I went in today to order a sandwich at their deli. They don't have a lot of options for sandwich fillings, but it suited my needs fine. Meat is good quality, and bread is fresh enough. There are loads of options for chips, and drink varieties. The cookies are tasty. This is a great spot to grab a sandwich to go, quickly. The vibe here is low key, but not super friendly.

My coworkers and I decided to try this place for lunch. We all ordered sandwiches and the reviews were mixed. The California Club was fantastic. The BBQ Beef could have used a little more BBQ sauce. The ratio of meat to BBQ sauce was a little off. I would recommend asking for a little extra BBQ sauce on that one. The customer service was great but the sandwiches were a little tiny bit on the pricey side. Overall it was a good spot.

This is just a review of the delivery order I got from here. My first time trying this place but definitely not my last. I got the spicy cajun chicken bowl and it was amazing, 5/5. The creaminess from the avocado, the kick from the spices, the generous amount of chicken -- all of it came together in an awesome lunch that I can't wait to have again sometime. I ate with a group of people who also got various salads and sandwiches from here, all of which the group seemed to really enjoy. I'm excited to try the other items on their menu.

The Cajun chicken breast sandwich was Amazing!!! The sandwich was Huge. It took me two days to eat it and it was still fresh. The Mocha was made just right. The service was A1. The cashier was so nice and friendly. He allowed me to customize my sandwich without any problems. He was very polite and sweet. You can tell he really cares about his customers. The ambiance was like a small cafe. Nice but small. Everyone should try this place

I used to pooh-pooh the standard office worker lunch of a nearby sandwich and soup, eaten at one's desk. But it feels so novel to be back at the office again, I'm all for it today! And theirs hit the spot. California Melt: The combination of turkey & cheese with crispy bacon and fresh creamy avocado is kinda magical. It hits so many of the right salty and fatty and umami notes. Plus the bread was fresh so had a nice combination of crunchy crust and fluffy inside. I gobbled this up! Tortilla Soup: This was the soup of the day add on. Wasn't a huge fan since it was mostly broth with a few pieces of tough chicken and a few scant beans. Better to just stick with the sandwiches.

Miss this place so much, I used to work in the city 2015-2022 before COVID and this was my go-to spot. BEST CROISSANT sandwiches, I can't find anything like them anywhere else. I would bring my daughter to work with me when she was 5-7 and she loved their toasted sourdough, shes 13 now and still talks about it to this day. We went during holiday season but due to everyone being off work it was closed. Hope to go back soon one day when its open! Oh yes, their other sandwiches/bagels are fire too.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but looks are always deceiving. This salad kept me full thee entire day. A little pricey but I'm not from the area and while doing my research other salad spots were about the same. I opted out of getting sour cream. The chipotle seasoning literally tasted the chipotle seasoning packets from the store. The chips were a nice touch for the crunch. My service was quick, fast, and professional. Thank you Working Girl's Cafe!

I am addicted! I've been coming to Working Girls' Cafe for over 5 years now. Every time I come here I tell myself, "try something different", and believe me I try, but eight out of ten times I end up ordering the same thing; the California Cobb Bowl!! I can't help it! As I get closer to the Working Girls' Cafe my imagination starts going into hyper drive mode and I see myself digging into this flavorful bowl of goodness, my taste buds wake up, my heart starts beating faster and faster and by the time I am at the counter and my now good friends at the other side of the counter ask me if I want the "regular" I automatically respond affirmative!! The darn thing is a full meal! There is everything in it and they are all delicious! What is in it? Well it's got Chicken Breast, Avocado, Bacon, Gorgonzola Cheese, Hard boiled Egg, Cucumber, Tomato, and Red Onions and it is all served on a bed of Organic Kale and Organic Quinoa, with Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side. Aside from the California Cobb Bowl, the sandwiches here are to die for! Take the California Melt sandwich which I had last time I was there. It is delicious! A thick layer of smoked turkey, surrounded by fresh lettuce, tomato and onion on one side and bacon, melted Swiss cheese, and avocado on the other all between two layers of warm and toasted soft roll. The coffee is pretty good too! I usually leave holding cup containing a shot of espresso designed to keep me awake the rest of the afternoon!

