They have a $5 early bird special Monday through Friday, 7-10 am, that includes a bagel and cream cheese of your choice plus either a cold brew or hot coffee. They absolutely do not skimp on the cream cheese. My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar bagel with either the scallion cream cheese or sun dried tomato cream cheese. The signature Calic stuffed bagel is flavorful and filling. When I'm not getting the early bird special, I also enjoy the biscoff latte. When I have the time, I like sitting at the outdoor area to enjoy my bagel, and they have seating inside as well. Gigantic, flavorful, and basically a meal on their own, the Calic Bagels are a must get when you're in LA near K-town. While they're a bit pricey, I think the quantity and quality are worth it. Soo popular but also surprisingly spacious, green building there is parking for the plaza. Suggest ordering online for a shorter wait, but the good thing is they seem to be producing a lot so even on a weekend afternoon, nothing was sold out. Separate line to order and ordering is pretty fast on the kiosk, the long part is waiting for pick up. The bagels have a nice soft chew to them with a slight sweetness. The shmear cut in between is thick and fluffy creamy with a bit of garlic taste. The bagel itself has some brushing of butter. Overall more creamy, fluffier/chewier, and on the sweet vs savoury sharp bite side. Next time I think I will get the bagel and shmear as I didnt need as much cream cheese. It's not really korean garlic bread in the sense no cheese pull (shmear instead in between nor is it super garlicky). But its a cute place with lots of photo ops and lot of space. LA's bagel scene has been disappointing to me so far, and I went to Calic in hopes of finding a new reliable spot. While the bagels definitely got the job done, I can't say they were life-changing. The hunt continues. My friend and I split the Lox bagel and the Calic Signature. I ordered the former with an Everything Bagel and all the usual ingredients. While the veggies and lox were undeniably fresh, the bagel itself wasn't anything special. It wasn't warmed up and honestly tasted like something you could get at Einstein's or Panera. The Signature bagel was more memorable: a warm, cheesy, melt-in-your-mouth experience that left me feeling content. Definitely pack gum-- it's strong on the garlic-- but no complaints from me. Wow wow wow I frikin love these bagels! We were in the area and were craving a bagel spot and Calic showed up. I am a huge fan of stuffed-anything and so when I saw pictures of these bagels, I knew these would be for me. They have both a decent inside and outdoor seating area. Since it was our first time, we downloaded their app which gave us 20% of the order which was super nice! While they have their signature 'stuffed' bagels, they also do have regular bagels and so we had to try them both. The signature garlic stuffed and the bacon scallion stuffed both were amazing! The garlic was super potent and forward which I loved. The bacon and scallion filling was so savory and delicious too. The bagels themselves were chewy, soft, and overall perfect. We got regular bagels on the side too just to see the quality of the bagel and those were just as good. I could see bagel 'enthusiasts' considering the stuffed bagels too far removed from the 'traditional' bagel, but I don't care because they taste too damn good. They also carry some different cream cheese shmears and so we tried the Yuzu cream cheese. While it tasted very citric and lemony, I admit that it's probably not the best pairing with a salty bagel. My friend and I were 2 hours early for my dental appointment and we were STARVING!!!!!! I only had a cup of coffee and small piece of pandesal (roll) for breakfast. You order through a touch screen and then they text you when your order is ready. My friend and I ordered the pizza calic, elote calic, lemon cheesecake slice, iced strawberry matcha latte, and cream matcha latte. Both bagels (pizza and elote) were delicious! So full of cream and perfect for sharing. My strawberry matcha was very smooth but the strawberry had clumped at the bottom and had an odd taste. Other than that it was great! The lemon cheesecake reminded me of a lemon merengue pie with how fluffy the filling was. I enjoyed the crust more than anything. The seating outside is very cute. Not too many open tables so you have to be vigilant about watching when someone gets up to take their seat. I'd seen this place on Instagram for a while and decided to check them out last week while I was visiting LA. There's a free parking garage for the little shopping center the bagel shop is located in. There's also a lot of street parking along the road. I headed straight for the display counter to look at the bagels I