Went for lunch located in Santana row. Got seated right away by a very friendly hostess. Never been during the day so weird to see it almost empty. Not a beer drinker but love the atmosphere seeing all the pipes overhead pumping the brew. Food was good and large portions. Able to share my plate . Great spot to grab lunch or dinner or even happy hour .
Late night eats didn't disappoint. I was a little surprised it was busy on 4th of July. People trickled in as the night went on. Wine was perfect. Rose and Pinot noir both get a thumbs up. Fish and chips was generous. Loved the two sauces that came with it. Burger was thick and filling. Atmosphere: Loud, videos from my era playing on the TV's and comfortable seating made it a casual down to earth experience with good food. Our server never came back to give us our bill so we had to flag someone down.
Yard house happy hour has to be one of my favorite places for happy hour. They have a good variety for cheap. Not only is the food good but it's a great place for any sporting event as they have TVs from every angle that there isn't one bad seat in the restaurant. For the happy hour I got the poke nachos and the mushroom pizza. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the pizza. The crust was super light and each bite was packed with flavor. The poke nachos were also a huge hit but I did notices some inconsistencies as some peoples poke nachos seemed to be alot more loaded than ours. However the wonton chips alone on the poke nachos were supper delicious and not too hard where it cuts up your mouth
Such a fun happy hour experience! Half off apps were totally worth it. If there's one thing you HAVE to get it's the chicken nachos. This was MASSIVE and so delicious. I personally also really enjoyed the fried calamari with spicy peppers. the poke nachos, and the lettuce chicken wraps. I would honestly skip on the pepperoni pizza though. They had $2 off beers which made for a great time! Our server was not exactly the most enthusiastic but pretty helpful and let us try lots of beer samples. Ambiance is just like any American restaurant/bar chain you'd stumble across.
Service was 5/5, even on a super busy night with a huge waitlist! Everything came out fresh and fast and our server was knowledgeable and super friendly! The margarita pizza didn't look like the one on their menu - way too cheesy for my liking and lacking tomatoes. The crust was also so puffy in places that it just crusted away so half the pizza was inedible. The beef bowl was surprisingly super tasty - just too salty and lacked rice. It was mostly vegetables, which were still great, but it definitely needs more starch. The chips and guac were fantastic! Warm chips and spicy guac - can't go wrong. Overall just mediocre. Would go again for happy hour.
We ate here on Friday evening. It was crowded and lively, as expected. We were a large party so we had to wait very long, even though we had a reservation. We ordered lobster garlic noodles, which is my absolute favorite meal. There's a perfect amount of garlic so that the noodles don't feel creamy and oily. We also ordered a truffle cheese burger and sweet potato fries. The burger has a typical flavor and the fries portion was small. My group tried the cheese curds and calamari. The calamari was alright. We'd probably skip the cheese curds. Overall, Yard House is a great restaurant. I would come back here if I'm eating with a small group.
I have been going here since I was a teenager and the consistency has been more or less the same. The food might've been much higher quality back then but overall the interior and service has always been at a good standard. I like the staff's responsiveness to seating especially during busy times. I usually go here for happy hour and get some apps and brews in my system. There is a lot of comfort food options although not the best for you health-wise still hits the spot.
We came around 7:30 on a weekday and there was a 10 minute wait, but it was worth it! We enjoyed most of our dishes and the good came out quickly. Taste: We tried a variety of ahi tuna dishes, nachos, chicken wings, brussels sprouts, calamari, and chicken dishes. My personal favorite was anything with tuna. Parking: There's a few parking gathers nearby and the first 2 hours is free. Service: Good
Great ambiance, typically nice and fast service. Unfortunatley, this place is only good for happy hour. If you go on regular hours, the food is over priced especially if you measure the quality to price ratio. Happu hour is a whole diffefent story, you will get the most bang for the buck. They do have a great beer selection, so its a big plus. Also drinking a half yard gives you a better experiemce.
We came here to watch the England vs Mexico game with a group of 9 people. The restaurant was packed and we loved the energy in the restaurant. Service was excellent despite it being such a busy evening. My favorite was the lemon pepper fried wings, the Margherita pizza, and the poke nachos. The fish and chips was also delicious because of the breading on the fish and the fish itself was perfect cooked. We also tried some of their grapefruit beer which I enjoyed immensely and also some of their cocktails with coconut. Overall they exceeded my expectations for both the food, service, and drinks. Excited to return and try their happy hour.
We visited for happy hour on a weekday. Service was fine. We sat at the bar. Ordered two drinks and some food too. Beer, Dragonfruit lemonade, Four cheese dip and Classic sliders. Everything was ok. Menu has lots of choices. It hit the cravings. But inside was a bit unclean. Private lot in mall.
I often go during happy hour which is 3-6pm so most appetizers are half off. Poke nachos are FIRE I eat 2 plates alone :). Don't recommend anything chicken as they tend to be burnt. Service is typically nice and you can order on the tablet so you don't have to flag your waiter down. It can get pretty hectic sometimes but honestly not bad for a quick cheap eat. The place is pretty big and loud.
Happy hour is amazing as usual! I love the spinach dip the most but the ahi tuna tower and calamari is yummy as well! The bar is first come first serve and the tables you may have to wait. Ginger ale is yum although some limes would be swell! Service is always nice.
We ordered the poke nachos, onion ring tower and the 10pc chicken wings! Our service here was great they were very attentive and made sure everything came out okay! This place can get crowded especially on a game night but you can add your name and number to the waitlist and you'll receive a text when your table is ready. I've been here a couple of times for happy hour. Happy hour is Mondays through Fridays from 3-6pm! They have late night happy hour as well. Best seats are definitely the booths but they fill up fast. This place gets crowded and loud quickly. And sometimes, it can be hard to flag down your server when you actually need them. But they are nice! The food here is pretty good. I especially love their poke nachos. Other go-to's have been fried calamari and their pizza's. I usually get beer or shots here. But will have to try their drinks another time. read more

