Good place for fast food. They have a wide variety of burgers, burritos, and sandwiches plus breakfast served all day. They have a drive-in as well for quick pickups and ordering. They also have seating inside after you order your food at the counter.

Love this restaurant. I believe i have been coming here for over 20 years. It is also located right at corner of Badillo and Citrus with a drive-through and parking area. I have ordered the same item every single time I come even though they have a good-sized menu and specialize in burgers. I always order the gyros sandwich combo with fries and drink. The gyros sandwiches are outstanding as are the fries. I just went back there today after some five years since I was craving a great gyros sandwich. It was as good as ever and they give you a lot of fries as well. I will continue to come back for the gyros, but one day i will indeed try a burger.

One of Covina's finest! I love there shakes here very hard to beat, go early in the evening you won't be disappointed. Today we had a bacon avocado cheeseburger combo. I like to dip my fries in ranch (house made) bomb. They deliver the food to your table which is excellent and they cook to order crispier papas if needed. Don't forget to clean up after yourself. I ordered the Sausage Breakfast Burrito ($9.99). It includes thick slices of sausages, very soft hash browns, wet & silky scrambled eggs, savory cheese, and a buttery tortilla wrap. The low price, clean ingredients, and large portions surprised me. This burrito is very big! (Important Note: This location accepts EBT, card, and cash.) I arrived at Alpha Omega (Covina) on Tuesday (around 8:35AM). As a longtime Covina resident, I avoided this place because I had a bad experience a long, long time ago. However, I am genuinely happy that I revisited. The parking is simple. There's a private parking lot. Also, there's plenty of street parking in Downtown Covina within walking distance. I was surprised to find many customers that weekday morning. Staff is cordial and professional. Staff speaks English and Spanish. Staff is constantly working. I ordered & paid at the counter; I chose "dine-in" & took a number; and I sat at a table. Staff quickly brought the meal to me. The order arrived in two minutes and nine seconds! Ridiculously fast! Perhaps Staff pre-makes batches? However, the food tasted very hot and fresh. To my immense surprise, the Sausage Breakfast Burrito ($9.99) is delicious. It's a heavy burrito. The burrito came pre-sliced, and it tasted clean, hot, and flavorful. The textures were sublime. Its gooey cheese, soft hash browns, velvety & wet eggs, and thick sausages were unexpectedly generous. Next, the meal came with a side of fresh, bright, & spicy salsa. It added a lovely, addictive bite when added. As I glanced at the many, many customers dining around me, I understood the current popularity of Alpha Omega (Covina). It's extremely delicious for its affordable price point. Concerning ambiance, Alpha Omega (Covina) is forgettable. The interior is clean with smooth tables and swept floors; however, there's an off-putting scent of bleach/cleaning supplies in the air. The location also has no music, yet there's two flat screen TVs playing calm ocean videos. The decor is minimalistic and dated. Overall, I had a lovely experience at Alpha Omega (Covina). The Sausage Breakfast Burrito ($9.99) was mindbogglingly tasty. It's well-cooked, and it's generous with its ingredients' portions. If early, I recommend! 4.5 out of 5

GREAT service: Employees are always very friendly, food is fresh and very tasty, and prices for every single item on the menu are very affordable. I've driven by this place countless times, and today I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the potato breakfast burrito and a short stack of pancakes. Although I inquired about a kids' breakfast plate and was told they didn't have one, we received a delightful surprise with our meal: they had prepared Mickey Mouse ear pancakes for the kids! This thoughtful gesture made our experience even more enjoyable. The burrito was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The hash browns were crispy and golden, avoiding that mushy texture that can sometimes be a letdown. Overall, a fantastic breakfast experience that exceeded my expectations!

Used to love this place but it's been a minute since we've gone back, maybe a year. Not sure if they changed owners or recipes but the food is different and not in a good way. The zucchini sticks are now thin super soggy and oily. They put sweet grilled onions on the chili fries for some strange reason, instead of the fresh raw onion they used to have. The fries were also super soggy and old tasting. Was such a tasty place before, not sure what happened.

The burrito was just average -- a bit dry, not much flavor, and the ingredients didn't taste especially fresh. It wasn't bad, but definitely not worth the buzz or the price.The staff was friendly and the place was clean, which I appreciated, but the food itself didn't stand out. I was expecting something more memorable given how often people recommend this spot. Maybe other menu items are better, but based on my experience, it didn't live up to expectations.Overall, it's an okay place if you're nearby, but not one I'd go out of my way to visit again. 2 stars for good service, but the food just didn't deliver.

