Very unhappy about the deception of the sales personnel at this location. I am in the market to buy a new SUV and saw online a Certified pre Owned vehicle I was interested in. After submitting my inquiry, got a test drive scheduled. After driving the sales man said we could discuss the price and tried to sell us at the 31.9k price. We said we wanted to make an different offer and he said we could and he'd talk to their sales manager. Making us believe we could negotiate like any other car sales. I was not happy tho he did try to split between my wife and I by asking us same questions but when we weren't by each other, finding that out when he left us both alone. Anywho, we went inside told them our offer that was reasonable and within KBB range. He left again to get his manager and before that guy came handed us a sheet of similar vehicles with their asking price. Sales manager comes over and straight out the gate just starts saying the paper they gave us shows a FAIR MARKET PRICE for their vehicle and THEY SET the PRICE BASED ON THE MARKET. THEREFORE they do not negotiate, will not negotiate our offer and even went as far as pointing to a sign hanging high on the wall ..... So we asked to confirm that they CANNOT AT ALL bring the price down or anything... he said that is correct. We left. Keep in mind this was on a Sunday. So come Tuesday following that Sunday, I look online........price for that vehicle was .... 30.9k I had to do a double take... cause wow! The market sure took a hit for it to go down 1k!!! in just one day Lol Will not car shop or recommend them to anyone cause clearly they are not for the customer at all and do some shady practices at the sales manager level so you know that trickles down the the sales people bringing the customers into the door. read more

Took my toyouta Corolla to get a routine synthetic oil change and when i went to pick it up my vehicle sounds terrible. Whenever i exceed 40 mph the engine sounds horrible. I took my 2018 Tundra in because the head liner was coming loose. They said that the head liner had to be replaced. So I asked if it will still look like new and they assured me that it would. I got a call that my truck was ready. I drove to pick it up and was very disappointed. The sunroof didn't work and the head liner was dirty. Looks like black glue was on it. And the smell is so bad I can't stand to be in the truck. I'm so unhappy with this service I'm very angry right now. There trying to make it better but I don't see how they can. The liner is light grey so I don't know how that's gonna come clean. I'm battling cancer and don't need to be smelling the nasty chemicals they used in my truck. I wish I never bought this truck. It seems like a $62,000 waist of my money. I'm changing my review to 5 stars now because the service manager called me and reassured me that he would make right by my truck. I have to say he kept his word. My headliner looks just like new again. And they got rid of that awful glue smell. I been doing Chemo therapy and it takes a toll on me. They were TERRIBLE when I went. I went in and they told me I had an issue with my car that costed over $2000. I had always been to my local Toyota dealer and never had an issue. Off of a hunch that my parents had that they were possibly just trying to finesse me because I came in and was a young naive college girl, we went to my local toyota dealer to assess the issue. They said there was nothing wrong and nothing needed to be replaced. A year later and there's nothing wrong with my car and nothing ended up happening. Also, as soon as I was calling my parents he tried to give me an over $500 discount out of the kindness of his heart.... The 1 star is because the staff allowed me to park at this dealership while I was at Chevy next door...let me explain I own the first Toyota Highlander ever sold, purchased brand new in 2001 at Toyota North Hollywood by my parents, with 2 miles on the odometer. It now, as of this moment, has 255,751 miles. Times change, and after 17 years my mom upgraded to a new Ram EcoDiesel. I bought the car that towed trailers to Canada through my childhood for $200. The motor is ok, minus a small oil leak after I put it in a ditch. It's the interior that's the reason I'm buying a new truck. When the Highlander dies or has a major issue go on next, it's done. Junk it and get a new truck. Preferably a Toyota. I was driving by this dealership and saw some Toyota Tundras. I found one that really caught my eye for $45,000 I was able to pay about $28,000 cash right there then finance the rest. I wanted to test drive it, look under it, you know the usual stuff. This truck was perfect. TRD style with skid plates, bench seat, 4x4 good legroom. I wanted it bad. I waited for FORTY FIVE MINUTES and approached 2 salesman who blew me off. After 45 minutes I went inside the dealership and asked them if I can park there while I go to Chevy. They said yes. After waiting 45 minutes in the cold I was pretty mad. The Asian gentleman treated it like a joke when I told them I'll go to Chevy instead. I went next door to Hedricks. I found a equally nice Silverado, 5.3 V8, for only $5,000 more. The Chevy even had straight pipes and a tonneau cover. With Mud tires. Z71 Oh and EVEN BETTER, the gentleman at Hedricks, Richard the Italian Gentleman spent an hour with me going over 3 trucks. He was out there in a jiffy. I told him my Highlander is going out. It's on its last leg cosmetically before bolts start falling off, and when it dies I'm buying a new truck. May be a month may be a year. He was crystal clear as was I, and we both appreciated our time. Listen folks, Toyota is a damn good brand for a half ton. But with this kind of service from Toyota Clovis, I think I'll go with the Silverado. Who knows, I may get a Tundra down the line. But I'm not waiting around for a hour while the sales staff take their time. I had a blank check in my pocket, that I could have spent on a new truck. I bought my car here, used. It had a lot of chips on the bumper, so they graciously offered to repaint it. I come back a month later and am told it's a job that will take all day. Great. I check in after 6 hours and they have managed to get it prepped. 6 hours to sand a bumper. Apparently, all day means two full days since I have just been informed it won't be ready until after 5. I dropped the car off at 8:30am yesterday. The only reason they are getting two stars is 1) it's free and 2) they are paying for the rental. read more