Yard House has a nice, cool vibe that makes for a fun dining experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the positive atmosphere. The food is good, with plenty of options on the menu to suit different tastes. While they're known for their extensive beer selection, I'm not a beer drinker, so I can't speak to that. However, I tried the strawberry mule, and it was fantastic! Just a heads up--they are a bit on the pricey side, but overall, it's a solid spot for a good meal and drink. read more

Yard House is a fun vibe! We went to the one in Santana row and it was bustling with people which was fun. The food was okay, but I think the appeal is the atmosphere. As a vegetarian, there aren't a whole lot of options so I stuck to the gardein wings. Overall, I'd return especially in a large gathering / social type of scene because it was a fun atmosphere. read more

This place gets really busy late at night because they are the latest restaurant open in Santana Row. We ordered the BBQ burger and side cobb salad. Other than the french fries tasting a bit cold/stale our food was really delicious. The Cobb salad came with additional vegetables like radish and large carrots which I was not fond of but other than that it was really yummy! We were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar or we would have waited a really long time for a table! The bartender was really sweet and even recommended the Dragon Fruit Cosmo that was perfect for what I was looking for. Our bartender also corrected a mistake that the kitchen made on my order which I was so appreciative of! Shoutout to amazing servers who know how to handle stressful situations at such ease!! This is a great place to go for some standarized american style food. Their ambiance is like a bar and diner kind of place. I like to go here especially during their happy hours! Their happy hours have some great choices and their prices are really cheap with nice food. With pretty nice waiters than comes to check on you. Their parking however, is paid parking at the Winchester parking, but the first 2 hours of parking is free. I highly recommend coming here during happy hours for food and drinks. read more