The hubs was not feeling well and asked for a chorizo and egg breakfast burrito. He has had this before so assuming the experience would be exceptional as usual. Went through the drive thru and staff was nice and friendly. Returned home with the burrito, split it to share and we both were wondering where the chorizo was hiding. Saw some Egg in there and really it was like tiny speckles of chorizo with loads of hash. Was someone else taking over at the grill and wasn't told the burrito standard of the chorizo and egg breakfast burrito? Must have been an off night or something. Have to think twice before getting this again (at least for me).

We come here often for breakfast or lunch and it has never not hit the spot. We love their breakfast burritos and for lunch we get anything from patty melts, BLTs, and cheeseburgers. Between my coworkers and I, I think we have tried everything on the menu. No matter what we order, we always get zucchini, fries and sometimes onion rings to share. Their ranch is bomb and so are their yellow peppers. The service is always good and they never give us a hard time when we ask for extra ranch as other places read more

Went to pick up an order and was told that I have to get out my car next time. Im postpartum and my back was spasming badly I couldn't get out of the car. The drive thru was empty and I didn't feel the need to explain my medical issue. But there needs to be some empathy here. If someone comes to pick up an order and decides to go through the empty drive through maybe something is going on. I decided to give this place a try again and although I had previously stated that there are better bigger places around, this place seems to have gotten even worse and I probably won't be going back even if they are the most convenient spot. I placed my order in the drive thru only to get to the window and then have missed half my order. Driving home I realized they messed up our drink order. Once I got home and started eating nothing was well prepared. The fries were over cooked and the burger buns were stale. The burger toppings were scant and the ranch tasted funky. I finished my meal but it wasn't enjoyable. read more

My kids were so upset. Corndogs were extremely burnt and had a horrible taste. Club sandwich and zucchini's were fine. Check your food before you leave. Corn dogs were all thrown out what a waste. read more

Ever since new management has taken over the taste and quality of Alpha Omega's food has been in the dumpster. I've given them multiple chances since taking over. Today was an all-time low, as I bit into my breakfast burrito I get a feeling of something hard and sharp between my teeth. I spit it out and it was the end piece that holds the wrappers of loaves of bread closed. This place isn't the same place you know and love with the best breakfast burritos in the valley. Came here after a long day super hungry but Shout to alpha omega!!! Got there at 8:55pm 5 min before they closed and there were happy to still serve us we felt so bad because they just got done cleaning but said don't worry about it what would you like! Top notch great customer service! The food was also amazing! I got the bacon cheeseburger! Burger was a good big size crispy bacon and sauce wash tasty! I'm not sure what happened when they changed the menu, but this isn't the first time I got really shitty food from them. I actually haven't ordered from them in a while now because of the issues with their food the burgers don't taste like they used to, but I figured that was my preference what ever spice they put on when they changed. Today I tried to give them a chance and I ordered off a DoorDash for a coupon. I was better off ordering full price at another location soggy cold, raw fries and my sandwich just soggy as hell falling apart. I feel like this was an order that was not picked up and I got their order this used to be my spot all the time a lot of my friends too we love the club sandwiches here the burgers and breakfast. I even haggle them saying oh it's a lot better now this was a couple months back and then I had a bad experience-again, I'll be taking my business over to Covina Burger now or or even Tam or Tom's. Norms is even better this place is not the same anymore. It's horrible ever since they changed. Took me a a while to post a review tried to give them the benefit of the doubt just no. The burgers here are really good! I used to come here when I was in high school, so I wanted to show my wife the food. We were surprised at the taste of burger and amount of fries we got! Frequent customers . Usually have good service. However tonight at the drive thru the employee was not in a good mood. My boyfriend went to pick up some tacos, and after ordering the employee came out the back door and said " You shouldve gone to a taco joint" and walked away. Not understanding his comment he left without the food. Loved it! Oh my goodness! I was in the mood for a local burger spot with great quality food. No smut! This place was on point. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. My food was fresh and really good. My first visit, I ordered a breakfast burrito with salsa. Both amazing and delicious, however...... I found an egg shell in my burrito. Based on other reviews, it sounds like the staff may need additional training to make sure foreign objects don't end up in the food. I will give this place a 4 star. They have some really good breakfast burritos. They are so big and very fulfilling, these people want to make sure you get full and come back. I like how they add hash browns if this is some type don't like please tell them, they will fix that for you. I haven't had any issues with them temperature problems or bad taste. It's amazing. There is a star missing because across the stress is a funeral home where they bring dead bodies ( I was thinking it's kind of strange to be ordering food and watching dead bodies go into the hole) and the yellow pole driving in the drive through has been bumped thousands of times. You need a small car to order in your car. When you go you will see. read more