wanted to order. You can order via mobile phone or with the person at the counter. I decided to go with the Corn Cheese Calic, Pizza Calic, Mini Calic (Signature Garlic), and a slice of the lemon cheesecake. The bagels are served warm and stuffed with filling. They're rich but don't make you feel like you've stuffed your gut with a brick of dough. Corn Cheese Calic - Rich and creamy with corn in it, what's not to love? My personal favorite was the corn cheese bagel because it reminded me of the corn cheese from KBBQ. In 2025, Calic remains a great choice for delicious, trendy, somewhat expensive, bring-to-impress or one-and-done experience. We ordered a pair of Classic Calic Bagels ($9/each), a garlic cream cheese stuffed savory treat. It was not too heavy, not greasy, decadent, and delicious, made fresh to order, warm, and easy to pull apart, segemented scrupiously into sixths. We also tried the pizza, which was topped with cheese and filled with a great pizza-flavored cream cheese, as well as the bacon scallion, which was a little heavy (albeit, I should have expected this) but rich and filling, and paired it with their salted cream cheese latte ($7), which was as decadent and creamy as you might expect. The place is trendy and clean, finely adorned with news clippings documenting their recent fame, decorations, and pictures. The staff was friendly and the wait time (around 10 minutes) was reasonable. While the bagels were undoubtedly delicious, I found the price tag ($9/ each), a little sharp, despite the high quality of the food. Given how popular / viral the location is, I certainly can't blame such a high price; with lines going out the door and sell-outs common, were I the owner I would probably do the same! While visiting LA my friend who is a newer local really wanted to try this spot. Pursuing the menu it sounded delicious and we were both excited to stop by. Parking was lucky and we found street spots without the hassle of a parking garage, but maybe because it was a weekday around 11am. I ordered the bacon scallop bagel and my friend ordered the pizza bagel. Now while all the flavors were there and it was yummy, it personally for me was just TOO MUCH FILLING. The bagel to cream cheese ratio was just a bit much in my opinion. I love cream cheese, and I love a TON of cream cheese on my bagel, but this was basically cream cheese with a little thin layer of bagel around it. My friend's pizza bagel had almost a tomato bisque cream cheese that I think should have had more tomato flavor but still good. My friend was bummed there were no actual pieces of pepperoni on his bagel like depicted in the photos but felt the same about the overload of filling. Also something just bizarre was how incredibly small the plates were. The plates literally fit ONLY the bagel. So while cutting the pieces off I felt like I was making a mess trying to contain everything on my little tiny plate. But that's just me being nit picky about the little details. It was yummy, the inside/outside are very chill and great for a breakfast alone or with a larger group, however I don't know if I'm really tempted to come back. I think this is the best bagel I have ever had... Of course, I had to try their signature Calic (garlic) bagel. I was a bit worried that the garlic flavor would be overpowering, but honestly it was the perfect amount. The delicious balance between the cream cheese and the soft bagel explains why this place is highly recommended. I also tried the Habanero Calic, which is perfect for spice lovers but I would probably stray from that if you have a low spice tolerance. I placed my order online, and I love that they keep their pickup orders where only workers can access it. I liked that they had good outside seating as well since the inside tends to get crowded. read more

AMAZING!! Breakfast bagels are one of my absolute favorites and I'd have to rank these at #1. The bagels themselves are airy, perfectly warm, and soo flavorful. We had two of the Brekky Bagels, one on and everything bagel and the other on jalapeño cheddar. Both were absolutely delicious! We also ordered the Habanero Calic stuffed bagel, it was too spicy for me but my boyfriend loved it. They were sold out of the Pizza Calic but we definitely want to try that next! For drinks, a Caramel Latte (less sweet) and a Matcha Creme Latte. Equally as delicious as everything else. Self-service kiosk but we had a couple questions and the two girls at the front were very friendly! We ordered takeout this time. Was very excited to finally try calic bagel and would say it's definitely worth a try! I think I just found both the bagels I got to be a bit too salty for me but overall, I think the signature calic was a lot better than the breakfast Becky. The OJ was great no problems there read more