Happy hour totally rocks here!!! Half off select appetizers and $2 off cocktails is pretty sweet. Oh and if I haven't mentioned before, that Onion ring tower is totally worth it. Firecracker shrimp is a showstopper. And desserts are pretty epic too...The Brookie with ice cream, Crème brulee and the Chocolate cake - Dessert heaven!!! Located right on the edge of Santana Row, parking is plentiful but at times may be difficult to find. The interior is large and quite loud. Whiskey and aged white cheddar burger (1/5): super greasy which in turn made the buns soggy. I really disliked the texture since the burger was just mush. The food took way too long and the quality of the food didn't help with that fact. Overall I had an unpleasant dining experience at Yard House. The food is mid at best and they take way too long with getting food out. read more
I've been to location a handful of times. It can get pretty busy during happy hour on the weekends. Last week, I came here for a work lunch. Fortunately, it wasn't busy and I parked in the parking structure next to best buy. I believe this is the closest parking garage to Yard House (about 5-6 minute walk). I ordered a truffle cheese burger with truffle fries and it was okay. I didn't think anything about it stood out, but it wasn't bad. My co-workers ordered a steak with veggies and a couple of them thought their veggies were too salty to eat. Fortunately, most of us enjoyed our meals and drinks. Shortly after my work lunch, I noticed my work phone was missing. I called Yard House the next day (Wed) around noon and they said they would check the lost and found and give me a call back in 15mins. 4 hours went by and I did not receive a call back. I called again around 4:30PM and was told that they're really busy and they'll check again and let me know. I never received a call back this time either. I understand that Yard House gets busy around 4:30PM, but it didn't seem like anyone checked the lost & found both times. Fortunately, I found my work phone in my belongings. Gentle reminder to be mindful of your belongings, because they seem to offer limited assistance to those who have already swiped their card and tipped. Overall, I do think Yard House is a decent restaurant located in a nice area. However, I recommend coming during Happy Hour for reasonably priced appetizers and drinks! read more

Food came very fast. I love the garlic noodles! It can totally be a meal. Onion tower is huge! We couldn't finish and had to bring home. I thought we could just order on the iPad but turned out need to tell the server. And the server just clicked on the iPad lol Went on a weekday lunch. But can you please have a deep cleaning day once a week where you go under the tables & vacuum or some sort of deep cleaning? our Booth was really dirty with a lot of broken glass undress the booth. Also there was no toilet paper in the mens restroom for many hours. In fact we had the same booth on Thursday las week with same issues. read more

FLAVOR (5/5): Happy hour priced never disappoints but the food is great for the price you're paying! Full sized portion of poke tuna nachos, sliders, pizza, etc. Love that the pizza is thin crusted and very flavorful. The poke nachos are a classic and must get every time! The sliders as simple as they were had a good sear on the patty and bun which made it up leveled! INSTAGRAM WORTHY (5/5): If you're not getting a half yard here for the pics, the food itself looks great. Just from the nachos alone people will know you're at YH. SERVICE (3/5): They start to get busy around 5pm for happy hour so service before then will be decent and then your server may never stop by again. Look a while for us to flag down a server just to pay the bill because our machine told us our bill wasn't ready. TAKEAWAYS: If you're coming for happy hour on a Friday, try to come in before 4:30pm to avoid a wait. Lots of options for 1/2 off apps, great deals! A full meal for 2 during dinner was $30 after taxes and tip, unheard of in today's economy. read more

This was a pleasantly surprising experience eating here with a big group of family on a Thursday night! We were seated in a timely manner and our server was really friendly and attentive. We didn't wait too long for appetizers and main entrees. Our server even came back and made 2 min check to make sure all food was served to our liking, even corrected an appetizer order. Food was appealing not just to the taste buds, but visually well plated. It was a great overall experience and looking forward to our next visit! read more

The food was great. Portions ample, and maybe over the top in size. I had a chicken avocado sandwich and no bread. Asked for the chicken to not be overcooked. They gave me a lettuce wrap so I could really pick it up. Excellent flavor. Perfectly hot and cooked. Side of fries was subbed for Caesar salad, no extra charge. I'm So full. Server Ulisess was helpful and efficient as well as personable. Small Cobb salad with salmon was also excellent- and small was perfect. I can't imaging how big a large would be. Salmon cooked perfectly as well. Very nice combo of veggies and dressing. Sports bar atmosphere- airy and clean. Many thanks! read more