    Greek salad with tuna
    Elaine S.

Ordered a Greek salad w tuna on it and it was sooooo good! Portion is giant. The tomatoes are super juicy and ripe. Lettuce is crispy, I wish there was a bit more romaine. Peppercinis are juicy and sour. Kalamanta olives have pits in them so watch out for that. They even peel their cucumbers! I didn't think I would eat the whole thing by the flavors were tangy, juicy, fresh, and protein rich from the tuna - I just kept nibbling until it was gone. The tuna is well portioned and seasoned with parsley, chopped red onion, and light on the mayo which I super appreciate. I had some leftover tuna after I finished the salad so I ate it w pretzels. Delish. Ok Greek salad aside. We come here a lot. My bf loves the chipotle chicken sandwich - all their sandwiches in general are good. Really soft bread and well seasoned meats. I get the quinoa kale salad, lemon garlic sandwich, mandarin chicken salad, or Greek salad. I recommend!

Meh. My cobb salad was just meh. Nothing spectacular. Soggy bacon that came in inconsistent sizes. Insufficient amount of dressing (can't imagine how it would be if I had chosen light dressing). Wish there was more bang for my buck! Service was friendly though!

I love this place in the middle of financial district! Everything is reasonably priced, especially their coffee. The owner is super nice so make sure to say hi if you stop by! They brew their coffee fresh after you order so you can watch them as they make you a fresh cup of morning joe! I do recommend the mocha latte if you have a sweet tooth as it is quite tasty. Aside from their sandwiches, there's plenty of donuts, brownies, pastries and bagels for snack or quick breakfast.

I was walking to my parked car and the most delicious smell (toasted bagels! Mmmm) made me stop in my tracks to figure out where the smell was originating from. I popped into Working Girls' Cafe and for $20 I walked out with a chai latte, bagel w cream cheese, and a beet salad! The menu is pretty extensive-- lots of sandwiches and salads to choose from. My doctor's office is right around the corner so no doubt I'll be back again.

Whether you are in the mood for a katsu sando, curry over rice, ochazuke with their matcha twist, or something sweet like the matcha cream pie, it is hard to go wrong here. All of the savory dishes I have tried have been great, but the fish katsu sando is one of my absolute favorites. The huge fish fillets are perfectly fried and flaky, tucked inside pillowy shokupan and topped with tangy yuzu shio koji sauce, tomato spread, and fresh crunchy cabbage. Every component works together beautifully, with richness, brightness, and texture all in balance. The pork katsu curry over rice is another standout. The katsu comes sliced into thick pieces that are still juicy inside, and it is fried expertly so the breading stays attached as you eat it. The curry has a really balanced flavor, even if I would not mind a little more spice, while the pickled radishes provide a nice contrast. I always add an onsen egg (for an additional $2) because breaking the runny yolk and mixing it into the curry adds another layer of velvety richness and creaminess. You can also tell they use high-quality matcha in their drinks, so the beverage menu is really more about choosing what fits your mood that day vs avoiding any bad options. My babka was plated on a dainty ceramic dish, which matched the old-school European cafe vibes. The babka was light and fluffy, yet the outside was crisp and buttery like a croissant. The salted chocolate layers folded into the pastry were the perfect balance of sweet and salty, and the chocolate tasted high-quality. One babka could have probably been split into two servings, especially if you want to try multiple items, but I didn't leave behind a single crumb. All around us, the other diners seemed to be enjoying a full-scale brunch with savory pastries and what appeared to be a Turkish breakfast platter. It all smelled wonderful, so I'll have to explore more of the menu on my next visit. I enjoyed the mahlab cake a day later and was amazed that it retained its delicate and light texture. The icing was lightly flavored with orange, cherry, and floral notes, and the presentation was so elegant. The cake was the perfect accompaniment to my afternoon cup of tea. While I'm on a mission to try as many of SF's bakeries as I can, I am looking forward to returning to Loquat.
