We popped into grab breakfast here since it was close to our hotel. The check in was slow especially since there were tables available. I have to say that they made up for the delay on our initial impression. When the waiter came to get our drink order, we told him that we needed to order right away because we were in a rush. A few minutes after ours drinks came, the food was coming out. It was super fast and we appreciated that. The waffles were less sweet than I'm used to. Nice brunch spot located in downtown Long Beach. Park in the parking structure right next to the restaurant they will validate it for two hours. It was easy to walk in. There is no way to make a reservation so you just have to show up. But trust me when I say the weight is worth it it is worth it. The service was very nice. Our server was able to answer all the questions for us since it was our first time coming. I had the chorizo and eggs with a half waffle that I asked for fruity pebbles, and one of my friends had the corn hash with eggs and the red velvet half waffle. Both were very delicious. Been wanting to try this place and during race weekend I met my friend there right next to the metro station. It was a little busy but my friend was already waiting for me. It's a nice open restaurant with a lot of seating and a covered patio outdoors. I kept my choice simple and had bacon and eggs and it was delicious. Fluffy eggs, plenty of bacon and crispy hash browns. The sourdough was good but I wished more butter was on them. My friend had the Ham, egg and cheese burrito which look well put together. I ordered a vanilla oat latte (10/10 and taste like it came from a local coffee shop), the sausage infused waffle (100/10), a side of fried chicken (9.5/10, so juicy and well seasoned) and the breakfast potatoes (would skip).
