I got oil changed on a 2021 jeep wrangler with a 6 cylinder. I hade a coupon for a $39.99 synthetic oil change. When I picked up the car the total was $71. I was told there was a $10 up charge for the filter and it required 2 extra quarts of oil than the 4 quarts that are included. After I paid I checked into it and the jeep wrangler only takes 5 quarts, which means they charged an extra $10 for oil that wasn't used. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! Omg... these are the most untrustworthy mechanics I have ever met.... They try and ring you out of any money they can. There work SUCKS. I had to come back after they did my front brakes due to it still making a grinding sound, and they said oh you need your rear brakes done. So I paid it, and still the same problem. Come to find out they charged me $320 for my front brakes, then charged me $430 for my back ones. If my rear brakes were bad, then why didn't they mention it the first time around? Instead they were tryna force $1500 structs on me. They will take your money, and fix NOTHING. Plus they double charge you compared to anywhere else. And the coupons that you receive in the mail are BS. They will find some excuse as to why you can't use it. $2k paid within a month and still facing the same issue...Trust me when I say.... RUN! Update: When I got the front brakes done, I also purchased four brand new tires because they told me mine were bald. When I picked up the vehicle, all four tires were at 51-55 PSI. I thought maybe it was normal being they were new. Two weeks ago, my tire light came on. (This is about a month after the job was done), my front right tire was at 25 psi. After feeling just so defeated and used by this company, I figured it was just another issue due to them. So I looked it up, they should not have been that high. So I released the air in the other three to prevent them from exploding. So I put air in the low tire, and after a day or two the tire kept going back down to 20-25. So I took it in to a trusted mechanic and this is what I learned. They used the CHEAPEST material they could to fix the brakes. Their was a piece of metal that was supposed to be flat, and it wasn't; so the sound was the metal grinding to kinda adjust it and make it flat. Spent $750 on cheap fix. My tires all need to be balanced and resealed. Which is funny because I spent $129 on a wheel assignment, and $890 for the tires. They are supposed to be balanced before they even go on the rim. The mechanic told me they saw me coming from a mile away. They knew they could take advantage of me, and to never go back there. After talking with a few male co workers, they told me I was definitely taken advantage of. These guys should be shut down for scamming people. I usually go here all the time, and every time I tried to do my smog test it's either the machine is not working or the person that does it didn't come to work. So this time I decided to call them to make sure I am not going to be turned away again and come back the next day. But I was shocked when I talked to a gentleman on the phone and asked about the availability of smog test, he rudely stated "we are open from 8 am to 6 pm" when I tried to explain what I really wanted to know, he cut me off and firmly said "ma'am, we are open from 8 am to 6 pm." Without answering my question properly, I asked for his name just in case I come to the shop and get turned away but again, he rudely said "it's not necessary to get my name" and hang up the phone. I called other locations, asked the same question and I was not treated like this over the phone. I can not and will not give this shop any stars. They are very dishonest and extremely deceitful. They charged me a price for my cars but did not deliver the repairs that were offered. I took my Mercedes in for front and back brakes and the brakes squeak so bad still today. They said they used new parts but I don't believe it. They also said I needed other stuff done and that the car would run like a breeze , but it doesn't. They charged me 2060.00. I decided to take my BMW in for a check, March ,2025 . George quoted me 712.00 for an alternator. Picked up the car, drove it and the car ran hot in traffic. Took it back to AA Auto to be quoted another 2060 plus 3000.00 more. I picked up the BMW. I was shocked to see how they had prayed oil all on my convertible top and back window. Oil was all inside my car on my carpets. I called Joe and he was flippent about the situation. I went in for a receipt and Joe literally jerked the pen and paper out of my hand. This is totally unexceptable to be treated in this manner. IF YOU CARE HOW U ARE TREATED by an Auto shop. Do not take your car to AA Auto. Ann Rd. near the 95 freeway. They take your money up front and do not care how they treat u. I came in for a full synthetic oil change and came out doing a tune up on my 2018 Honda civic and no regrets. They not only did it for 180, about half of what the Honda dealer wanted, and they did it in about an hour and very good job. Recommend to family and friends and they were not disappointed. You won't get what you pay for you definitely get way more. I went to AA Auto Care on W. Ann Road, I went in for just deluxe maintainence package. Later on in the day George called me and informed me of more work needed for my vehicle. He quoted me the price and after I told him I couldn't afford it, he informed me about a financing option they had. I was able to qualify and got everything needed for my vehicle. I wasn't able to pick