I have ordered from Alpha Omega on numerous occasions within the last two months. Every time being a breakfast burrito, and every time it has tasted great. Today I had the misfortune of my first bad experience relating to Alpha Omega. I ordered for pickup over the phone as I was on the way, only to receive a lukewarm almost cold and somewhat soggy burrito with a massive amount of clumpy cold cheese I had to remove. Im not one to point fingers but I have trouble understanding how my burrito could be so cold if I had just called in and immediately picked it up within 6-7 minutes top. I even ate it my car, so it couldn't have gotten cold on the way home. It seems like this time I was given a burrito that was prepped long before I called instead of a fresh one as per usual. It is very unfortunate and I hope it doesn't happen again or else I will have to order from somewhere else. read more

Ok today I decided I wanted a chicken grilled salad at Alpha Omegas well I was very disappointed who ever cooked the chicken put to much pepper also I noticed that the ranch had pepper in it to if I'm going to pay the extra for ranch i want ranch not with pepper in it.. I couldn't even enjoy my salad half of it went to the trash wasted my money. Also maybe put the chicken in a separate container because when you put it hot into the salad the lettuce and tomatoes get mushie. I've been coming to this place for years now and always have been satisfied. Not today!! read more

Stop by on my way back from church in Chino. I was looking for a lil burger joint to grab a bacon and egg breakfast and drove by this lil spot. Ordered the bacon egg platter with coffee. Wow! Easily one of the best eggs hash brown an bacon breakfast I have ever had and I'm over 50 years old. Lol! Very very generous portions and good coffee served in a real mug ! Fast super nice service. Disappointed to say the least. Fried were good but though the burger was charbroiled style cooked, it was nothing more than a Walmart frozen patty in disguise with char lines. I am not a fry eater but they were much better than the burger so I won't be returning just to eat fries. Sadly the wife and I often see the place and chat about wanting to eat there as it looks like a cool little burger place. But very disappointing. :-( read more

Alpha Omega has been our go to for breakfast burritos for over fifteen years. If you're going on the weekends expect a long drive thru line in the morning. They come out and take your order so it goes fast. Worth the wait. Good burgers, chili cheese fries and breakfast burritos. Amazing service as well. read more

I had work in West Covina and reached out to a buddy for a burrito spot. I grabbed bacon, sausage and chorizo for the crew. I knew the spot was gonna be dope when it was a bit run down and u could smell the gorgeous flavors from the drive in. The portions - as u can see - are legit. The burritos and ingredients are super fresh. The texture and consistency on everything was awesome. The salsa kicked it up even more. You can tell that it was made in house. To be honest, the customer service was excellent. The workers were in a good mood and friendly. However, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was raw. Furthermore, they put to much thousand island sauce on all the cheeseburgers we ordered that the buns were soggy. Golden bowl cheeseburgers are a lot better and they are down the street. read more

My primary concerns are as follows: Limited Menu Communication: Upon arriving, I was disappointed to find a restricted holiday menu that did not include the dishes I had specifically come for. While I understand the need for a limited menu on busy holidays, this should have been communicated to guests waiting outside. Waiting an hour to be seated only to realize the items I craved were unavailable was a significant letdown. Inattentive Service: Despite the restaurant not appearing to be at full capacity, the service was lacking. My father's meal arrived significantly later than the rest of the table's, and basic needs--such as coffee refills for my mother and water for the table--were never addressed. No one checked in to see if we were satisfied with our meal at any point. Gratuity Policy: Regarding the 18% gratuity for parties of six or more, I completely respect the policy in principle. However, when the service does not meet basic expectations, being told I must pay a specific dollar amount--in this case, $40--feels intrusive. I am someone who genuinely enjoys leaving generous tips in cash to reward good service; being forced to pay a set amount for a subpar experience felt less like a gratuity and more like an unjustified surcharge. I believe your establishment is capable of much better. I hope you take this feedback into account to ensure future holiday guests receive the transparency and quality of service that originally made me a loyal customer.

If it was possible to put zero stars I would. This place used to be excellent and used to be a pillar of the community. This restaurant was family-owned owned for decades. The service was excellent and the food was always great. Recently there has been a change in ownership & food quality has suffered as well as the service. I've tried many times to give the new owners a chance, but tonight was unbelievable. An older blonde lady who was working at the cash register belittled and berated me. She told me never to come back, because I changed my mind & asked her to cancel the onion rings from my order. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. This type of treatment is unheard of....especially from a place I was choosing to patronize. Unfortunately, my 10 year old daughter had to witness this & she can't stop talking about it & asking why that lady was so mean. She has never seen such an unnecessary, unprovoked confrontation in her life. The food has completely declined in quality and the customer service is unbelievably horrible. I go here about twice a week (it's walking distance from work). There is quite a bit to choose from so it doesn't get boring and the portions are HUGE so you won't go hungry for sure (I normally eat half and bring half back). It's quick and the prices are great!
