Daniel took care of us and recommended a pasta that ended up being one of the best dishes we had. His thoughtful recommendations, genuine hospitality, and warm personality elevated the entire evening and made it a truly memorable experience. We came back last night and were so excited to see Daniel again! He remembered us, made us feel incredibly welcome, and crafted an absolutely delicious lychee cocktail. Highly recommend Wildseed for both the amazing food and exceptional hospitality. A special shout-out to Daniel for always going above and beyond!

We loved the mushroom taco, an incredible blend of flavors and textures. The beetroot appetizer was a brilliant, tasty idea. Sitting outdoors in the great weather was a bonus, though the indoor ambiance looks wonderful too. Unfortunately, our waitress was completely uninterested and slow. It felt like she didn't care about any tables in her section, to the point where I actually had to walk up to the reception just to get a water refill. Big kudos to the chefs for carrying the restaurant! I'd definitely give this spot another shot (or at least try their other locations and hope they have friendly staff)

Everything sounds delicious but the sample plates pack the most punch. I love plantains so having those figure prominently, with delicious rice and plant based chicken, is perfect. The service is incredibly fast and easy, and being at Saluhall, you get to take advantage of other vendors and a full a bar. It felt a little quiet on a Friday night but places like Casa Borinquena definitely make it a destination for me. Go now if you've been waiting. Casa Borinquena is not to be missed.

Definitely go upstairs and explore Casa Borinquena. If you're wondering what Market Street has to offer, duck inside IKEA. There are many seating areas. Yes, in addition to IKEA's viral food court, there's so much more. Saluhall opened with all-vegan vendors but things have shifted back to meat and dairy. Case Borinquena is the last standing all-vegan stall. This is Caribbean soul food and it's so good. If you're looking for a salad or something light, this is not for you. This food will fill you up and leave you wanting more. Loaded Tostones is pumped up with nacho-ish toppings. Served with a thick and tasty mama sauce. I was dunking everything into that sauce. I opted for the side of tostones because I was craving the crunchy plantain. It was crisp perfection! Lulu's Famous Pastelillo filled with vegan beef or chicken was another winner for me. The dough was fried perfectly and I loved the chicken filling flavor. Chef's kiss. Coquito cake is on the menu! If you love eggnog, get this right now. I want to return for the sampler plate. At $20, it's cheaper than a flight to Puerto Rico. Pro-tip: first hour of parking is free!

Made reservations on Thursday evening via OpenTable for Friday and requested to sit by the window. In spite of the short notice, our party of two were given a table by the windows with stunning views of the waterfront and docked boats though it was a foggy evening. Claire was our server. She was extraordinary yet down to earth. She knew the seasonal menu as if the chef preparing the foods and made the most amazing recommendations. If she is your server, make sure you ask her what she recommends. She is attentive in a stealthy yet unobtrusive way and acutely aware of diners' preferences and requests while providing updates and keeping us apprised of options, ensuring a seamless service. Her descriptions of the heat level and flavors were spot on. Stephanie was the manager and was so nice to check in, despite the large, bustling private dinner party in the adjacent room. Ordered: Drinks: Glass of Pinot and chilled Gewürztraminer from Navarro Vineyards with a few bottles of sparkling water Starters: Bread basket with seeded lavash, corn bread, slices of soft dinner roll with honey miso butter and the grilled eggplant with focaccia First Course: Melon salad subbed with goat cheese instead of the blue cheese and a cup of the corn/tomatillo soup Main Course: Sergio's signature tamale with mole, the mushroom Wellington, fresh shell pasta, and fried cauliflower Dessert: Peanut butter choc mousse with peanut brittle, peach cardamom clafoutis, and a double shot of Saint Frank's espresso Finished with glasses of Van Hunk's alcohol-free sparkling wine Food: -Locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients, innovative preparations that begged you to become a vegetarian, delivered at the right temps (chilled vs. hot), and created in a way that surpassed traditional/conventional methods; vegetarian food that was robust and flavorful but not cheesy or oily as classic veggie dishes tend to be -Cauliflower, mushroom Wellington, and the fresh pasta are a must; excellent crust to the Wellington with a meatiness to the mushrooms, the porcini mushrooms in the pasta were excellently prepared and not mushy/wet but yet not dried out with a satisfying smoothness to the sauce that you couldn't stop eating shell after shell -Peanut butter choc mousse was simple but not cloying; the clafoutis--amazing combo of cardamom and peaches -The best seeded lavash ever with a crunch-ety snap with an addictive miso honey butter -The nuts accompanying the dishes were excellently toasted so not stale in texture--evidence of attention to even the smallest detail. Service: The caliber of service, superb quality of dishes, attention to detail was indeed a unique experience for me given Napa Valley as my former backyard. Ambience: Not "high falutin" yet upscale and a place you could enjoy with a business partner or as a family with kids. I can't say enough good things about the most extraordinary service received tonight--unparalleled to say the least. Of note, deepest appreciation for the complimentary dessert and glasses of non-alcoholic sparkling wine to round out the night--you even recognized nobody in our party had alcohol... We hope to visit again--soon. Thank you both, Claire and Stephanie, for the indelible impression of how elevated a vegetarian experience can be with unrivaled and incomparable hospitality that was wholly diner-focused. T'was an unforgettable memory to say the least.