it up the same day, but that's okay because George was so helpful and every time I called him he kept ensuring me that he wanted to make sure everything was right for my vehicle before getting it back. I was able to get it back today and I can already tell a huge difference while driving my vehicle, no more slow starts to accelerate or shaking. This is by far the best mechanic I have come across in Las Vegas. I'm from Los Angeles and it's been a challenge to find a trustworthy mechanic. My car broke down on the side of the freeway in the middle of the night. I called AAA and the tow truck driver Lamont was amazing and I'm forever grateful for his service. He was able to identify what was wrong with my car without any inspections, and suggested that he tow my car to AA Auto Care. He told me the main mechanic, George, would be able to look at my car first thing in the morning and identify the issue. I've been dealing with electrical issues with my car since 2020 and George looked over my car and found a solution immediately. I'm forever thankful for his service, not only did he solve the issues I paid for but he also added an oil change, changed all of my fluids, and even made a new key fob for my car since I didn't have a spare. I'm now a loyal customer. If you need a good mechanic I recommend this shop to anyone in Vegas. They also have 24hour towing service. This is a review for the AA Auto on W Ann Road in Las Vegas. I'd like to preface this review with the fact that I 100% own the fact that we neglected to get our car in in a timely manner, and the engine trouble was, effectively, our own fault. We understood the costs, and that to fix this would take time, and we definitely put money in for the hopes of a fix. I did not expect that one: It would take 3 months of our time, and two: that $6000 would result in the car actually being *worse off* than when we started. We brought it in for engine trouble (two times before, literally a week prior even) - and while we had them 'get it to at least move' after these three months (they finally said we'd need to replace the engine as of this last day, three months later, and it'd be $3000 more, so we're having to write the car off anyhow), we didn't bring it in *smoking* like it was on the way back. That's not to speak of the lack of customer service. I find it oddly fitting that Rolando's been mentioned here beyond my own review, because it was that same exact person I had to deal with - and the very person I had to personally visit in the store to explain to them how promising to 'call us on x day', and never doing so, -four times in a row- was a bad thing. We were told by the mechanic I spoke with there that 'they definitely are better about this' (a lie, after this talk we got maybe two actual on-time calls, then they started pulling the same antics again.) I cannot believe that I had to explain to an auto mechanic how good customer service and rapport/trust-building is supposed to work, and especially so that they started getting lackadaisical in their updates only shortly after. It is clear they either don't give half a whit about giving proper customer service, or they are just that incompetent. I'm half-convinced it's both. Three car repairs, two in a week, and this one that took three months and didn't resolve anything, but rather made it worse. I've seen abysmal service before, but this was a sham - I am embarrassed that we ever put our trust in these mechanics - moreso than I am embarrassed about the mistake I made that led us to having to deal with them in the first place. Rolando, and those of you at AA Auto on Ann Road - You should be ashamed to call yourselves car mechanics. Please take this review as an opportunity to consider a different trade, because this is certainly not a field you're even remotely qualified for. I don't have to be skilled with cars to know that much. For those of you who need a mechanic you can trust - Steer clear of these louts. Your life will be disrupted - the only reason ours wasn't was because were fortunate enough to have a support network. These people are incompetent to a level that could ruin a less fortunate person's life with how long they need your car. For your sake - and hell, anyone else's, steer clear. They encouraged me to bring it back to them I did and they ruined my car even more... they gave me two new tires and absolutely destroyed my car. I took my car and got a brake job and an oil change at AA Auto on Ann and Decatur. It wasn't unreasonable so I took it back when my driver door would not open. Rolando seemed like a nice guy. He tells me he has to order a door handle H wants $580. I ask him to drop it a bit and I will OK it. He lowers it to $520 and orders the part which was $150 or so. Labor is $280. Im not sure how it equaled $580 or $520. When I come back, he tells me I need some other parts as well. BAD DIAGNOSIS . I'm not happy so he tells me no more labor will be charged. He wants to charge me another $487. I have already paid $520 for a part that cannot be returned, I'm kinda stuck. Rolando says he will give me the second part at his cost. I need a door that opens so now I have paid over $1000. I go to dealer and ask him about that $487 part inside the door. They tell me its $242. That was Rolando's way of throwing in $235 more in labor. Rolando had said no upcharge on the part. I went to another AA shop on Ann by the 95 and they said they only upcharge on parts 2 1/2%. Rolando doubled it 100% mark up. He said no mark up. Its about that time I realize my driveway has a lot of oil on it. Sure enough the techs at AA didn't put the cap back on the oil, leaving me a mess which the HOA did not like. They did get a new cap but boy did I wait. I went back to talk to Rolando calmly about what I considered a massive overcharge and if he would do something or pay for something to clean up my driveway. He basically told me to leave and he wasn't doing anything for me. If he told me now that he'd give me a $500 credit for my trouble, I would decline. I told straight facts here. No opinions. You decide if you want to get hustled by Rolo. He is damn good. Im not going back. read more

