If you're looking for a quick and inexpensive meal at lunch break that doesn't technically count as fast food, then go to waba grill. It's not fancy or particularly special an the meat/fish is dry but at least you get their very own "waba sauce" that makes it just a smidge less bland. (don't get the salmon, it's sad) this goes for waba grill as a chain, not just this location. read more

I'm so happy I stopped here for lunch. During quarantine, the dine in is closed but the togo/takeout was still open. Jane the server and the cook provided fast and friendly service. They were practicing wearing face masks and social distancing and did an awesome job. They had customers coming in and were staying busy. The food was delicious and warm too!! The restroom was clean and the restaurant was clean too!! So happy with this WaBa grill location! read more

Good food, wish it wasn't frozen veggies and such; but better quality than some of the options available locally. Decent service, could be better but not the worst. Some of the younger cashiers don't seem to enjoy their job and are a bit slow , and tend to roll their eyes if you ask questions about differences and sauces( maybe she was just having a bad day?) but hey it's fast food, not a 4 Star resturuant so it is what it is? Price wise it's decent, could be a buck or 2 cheaper for the quality, but I'm grateful for the tofu option as not many places offer vegetarian selections. read more

I can't review the food as i didn't get the chance to order on a Wednesday at 12:30 in the afternoon?? When I walked in there was probably 15 people standing around all looking at the workers who I could tell were in a tizzy, basically panicked as I waited there for 15 minutes well watching the customers complain they're ordered was not correct or was missing the drink or they ordered two bowls and there was only one etc etc.. I finally was asked did I place an order for pickup I proceed to tell the girl no after watching them screw up literally every one of those people's orders that were standing there and she tells me sorry we can't take any orders to go and we're out of chicken and steak,, what the f***!!?? I understand people do have bad days but this was on a whole nother level lol and yes they are young as far as the employees but wow somebody isn't managing the store. read more

This manager skyler just can't get it right I asked for a bowl of brown rice tofu and steak he gives me attitude and makes me white rice tofu and steak and when I told him he got the order wrong his unprofessional about it and slams the bowl into the trash bin and gets angry to make me another bowl then after takes a long time with my order and I decide I need a refund this manager is a unprofesssional as it can be !!! read more

We're a big fan of Waba, but this location keeps disappointing us. Worst Waba ever! The white rice we ordered was soooo soggy, they were out of Waba hot sauce that we loved, chicken tasted like it's been reheated or something. They didn't even have sesame seeds that other locations offer. Last time we were here we had to return the chicken bowl since it was too hard to chew. We just wanted to give it a second try after like 7 months. We decided not to ever return here. read more

The girls were very nice and my food was very quick and yummy however the male that was working was on his phone at the counter texting not paying attention to me or the father and daughter that were waiting for him to finish his message to get more sauce cups. He literally was just standing at the counter charging his phone and texting for 5 min while the girls were all cleaning or cooking. Just seemed messed up. read more

We have enjoyed coming here regularly for over a year now. Today we came in and the AC was barely working and they were out of some of their condiments. Made my family and I feel very welcomed and gave good suggestions on what to order. The food is very good and healthy, doesn't leave the feeling of regret unlike most other food chains.
