This place has top notch service. Food is perfectly made and the restaurant has nice ambiance. I've had the oysters and steaks (Ribeye) because I missed the pot pie day, and I wasn't disappointed, nice crust and buttery, melt in your mouth bites. My wife and I made it back for the pot pies and I would give it 4 of 5 stars, wish there was more filling, the crust was delicious and filling though. Flaky and croissant like. I had Old Fashion and my wife had wine. It's pricey but worth it, we will be back on a different date night.

My god my skirt steak was just perfect. And my girlfriend's food was amazing!! It was so much fun with the photo booth as well! I loved her espresso martini and chicken piccata! Everything compliments each other very well. I'll definitely be back. Our waiter was amazing too I wish I knew his name! Oh and that sauce with the skirt steak is to die for.

We had a 5-star brunch experience here today. We were able to get seated inside right away. We liked the bar/dining area and the booths are cozy. We liked the menu choices and it was tough to choose from because everything sounded great. My wife ordered the duck ragu rigatoni and I opted for the tempura battered fish taco small plate and Spanish Octopus with chorizo, potato, and tomato confit hash. Everything came out looking great and executed very well. The flavors were spot on. The service was excellent. Very attentive without being smothered. We look forward to returning for dinner service soon and imbibing on cocktails.

What a great place, location is prime and lots of shops to visit following your meal. Ambiance is so chill and comfortable. Patio seating is actually enclosed and very comfortable. Top notch service from our waitress and bus staff. Between our group we tried several things, got some pic's and missed taking some! The table side sourdough is wonderful! Squash Blossoms melt in your mouth, so flavorful with a light batter and creamy cheese! The fish tacos were good, a bit small but nice flavor. The hamburger was a hit! Large party with bacon, egg and dressing, also the French fries were heavenly. Chicken Cesar salad was very fresh and tasted great!

Been to A PCH countless times and it never disappoints. Always guaranteed a good time. This visit was a party of five for dinner, and we leaned heavily into their happy hour menu (3-6pm) with a few regular menu favorites mixed in... which is honestly the move. For drinks, we ordered the Old Fashioned, Yellow Stoned, Black Manhattan, and red wine, and every single one was well-balanced and perfect for easing into the night. Now for the food we ordered: Squash Blossoms - light, crisp, and delicate, fried to a golden crunch without feeling greasy at all. Dangerous in the best way. BBQ Heirloom Carrots - Just sooo good. Sweet, smoky, and insanely flavorful. Do not skip this dish! Spicy Yellowfin Tuna - fresh, bold, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. The Burger - three people at our table ordered it, which tells you everything you need to know. Seared Ahi Tuna Salad - my order and absolutely loved it. Perfect portion, super satisfying, and still refreshing -- didn't feel heavy at all. Between the food, drinks, and consistently great vibe, this place just keeps delivering. Whether you're hitting happy hour or settling in for dinner, this location is always a win. We'll 100% be back again and again!

Went for the first time with our friends. We were seated close to the bar, just a bit noisy but not an issue as we were able to have a conversation. Great selection of cocktails and menu We ordered the Fita Bread and hummus and sushi lobster roll and it's delicious . For our entrees we ordered the Cobb Salad with Lobster, Halibut and Cacio and Pepe , we all enjoyed it Our server Recee was very nice with a nice warm smile. She took care of us , our drinks and food . She was attentive and polite

I had a meeting with my advisor, and he picked A's on PCH for our lunch meeting. Parking is complimentary for 90 minutes at the parking garage or complimentary street on the back side of business. The eatery has a nice interior, and we sat at a booth next to the bar. There's even a photo booth and is no charge for customers. Our cordial waiter who was bartending also waited on us and was gracious to not rush us since it was a business meeting and we dined for several hours. I opted for the skirt steak plate which included fingerling potatoes and broccolini. My steak was cooked to my request and the meal was satisfying. I would return here in the future for the solid service, atmosphere and good food.

10/10 for service, food & ambiance. They are very attentive, and I love that the hostess always asks if we are celebrating anything special. I keep coming back to this place because they are consistent in what they do and I know I'll have a good experience.

All the stars Hands down the best meal I've had in years. We celebrated a birthday here - I highly recommend making a reservation. A thoughtful touch: they actually acknowledged our celebration note, which so many places overlook these days. We had a gorgeous harbor view, and the ambiance was warm, inviting, and elegant truly a joy to be in. On Mondays and Tuesdays they offer a chicken pot pie wrapped in the most delicious puff pastry, and it was easily the best pot pie I've ever had. Absolute must-order. We also shared the seared ahi salad with miso ginger dressing, which was outstanding and highly recommended. Service was friendly, attentive, and quick, everything arrived perfectly timed and beautifully prepared. I cannot wait to return. This is an ideal spot for celebrations, date nights, girls' nights, and any special occasion.