I really like this shop and find myself going back because they will always work you in for a oil change. Then the truth comes out if you have any other problems with your car they are spot on. There quotes are very fair and will take care of small jobs at that time or schedule a appointment for you for bigger things. THey have brought to my attention thing wrong that Sun Auto has done to my car. I had my nut on a oil pan cross threaded and had bad quality shocks and struts go bad with lifetime warranty and wouldn't stand behind there work unless I paid for $300.00 labor. I have to say that this is the best, honest, mechanic shop that I have ever experienced. My Subaru which I thought was going to be impossible to fix, had broken down from a long journey from Colorado. I had called Triple A...and was helped by Lamont and his son Lamont Jr whom were the tow truck company that were called in to move the car out of location.....this Father and Son team were the kindest and very responsive towards my stressful situation. I went for a simple smog on my Husband's work car. I was told we needed some major work to keep it running. Timing belt, water pump, engine mounts, filters, alternator, and a few things more. I was devastated, we don't have a few thousand laying around to do that. But we ended up financing the charge. Im writing this review to let people know how kind, understanding, patient, and caring this location is. They threw in extras to help us out..simply because they were in the location of the engine that needed work. They didn't need to do that in fact other mechanic locations would never. CONSUMERS BE WARE !!!ROLANDO AND AA AUTO CARE ARE A BIG SCAM . Read before you go . Back in August 2023 my transmission broke down and I towed my car to AA auto center. Living in Orange county CA I left the car there and drove back with a rental back home . Rolando contact me after few days with the price to replace my transmission, I ask him about the warranty since I leave in CA and If I will issues again I won't be able to bring my car back to him ,Rolando then said to me he the work will be under "Napa car care warranty " which is Nation wide coverage for 12k miles and 12 months that been said I authorized him to fix my care ,paid in full in advance and about 2 weeks after the car was ready. We transported the car back and all was good until beginning of February 2024 the transmission fell again and the car is not drivable, I contacted Rolando and he ask me to take the car to any repair shop to diagnos the issue and to send him the report. 2 days after I send to Rolando the estimate and the nightmare begone. At first the Higley "responsive " Rolando didn't answer my call and they put me on hold for more the 20 minutes then a call again 3 time left massages on his cell and the shop no answer till they closed ,I know they saw my number and didn't pick up . The next day I contacted the shop at noon time (off course no one called me back) I got one of the workers telling me that Rolando is not in and will be tomorrow. I called the next day to the shop in the morning again no one pick up after second called in a row I got a message for Rolando saying he "still not in the store but he forwarded my issue to the owner and he is waiting for an answer "this is after 4 days after my first conversation with Rolando. Singing something is not right I called Napa Care care center a d I found out the AA Auto Center stop there contract at November of 2022 and on top of they told me they never cover transmission replacement. Needless to mention I have the invoice from AA auto center with the Napa warranty written on it . (Frud scam fake ) you name it I will save you guys the ridiculous txt exchange with Rolando Saying he didn't gave me the invoice and it someone from the front desk (bla bla bla), or I need to bring the car to them to fix (HA HA HA) So this is Rolando And AA auto center for you . I had been coming here for a few years now - then two weeks ago the guys at the front desk (Joe and George?) said the smog test for my "heavy-duty" Ford E-250 Econoline van is now $39.99, not their $9.99 special that they mail all over the place. Never mind that the DMV lists a heavy-duty vehicle as one that has a GVWR OVER 8500 lbs. I tried to argue with them that my van is classified as a light-duty vehicle. I left and had a smog done somewhere else with no problems. Today I went back with my receipt from July 2022 for the smog ($9.99 performed there) showing the DMV smog certificate clearly stating that it is a vehicle under 8500 lbs. And they still tried to say the DMV is wrong? Do businesses think we're idiots? Very disappointed with this attempt to rip me off - and a loyal customer at that. I intend to write a letter to the owner about this totally negative experience. This review is about the location on W. Ann Road between the 95 and Cimarron.
