Picked up a breakfast donut, apple fritter and donut holes. Unfortunately, the donuts didn't taste fresh, despite picking them up in the morning. Maybe the oil needed to be changed or something but the donut holes had a strong used oil taste. I chose the jalapeno cream cheese donut which wasn't great but wasn't horrible either. Tasted exactly how it looked. Again, didn't taste fresh as if it's been sitting out for some time. A few people enjoying their donuts inside.

Bob's is a S.F. institution as far as donuts are concerned. They're known for being open 24 hours a day and their huge donuts. This location is across the street the street from the o.g. location. This one is bright and cleaner than original. I especially love the jelly donut because they don't skimp on that jelly inside. Street parking is tough.

I saw parking while driving past so opted to sate my craving for a Custard Filled Chocolate Long John. Even on a quiet Thursday morning the shop had a steady stream of customers. Efficient Staff, and trays of freshly made donuts.

Wow. On our e-bikes this Tuesday morning I suggested to hubby we make our way to Bob's. Being donuts fans he was very agreeable. We popped in around 10:00am. We looked at all the yummy donuts and bought: * chocolate old fashioned * blueberry- one crumble& one cake. There's a few chairs alongside the small footprint. We kinda sat & stood inside as we had to keep an eye on our bikes. Our first bite - WOW! Still warm and so moist. We talked about our donuts a good 1/2 hour as we continued on our bikes What a great morning treat.

Lesser known than the one on Polk, this Bob's Donuts on Baker/Fulton had no lines when I got there for a sinful treat. Their apple fritter is huge and out-of-this-world deeelicious - I walked many blocks and devoured the whole thing!

While I love the variety of flavors and options of donuts, I've never been blown away by them. They're decent overall, but I would love if they were a little bit sweeter. There's a small amount of seating near the window, but more of a take away spot. You get your donuts pretty quickly after your order.

Great corner spot for easy access to donuts. Great variety, and nice staff members explaining the flavors. The display case was cute and organized neatly with name tents. Came here after an ebike tour and ordered thir famous Apple Fritter donut. Great flavor! Lovely day. Famous Apple Fritter donut - massive!!

This is my absolute favorite spot for a late night treat! It's perfectly located after a night out at the bars and offers a great atmosphere to wind down with something sweet. The vibe is fantastic, and there's ample seating. My friends and I ordered our donuts and comfortably stayed for an hour just chatting and slowly enjoying them. The donuts themselves are truly excellent, light and airy. I absolutely love this spot!

Came for a donut! They have so many options. This is my third time here. I went on a weekday and there was almost no wait. It gets busy on weekends. This is one of my favorite donut shops in the City! Very fluffy and priced well. Staff is nice. They take credit card.

Classic SF donut shop. Have been going to the Polk St location for years. Super friendly staff and large variety of donuts. I tried the vegan matcha. Flavors were okay but the donut was a bit dry, so felt a little off. And boy, who knew donuts were so pricey nowadays

Stopped by bob's donuts and got my go to donuts-- apple fritters, tiger tail, and some of the classic donuts. Always a welcoming cashier. There is few seating indoors and no seating outdoors. Parking can be difficult in this area, but located on the corner of the street and a good place to pick up a donut or two after a long walk or bike ride in Golden Gate Park.

Came here on International Donut Day and was happy with the Hawaiian Blueberry filled donut which was Que ricooooooooo. Cute shop! We stopped here while on an e-bike tour of San Francisco and they stopped at iconic places so very glad to experience Bob's.

Dropped by on the 4th of July and was thankful they were open! While looking through the options, people came in and out -- lots of runners stopping for a sweet treat, surprisingly. The donuts in the glass display are mostly those with filling. All trad donuts are in the back, so they're there and available, just not displayed. Obvious, but thought I'd mention it. Donut holes (half $2, dozen $4) Cash and card both accepted. Cashier was a little rude and short responsed/had attitude. It's ok! Got the apple fritter, tiramisu, half dozen donut holes and a Hawaiian guava!

