Pandan Matcha Latte and Lychee Green Oolong Tea

Chill Coffee is such a welcome addition to the area, especially because it's one of the few boba spots open early. Sometimes you want something other than coffee in the morning, and this place absolutely delivers. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting with comfortable seating, great music, and the kind of vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. Everything feels thoughtfully curated without being overdone. I ordered the Lychee Oolong Tea, and it was incredibly refreshing. The tea flavor came through beautifully, and it wasn't overloaded with sweetness like so many other boba drinks. I also tried the Pandan Matcha, which was perfectly balanced. The earthy matcha and subtle pandan complemented each other so well, and again, it wasn't overly sweet. Great drinks, great atmosphere, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back and am so happy to have an early-opening boba spot in the neighborhood.

Wonderful fast service. Place is super cute. They have pastries, beverages, and great service. We ordered salty cheese beverages. Was tasty -- although they do make it different than Happy lemon of course. But it was still good. Thank you again! Establishment is very clean.

Located across from the Asian Garden Mall, with tons of coffee and tea shops in every corner, chill coffee stood out to me since they have a variety of matcha and coffee. To my surprise, coffee was strong, smooth, and rich. Matcha was perfectly balanced with milk and matcha ratio. I also loved that it came in a 24 oz cup for about $7. They also have a an option to add as much espresso free of charge. I love strong coffee, so I don't know about adding an additional shot. Probably if anyone wants to stay awake all day and night. The staff that took my order is very friendly and helpful. He knows the menu very well, and can adjust to your preferences.

Service was very attentive and friendly. Boba tasted like mochi balls. Got three drinks and sweetness level is pretty good. I got half sweet so drinks were not sweet at all. Milk tea is good. Not too much milk and not ok much tea. Lychee green tea is average. Not premium but decent snd refreshing.

Tried the Banana Coffee today and honestly loved it. The banana aroma blends surprisingly well with the smooth coffee, plus a light hint of cinnamon that makes the drink extra comforting and refreshing on a hot day. Very mellow, flavorful, and refreshing with every sip. Overall good location, easy parking and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Tried the kumquat honey lemon tea from Chill Coffee and it was actually really refreshing. Got it less sweet, which was definitely the move -- still has a nice natural sweetness from the honey without being overpowering. Flavor-wise, it's bright and citrusy with a slight bitterness from the kumquat, balanced out well by the honey. Doesn't taste artificial or syrupy like some places. The passion fruit puree with seeds at the bottom adds a tangy punch and a little crunch, which makes the drink more interesting texture-wise. Portion size is solid and feels worth it for the price. Overall a good option if you want something light and refreshing instead of a heavy milk tea. Drink came fast, friendly staff. I'd get it again, especially on a hot day.

Super cute spot! Parking is a bit difficult with a lot of cars, but you're bound to find a spot eventually. Their tropical tea is good and sweet and their salty cream coffee has the right amount of espresso taste! The drinks come out quick and servers are nice.

Very relaxed vibes here. It's one of many coffee and boba shops in the area. This place is a solid 7. The decorations were cute and matched the recent Tet holiday that just passed. There are so many boba/coffee shops -one new one pops up every other week. It's hard to stand out. But easier to fail. And close down. New coffee shop that took over PresoTea and I was excited to try. However, $13 for 2 cups of ice... nope. Salted cream matcha latte was super bland/diluted -even for a latte. Parking could be an issue. It's right next to Seafood Cove dim sum. Tried the pandan latte. Before I mixed it I tried the flavors separately. The pandan was really good. I would go back and just get the pandan alone no coffee. Once mixed, you lose the pandan flavor and it tastes mostly like coffee. It was still good. The hubby like his plain black coffee, no creamer, no sugar. He said the plain coffee tasted sweet. Not sure if the hot coffee is brewed with sweetener or if the barista messed up. read more

Both came beautifully layered and tasted even better than they looked. The Salty Cream Coffee was bold and creamy with just the right touch of saltiness that cuts through the sweetness -- super addictive! The extra shot gave it a nice kick without being bitter. The Salty Green Oolong Tea was light, refreshing, and had a lovely subtle floral note with that signature salty cream finish. The shop itself has a bright, modern, and relaxing atmosphere with big windows letting in plenty of sunlight. Friendly service and quick prep too. Chill Coffee was founded in 2025 by two best friends with a shared dream: to craft the finest coffee and matcha drinks in the heart of Little Saigon. One co-founder moved down from Portland, OR to turn her vision into reality, while the other has long called Orange County home. Together, they blend their passion, creativity, and love for the craft—bringing delicious, thoughtfully made coffee and tea beverages to the local community. Meet the Business Owner: Tracy N.

Tracy’s journey began in Saigon, Vietnam, where she grew up with a love for crafting drinks for friends and family. From soda pops and lemonades to coffee and tea, her passion for beverages was evident from a young age. After moving to the United States, Tracy spent most of her life in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon. In 2019, she opened her first boba shop—and within just a few years, launched a second location, building a loyal following and gaining over five years of hands-on experience in creating delicious boba tea drinks. In 2025, Tracy made the move to sunny California, inspired to bring her beverage-making talents to Orange County. With a deep commitment to quality and creativity, she now focuses on perfecting her coffee and matcha offerings—drinks designed to spark joy and bring a smile to every customer she serves.

Very cute coffee shop in the heart of Little Saigon Bolsa. They are located right underneath Seafood Cove, across the street from Asian Garden Mall. I've tried many of their coffee drinks and matcha series. My favorite are the egg cream brûlée coffee (less sweet) and matcha with vanilla cold foam (less sweet). Their coffee latte is super good and on par some of the best coffee shops in the area. You can pick Vietnamese coffee or American latte for the coffee base. You can ask them for extra coffee shots with no additional charge! Their matcha drinks are amazingly good. I drank 4 cups in the last 7 days.