My review is against the norm, here. I brought my Prius in for a software update. First of all, if the car needs an update, for the Bluetooth to work properly, should the customer have to pay? My Prius isn't quite a year old, fully warrantied, and even suggesting there will be a charge is annoying. When I went in, today, no one came out to greet me, I did see John as he ran past me, but everyone was too busy to talk to me. When I did speak to someone, he asked what brand of phone did I have. I told him an iPhone and he said, "were seeing lots of Bluetooth/iPhone issues". I don't want to hear that, it's not my problem, it's Toyota's, they knew I had an iPhone when I purchased my car, if they feel it's an issue, then fix it. I was quite disappointed today, let's see if it is fixed tomorrow. I wish everyone there was as sweet as Jenny. I just went to pick up my car, I asked a girl, Diana Perez, where I should go and she dropped everything to help me. She is the reason to buy a Toyota, they should take good care of their customers. I took my2000 Toyota 4Runner in today because I kept hearing a noise that I thought was the timing belt. It turns out that it was not the timing belt (that goodness). Daniel (the mechanic), and I drove down the street so he could hear the noise I was talking about, and of course, it was a very faint noise. After fixing other issues I had ask them to fix, my car was ready to go. Those noise I was hearing was actually a "flapping" of one of my windbreakers I had on the window - it was coming loose. Daniel (the mechanic) was awesome in explaining to me exactly what was wrong and showing me the issue. He fixed other issues I had and I am so happy! Wow, I was stunned at the amazing understanding of the customer relationship. I'm just your average Dumb Dumb, nobody special but I do not like to be "no " or have to wait in crazy lines for a vehicle I didn't want because it is "what is available now" or " First come first serve". I called Matt and told him I wanted a 2019 Toyota Camry V6, for 7 to 8 days. He said "No Problem , when do you need it ?." I told them I just wanted the car no additional packages, they were pressed that I didn't want to add an extensive warranty, I also told them I was going to go through my bank, since the apr was going to be 2%, they insisted on running my credit so they could try and give me a "better rate" after telling them MANY times I didn't want to because I was set, they told me the price total out the door, and they were going to hold the car so I could go to the bank and get a check for the amount. After 4 hours of being at the bank I finally come back to the dealership, just for the sales manager to tell me the car was already being sold!!! I asked for the store manager, because they told me they were going to hold the car for me! The store manager then proceeded to tell me to get lost, and they were gonna sell the car to someone else!!! I told them that was unethical, and extremely unprofessional! I had Carlos U as my advisor and he did a great job, communicated with me very well with the questions I had. Got answers if he didn't know them. In the past I've had other advisers flat out lie. Very annoying. I went in to test drive a vehicle and now I constantly get called every week. It's always the same speech. "Hi are you still in the market for a new vehicle" I reply no. Then they start asking why not and want specific reasons. I go through the same scenario every week. Just for being annoying I'll skip this dealership. I tried to buy a truck from these guys. I filled out a credit application and they told me my credit score was only around 627-633 depending on the credit reporting agency. They used high pressure tactics in an attempt get me to sign to a 13.5% loan. They even produced a bogus document to trick me into thinking I have a low credit score. They became rude and bossy Saying "you have to sign this" and "You aren't going anywhere." I left without buying a truck. I went home and checked my credit score online turns out my credit score is much higher. I confirmed it the next day going to my credit union getting approved for a loan at 4.45%. These guys don't deserve your business their tactics are dishonest, slimy and probably illegal. read more

On the day of my appointment I came in 15 minutes early since it was my first time coming to this Toyota Dealership and was serviced right away. A nice guy named Nicholas greeted me at the service line and assisted me right away. They took my car in right away to get serviced and was in and out within 1.5 hrs. Great service , reliable appointment time and they didn't even try to upsell me on any services or parts. Overall great experience and would definitely return to this dealership.