My friend and I started with a bread basket, which, for $9, should've included at least two pieces of everything, not one, but was tasty. We skipped a "first course" and went straight to the main course. I had the Mesquite Grilled Jerk Tofu (which, while it did not include the sides described on the menu, was nonetheless delicious. My friend had the Wild Mushroom Wellington, which also had at least one subbed side but which she says was quite good. We skipped dessert as we were so full from our dinner. We each enjoyed glasses of wine (from a surprisingly short list of wines by the glass). Is Greens worth $50+ per person? From the perspective of a long-time vegetarian, it's unusual to find such imaginative, delicious plant-based dishes, so while Greens is too expensive to make it a regular go-to, it's a top-of-list special occasion restaurant. I hope it isn't 20-odd years before I return. Be sure to ask for a table next to the water, especially if you're there near sunset.

Walking in I wasn't sure what to expect because it looked pretty run down. I wasn't expecting fine-dining, but the place didn't have a welcome feel. We were the first table in when they opened, but unfortunately the service felt a bit cold from the start. Our server seemed disengaged, which set a less welcoming tone for the meal. The food was just okay for us. Our kids enjoyed their spring rolls and "chicken" nuggets, which were an easy win. However, the entrees we ordered were quite salty and didn't have much depth of flavor. Afterwards, we realized they don't use garlic or onion, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time since it really affects the flavor profile. If we had known that, we likely would have chosen a different spot. Overall, it wasn't quite what we were expecting given the menu and reviews. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't stand out for us in a city with so many great food options.

Service was excellent - warm and always down to help. Ambiance is nice - also warm and cozy but still cute enough for a date night. The food was stellar. Vietnamese dishes elevated and served in new ways. The Bun Rieu special was a standout - it was pretty much Bun Rieu in a pasta / dry form - got all the flavors on point and had me craving more. The canh chua sea bass and thit kho mushrooms were also a huge hit!! I really loved this experience and would for sure go back. My friends and I all wanted to bring back our parents lol. Hot Dishes: - Crab Fat Fried Rice ($36): Delicious! It would be even better with additional protein. - Beef Cheek Special ($42, was off the menu): Super tender and tasty but definitely got tired of it quickly. I feel like it needed some kind of texture along with it since everything on the plate was soft throughout. Personally I don't think I would get this dish again since I'm big on texture. Overall it was good with a variety of dishes. Everything was $147 before tax and tip so was a great choice for the Chase Sapphire $150 dining credit.
