers than stand still quiet behind counter. Also cakes look old probably not sellable. read more

Paid $3 for an iced green tea and it was horrible. I asked her to make it again because she used a tea bag and steeped it for less than a minute and said it was ready. It tasted like water. The second tea she used 2 bags and steeped it for a minute and still tasted like water. Waste of time and money. As for the pastries... 85, Paris Baguette and BF Bakery are much better. read more

Here I am again...carbs, carbs, carbs...yes I am the whore of carbs! And here is another Korean bakery that has stolen my heart. I remember these bakeries from Korea, and I also remember my aunt saying that they aren't very yummy. But as I was at the market with my mom, and quite hungry, I was drawn to buy some breads. I ended up picking up a big bagful of bread. Anything with cream cheese, chesnuts, rice cakes and/or sweet potato is delicious! ( yes, I chose all of these) Prices are decent, with most of the individual breads being under $2. If you ever crave sweet bread with a twist, head over here and pick a few up, and maybe some Korean goodies at the market as well. read more

I love Tous Les Jours! Everytime I'm in Korea, I stop by. So this would be an unfair comparison by that regard. However, objectively it is a very quaint yet well done setup. GOOD: A convenient selection within HMart. Get your groceries and then get your pastries. BAD: Little pricy and by the time I go, after dinner, most things are gone. An area of opportunity for them is to make it seem more lively around the clock, not just the mornings. FAV: I'm not big on pastries, but I really want to try their Bingsu. I doubt it will be as good as in Seoul. read more

My kids love chocolate cakes and I bought them one from here. At first bite, my 7 year old daughter spat it back out and ran to the refrigerator to get a Yakult drink to wash out the taste. I asked her what was wrong and she said it tasted like nail polish. So my wife and I tried it. She was absolutely right, but to me it was more like mothballs. Automatically, I called the store to complain and they were nice enough to offer us an exchange. They tried giving me the same cake and I refused. I requested for a different kind for the same price and that was just decent. I'd give it that one 3 out 5 stars, but based on the first experience the experience was definitely a 1 star even lower if the ratings permit it. Oh and I don't know if this is accurate, but I asked the girl that was working there if it is possible that cake was old cause the texture was horrible also. She claims that they get all their cakes fresh daily. Kind of HARD to believe, but I'll take her word for it sorta cause I wasn't in an argumentative mood. Anyway, really bad experience and again the staff just handled our complaints somewhat fairly though I know I should deserve more after my trip back. read more

Disappointed at this bakery store very much. My son liked one of their Choco bear cake and I would like to order it for his birthday. We went to the store and they told me we had to order online and then call their number to tell them which one we need. I right away went online to order the very same day. Sadly they told me they are not able to make the cake in time! This is not acceptable. Very dissatisfied with their service. Won't order again to them. read more

Okay so maybe my first review was a bit harsh. I've found their pistachio macarons and I'm in love. I found that is the flavor that I like the most since the other ones are too sweet. I also like the vanilla and coffee ones. If you can find any, their milk bread is pretty tasty also. read more

They have lots of yummy breads and pastries and lots of other desserts. I really like their strawberry cream bread and their peanut butter cream bread. However, try to come early these are fairly popular and sell out fast. Recently I tried the cream cheese pastry and the chocolate cream bread. Its a nice little bakery located in H-Mart, but I still like Paris Baguette more. read more

I love this bakery. Some of the best pastries around. Flavors are delicate and unpretentious. Their breads are so wonderful and fresh. I drive in from Riverside to do my shopping at Super H mart and pick up my pastries on my way out. Sometimes the pastry bag is opened as soon as I hit the road. This past visit I tried a apple cranberry grueriere cheese pastry I'm sad that I only bought one of them. It was so delicious and creamy inside. All in all I usually spend about 25.00 on my pastries each visit. It's well worth the money if you enjoy a fine pastry. read more

i work in the same h-mart building but not at this bakery, and i'm a regular customer there. I ALWAYS get either a green tea or taro smoothie with boba, their bingsoo (some korean style ice cream with bunch of fruits and goodness), or this 1 dollar bread thats crunchy and sweet and really good. Probably my favorite. Prices are reasonable, and it's not like im gonna eat from here expecting to get a huge full meal. The food here is good for snacking and just for casual purposes, and the cashiers and staff are all great too. Recommend to try it out, even just like a few bucks, if youre ever in this h-mart. but i wouldnt go out of my way to hit up a few breads. read more

I love bread. I'm always tempted to buy something but then I think about the fact that this place doesn't actually bake the bread so it can't be that fresh and I resist. However, come on Sunday mornings at 8 to get the fresh stuff-good but pricey. I honesty prefer Eat Cake Cafe just a little. read more

i got a huge diarrhea from the chestnut bread and the girls that work there just stand behind the counter the whole time and talk and chit chat and they just scan you with like really judges eyes and go back tot talking to each other. they don't even care about you. read more

Contrary to the low ratings, I actually think this bakery is actually pretty good. They have a good assortment of breads and pastries and a friendly staff. i stopped by here with my sister while my parents were shopping for groceries (mom takes quite a bit of time to find the perfect apples, pears, plums, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc) and we shared a small ice castle (fruit, red bean, and ice cream with shaved ice) it was pretty tasty and i would probably come eat it again next time. i've had their bread before and it was okay (if you eat it the day you bought it or the day after....) but idk, bread always tastes good fresh out of the oven.... so no big surprises here read more