Currently Arsicault Bakery has three locations: Inner Richmond (the flagship location), Civic Center, and Mission Bay. There is a plan to open another location in Palo Alto in fall 2026. [Parking]: Street metered parking only, but there are plenty of 30-minute metered parking spots in this part of the neighborhood. [Ordering]: There was no line when our party arrived at 2:30 PM on Saturday, but the shop had run out of everything except chocolate croissants and plain croissants. [Menu]: Yelp's top highlighted items are Chocolate Almond Croissant, Kouign-Amann, and Morning Bun. *** Chocolate Croissant ($6.00): Great croissant with ultra flaky texture, but I wish it had a bit more chocolate filling. *** Personally this is one of those "good but not that good" croissant shops. It would have been nice to try their almond croissant and few other baked goods, but I had to make this visit count with whatever croissants they had left. This is one of those spots for visitors to come as soon as the shop opens if you want to secure some of their most popular and desirable baked goods.

It ended up taking us over two hours to get our pastries, and by the time we reached the front, some items had already sold out. This time, we decided to arrive right when the line opened at 7:45am on a Friday. Personally, I'd rather get there early, wait a little over an hour, and have the first pick of pastries than arrive later, wait even longer, and risk missing out on items. We were the third party in line and placed our order around 9:05am. By 9:15am, we had our pastries and drinks. After our first visit, I wasn't completely convinced the wait was worth it. The pastries were good, but the long line and wait time didn't feel justified. This visit, however, may have changed my mind. We ordered: * Madame Lorraine * Chorizo & Tot Croquiche * Morty P * Strawberry Vanilla Bean Bun * Pistachio Cardamom Sugar Croissant * Rocky Road Double Chocolate Cookie * Classic Croissant We also got two drinks: the S'mores Mocha and the Cherry Vanilla Almond Cappuccino. Don't skip their drinks, their specialty coffees are just as creative as their pastries. I really appreciate their rotating menu. Their pastries are always so creative, and I love that they experiment with unique flavor combinations that you don't typically see at a bakery. Some items are definitely more memorable than others, but I enjoy that there's always something new to try. Their pastries are well executed. The croissants are flaky and buttery. This visit, my personal favorite was the Chorizo & Tot Croquiche. Overall, this visit was a much better experience than my first. If you're willing to wait in line, I think it's worth checking out. Otherwise, you can always try your luck with their Hotplate presale.

Customers can also place online pickup orders via the bakery's website. All drinks come with a complimentary Pineapple Bite. *** Egg Custard Tart (regular HK egg tart - $2.35): A solid egg tart, but it wasn't very flaky and tasted cold. Croissant Egg Tart (Portuguese egg tart - an upgrade of the traditional egg tart with croissant crust and caramelized top, $3.90): Definitely an upgraded version of regular egg custard tart and the croissant crust made all the difference. Guava Butter Pineapple Bun (one of our most popular items - cold, sweet, and smooth butter inside a warm pineapple bun - $4.65): S-tier bun with a soft & pillow-like texture. Hot Hong Kong Milk Tea drink with a complimentary Pineapple Bite (small, regular sweet - $5.25): I sampled the drink and it had the right balance of slight black tea bitterness and a hint of milk with just the right amount of sweetness. *** Top-notch pineapple buns and I can definitely see the appeal. Now that I know the drink comes with a complimentary Pineapple Bite, I actually prefer pairing the Pineapple Bite with the drink rather than ordering pineapple buns with various fillings on their own.

I've always wanted to try this place since I see a line every time I walked by. There's a lot of foot and car traffic. It's definitely a busy area so expect to park in one of the nearby residential areas or be extremely and walk/bike/bus here! Upon stepping into the tiny shop, I was enveloped in the sweet smell of chocolate chip cookies. It was tempting to put that in my bag, but I stuck with my game plan. They do self serve for all the baked goods and drinks except the pizza and focaccia. You tell the cashier what you grabbed. There's self serve complimentary water on the side too. Got a pecan swirl, one of each square focaccia flavors, and a half pizza (hot). The pizza flavor of the day was triple mushroom with sesame ginger garlic vinaigrette and mozzarella. It was 10/10 delicious!! Do note that they don't heat up the focaccia. Personally, after tasting everything, I'd say the pizza is more worth it than the focaccia "pizzas". The pecan roll was quite addicting too. You can also skip the line if you want to order online on their website and schedule a pick up time, but my gift card didn't work so I just waited in line.