3.5 stars for brunch Service was phenomenal. Food not so much. I wasn't feeling their brunch menu so I opted for the fish taco starter ($19 for 2). The fish is battered in tempura, topped with slaw, chipotle aioli, salsa quemada + cotija cheese. These were very good fish tacos. The batter was nice and the toppings tasted fresh. No complaints here. However, everyone in my party ordered from the main menu and everything just fell a little short. Dishes were bland and didn't/couldn't warrant the price. The view situation is tricky - I think you may be able to get a view if you're dining with a smaller party? They do customize a cute lil menu in honor of whatever you're celebrating, however, the brunch was not brunching.

Met a friend for lunch here - love the ambience, the view of the waterfront is lovely, lots of natural light coming through. The service was attentive and friendly and the food was tasty. I ordered the mussels and really enjoyed it; the sauce had a bit of a kick, lovely!

We had our Christmas dinner here with our Chamber board members, and overall it was such a wonderful experience! The service was truly outstanding -- attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, our waiter (a gentleman from Italy) made sure our group felt welcomed and well taken care of. For food, I first ordered the Sea Bass. The flavor was good, but it was a bit too salty for my taste. The team handled it beautifully -- they immediately took it off the bill with no hesitation, which I really appreciated. I then ordered the Ribeye steak, and wow... super juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Definitely a win and highly recommended! Overall, the food was about a 4.5-star, but the service and atmosphere easily brought the experience to a full 5 stars. Would absolutely come back again -- especially for special gatherings and celebrations.

Not to worry, her Blueberry Lavender Latte was also top-notch, with a smooth, not-to-sweet flavor combination. They coated the chicken in a chili rub that gave it a sweet and spicy flavor when paired with their maple syrup. Served on top of a waffle and topped with an egg. I loved it and would probably order again on my next visit. My wife had the American plate which was your classic eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sourdough toast combo. High quality ingredients elevated it beyond your typical diner food. Drinks were great too. I had their house made bloody mary which had a nice kick to it. TLDR; It's expensive, and not worth the routine visit, but worth the one-time stop in to experience the festivities. The Miracle pop-up at The Ordinarie is somehow even more decorated and extravagant than you'd expect from a seasonal pop-up. The line looks long outside, as there are no reservations, but it moves quickly since they hold everybody to a pretty strict 2-hour time limit. The drinks are good, the cups are cute, and everyone is festive. It's an all-around fun experience.  I think because of this, you do pay a premium price tag for food and drinks that are just good or okay. I think it's something that is worth the visit if you've never been and you enjoy getting into the Christmas spirit. I think that outside of the pop-up, The Ordinarie is a fun spot to check out in Long Beach. It't not a pillar of the food scene if you're a tourist, but it is a good, late night spot if you work in the industry nearby. They have a great late-night menu with a killer smash burger.

I had difficulty cutting through the crust with a knife. There is a lot of cayenne in their hollandaise sauce, not my favorite version. The thick slice of tomato was the highlight. Side of bacon $6 for two measly pieces - overcooked and too crunchy. I could tell the bacon would have been good if it was more on the meaty/chewy side. This came with a potato pancake which was like mashed potatoes mixed with cheese and then fried. Service was okay, I think because it was pretty busy. Probably one of the best smelling restrooms I had ever. When I was leaving, I politely ask the hostess if she knew what the name of the smell was bc it was so awesome. She wasn't telling me the exact name. She essentially told me the essence. While in the middle of her talking, a female manager aggressively told us that they were not aloud to tell patrons the scent. Hey, I get it, but as a person who was a manager for one of the highest ranking upscale casual dining restaurants, who has worked in 5 star resorts, knowing how to provide kindness to both guests and staff, this manager did not present those skills. This manager was quite frankly disrespectful not only to her staff, but to me. There is a way to handle situations without embarrassing your staff member and making them feel small and showcasing your flex of power to a diner who was about to drop hundreds for a dinner in our volatile economy. This manager did NOT handle this appropriately. Like i said, she was rude, extremely aggressive to respond, and not once smiled and said, "I'm so glad you love it. It's our secret to get you to come back." She did try to say it was a secret, but seriously... with the way she treated her staff.... I think she better focus on hospitality rather than the scent in the bathroom. After this interaction, I actually watched and observed the manager during the remaining time of our dinner. I wanted to see how she interacted with her staff. I wanted to see if she knew how to manage without flexing on her staff bc obviously she doesn't know that words matter and what you say and how you say it can make or break your staff's entire night which can reflect on how they treat their guests. I get this is lengthy over a restroom scent, but as a person who thrives on seeing the beauty in how a management team can make a huge impact on the success of a company, if she's openly rude and aggressive to me and her hostess, how is she with the rest of the staff and guests? Just a little food for thought. I will say, that interaction totally changed my view for the remaining time of our dinner. I truly hope that the female manager who was working last night June 1 reads this and changes the way she handles situations. From what I saw and experienced, she needs to take a step back and regroup. She needs to be retrained on how to treat her staff, how to smile with kindness, and how to kindly make a joke about the scent kindly with laughter rather than an attack on her staff. To the hostess: I'm sorry you had to be treated that way. You were incredibly kind from upon greeting us even to the very end. You're awesome. I'll return back, but I do hope next time, the manager from last night is on a better wave length as the people who help create her position. There are a lot of great managers out there willing to take that place.