She was very attentive to her customers and ensured the best service! She has out performed everyone here and I was so pleased with her ability to make sure everyone was happy! My friends and girlfriend loved her company because she made it such a memorable experience here! She deserves recognition and should definitely be compensated for her work performance outshining all the other stuff here! The food came out great and the taste was perfect! Great experience. Staff, Stephanie and Lacy were phenomenal. Super welcoming, solution oriented, and authentically kind. Definitely recommend based on staff. As for food, removing one star because they use a lot of salt. Trying to be healthy but difficult to do here. We enjoyed the spinach dip (although chips were salty), brussel sprouts (charred to perfection and loved the paired creamy dip), rib eye with mash and broc (ask for the worsh sauce and horseradish mustard, so yummy) Drinks: I was actually happy with the espresso martini. IMHO I had a Bahama Breeze (Caribbean restaurant) gift card to redeem, and since Yard House is owned by the same restaurant group, I chose to use it here! We were given the first booth at the bottom of the stairs. Note to self; don't sit here again. We felt a cold breeze throughout our meal since it's the closest booth nearest the door. Olivia was our friendly server. She brought us some waters, but my husband's House Honey Blonde ale, $6.99, took a while. Lunch time, busy. We ordered the Baja whitefish tacos (2), $22.99, and the Double-Decker BLT, $16.99 and added an upgrade of onion rings for $2.00 more. Again, it took a while for our food to arrive. When our food finally arrived, my husband and I shared our entrees. We each thought the BLT tasted different. It wasn't until after we each ate two bites, that we realized that our BLT was missing tomatoes! We showed Olivia and she asked if we wanted a plate of sliced tomatoes. Yes, please! Believe me, the tomatoes arrived much faster to our table than anything else! LOL I sliced them up and put them into our sandwiches. They made every difference to our enjoyment of the sandwich. The tacos were excellent and the sriracha aioli was spicy delicious! The onion rings were plentiful and crunchy! We liked the BLT, but next time I might order something else. Besides the lack of tomatoes the first time around, I felt it needed more mayonnaise too. Olivia was very helpful in redeeming my gift card in the end. I will happily return to Yard House again. A great spot to watch football games and basketball! We came in to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday (on a Sunday). We parked at the garage and walked to the restaurant. Luckily there was no waitlist, so we were sat right away! We had the poke nachos, spicy jambalaya (linguine) and Korean ribeye! Everything tasted divine. Our waitress was attentive and refilled our drinks when needed! Awesome job! read more

We went on a Wednesday around 5:45PM and it was pretty crowded. We joined the waitlist before we got there so we were able to get in right before happy hour ended! We got the poke nachos and buffalo wings. The poke nachos come with seaweed salad, nori strips, ahi tuna, and avocado. My favorite dishes here are always the truffle fries and poke nachos. All the other dishes like buffalo wings are pretty mediocre. read more
This place unfortunately does not take reservations but they do have a waitlist. We came here on a Saturday night for my bday. It's pretty packed so I'd suggest putting yourself on the waitlist an 45 min to an hour before you want your dinner time (depending how long the waitlist is). Once you arrive, check in with the front desk bc you're not able to check in on your phone. Once you check in, you should receive a text. They're low key unorganized with check in, so I'd suggest talking to a second person if the first person told you it's going to be 20 more minutes. Overall nice place to dine in (more affordable than the other restaurants down in Santana row). Even though they were super busy, our waiter was pretty attentive. I'd skip out on the appetizers bc the entrees have pretty big servings. read more

Alive Worm/caterpillar? on my nachos. Service was great. It was very busy, everyone was standing shoulder to shoulder. Ordered my food and paid early because I ordered take out. My brother pointed out a worm crawling on my jalapeño. The server quickly took our plate out back. The supervisor came to "check in" on us but didn't acknowledge the worm incident until I brought it up. Finally the manager came over said he can't do anything because I already paid. Very busy location, I have gone to Yard House many times and sometimes the wait is around 2 hours. I do enjoy eating here so I usually wait around and shop around Santana Row. Food is always really good! I love the burgers, my favorite is def the truffle burger. My boyfriend and I also like sharing the Half Yard size beer. Chicken nachos were yummy as well! It can get pretty noisy in there since they also give off the sports bar ambiance. Great for dining with a group since they have an expansive menu. read more
