Just got my food today and they messed my order and the portions are so tiny. Won't ever go to that location again.

The meat quantity & vegetable quality just got horrible & dont get me wrong i love Waba Grill but this specific location should get shut down or not allowed to use the name "Waba Grill". Within the years waba had been a place to go for my kids. Every year the portions have been getting smaller and smaller and the price has increased today was my last. The portion is the smallest it has ever been! I really felt like going back and telling them something but just learned my lesson and go somewhere else. read more

Ordered delivery, the brown rice was completely raw. Totally inedible. When I called to try to have it rectified there was no solution offered other than "the next time you come in we can give you the same thing for free". That doesn't help me eat tonight now, does it? The employee on the phone was less than apathetic, stating "sorry, we don't do refunds for any reason". What a terrible business model! So you can screw up as much as you want and no one gets a refund? Absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first time the food has been less that good at this location, but this is the last time I will give them a chance. Awful. I used to work at the Waba in lake Elsinore so I feel more allowed to say why I'm about to. I paid 18 bucks for two chicken bowls where you could tell the rice was old and dry, the chicken was not tender at all and tasted hard and they filled up both my miso soups like half way. Had I not gotten it to go best believed I would have complained. I love Waba and the food but this was just 100% crap. I feel like I wasted money which makes me really sad read more

Went to WaBa tonight to get the family meal. I ordered on my way there got there sat in the car for 10 minutes went in to pick up my order at the time it stated it would be ready. I found two employees working with absolutely no urgency with a row of tickets and customers in front of them. I asked about my order told 5 more minutes. Still wasn't called waited a total of 50 minutes for my order. It was cold the veggies were not steamed basically raw the rice was over cooked and the chicken was cut into Huge Chunks. We as a family love WaBa but I will never be returning to this location. Then need better staff. And some retraining on food quality standards. read more

Worst Waba I've ever been to.... 9 times out of 10, my ONLINE order is wrong (i.e. always fail to add avocado that I pay for, etc)... it's almost shocking how often they fail to execute an order correctly that's literally spelled out for them. came in with no one waiting. ordered a steak bowl with extra steak. waited 25 min for my order, keep in mind I could see my bowl sitting on the counter uncovered for 20 of those minutes. the guys proceeded to fill All other orders that came after me as well as online orders. the people who came in after me got their food first. when I finally got my food I check and it's cold from sitting open for so long. this place is supposed to be under new management and is still providing unacceptable shitty service. it would've taken less than a minute to cover my food and hand it to me instead of getting a jump on all the other orders. Wont even get started on the unsanitary handling of food I saw. staff should be trained on how to properly run a line and not take online orders when they clearly can't even handle the 3 orders that are placed in the restaurant. and when I told the employees my food was cold from waiting all he said is sorry. left before I was rude. this is ridiculous after paying $20 for 1 bowl. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I've been having bad experiences since coming to this location for about a year now. Didn't have time to write a bad review but it is now necessary. This location is the most inconsistent business I have ever dealt with in terms of food, service and quality. Food is usually never ready when I order ahead of time, plates are always done up messy with food on the outside of the plates. Many times my chicken will have chunks off the grill residue that sits from time and time of cooking food. Employees are always unprofessional, cursing up a storm in front of customers and not being very proactive. I wonder if the manager does not care about all these bad reviews left behind. read more

I have no issue with the food here, it is generally pretty good. The reason for my rating is due to how poor their customer service has been over the last year. I know Covid has complicated things but this is not the issue. I can't even count on both hands how many times I've been hung up on, put on endless holds, and or been forgotten about when trying to place call in orders with this location. After spending 10 minutes on hold this time, I was finally hung up on as I walked into find out two customers who had just walked in had been the only customers there. I understand that people can be forgetful or get busy but, this happens far too often and they can't use busy as an excuse. I will opt to drive an extra 10 minutes to the next waba going forward. It won't cost me any more time than it would ordering here. read more

When I got home to eat it, the veggies were raw, they forgot to put the sauce on it, hardly any meat in the bowl and the avocado was hard. This Waba Grill is TERRIBLE!! I have given them chance after chance and walking in tonight at 7:58 with the doors open to be told "we closed at 8". Be smart and lock the door if you're closed not just because you're in a hurry to leave and you "closed" early. My other experiences are are being shorted food. When you order a side of shrimp with a bowl but put it in the same package they are cheating you by shorting you and charging extra. I have made several complaints and they still can't get their act together. Sadly Ill drive out of my way and go to Wildomar or Temecula because this never happens there.
