I ordered iced latte with macadamia milk and it was amazing! I ordered hot earl grey tea for my mumsie who came with me. The service is excellent... everyone was helpful, patient as I was thinking of what to order, and seemed kind and engaging with the customers. The chill lofi music playing matched the clean and minimalistic environment with a few plants around to add a nice touch and perhaps to enhance the air. Noise level was average with music in background and few people chatting. There is a few tables right out the door. Adequate amount of wall tables and a large center communal table for both individuals and small groups. Parking was available in the small plaza. Depends on what you are looking for. Any lattes only come in one size, small. As you're standing at the counter you see three sized hot cups, like most coffee shops, but the only offerings in the larger cups are americanos or drip. When I questioned why, I was told because of the amount of milk they purchase. It was quite disappointing to only be able to get one size of any HOT beverage containing milk. I travel a lot and try to support local coffee shops over corporate, but this one is a miss in my book. Again, buyer beware before going there. read more

My hubs and I went to the Coffee Parlor for the first time a few weeks ago. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in! It's a small place (really clean) in a little strip mall. Most of the parking area out front is roped off for the picnic tables that are shared with the other shops. There's a feel good vibe about it all with the other little restaurants/specialty foods (cheese) shops in the mall. There's even some seating inside if you so choose. Now the food!!! Everything from the fresh squeezed oj to the..... I can't decide what to put! Fresh baked bread, avocado toast, burritos, French toast, the list goes on. Everything was delicious! We had a small crowd with us and we were all sharing bites. We even bought loaves of their fresh bread to take home. It disappeared before we knew it. This place is a great place if I want a change of scenery from my typical Starbucks or Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf escape. It's great for working if you come early to grab a spot. The WiFi connection is quick and the atmosphere very open and well-lit. I came here to work and was able to work comfortably for a good 3-4 hours before leaving. I did order a caramel macchiato which is not your typical Starbucks version, but comes in a small mug and is super, duper strong! Maybe that's why I was so productive. I also wanted to eat breakfast and was tempted to order an avocado toast, but thought that would be too much for the morning, so decided on the sunflower butter w/ mixed berries toast. I wanted to see what sunflower butter tasted like since I've never had it. In the end, I ate all of my toast, but didn't become a fan of sunflower butter and probably wouldn't order it again. The butter was quite grainy in texture and very mild in flavor. The fruits helped but instead of using honey to design the plate, they should have drizzled the honey on the toast to give it more of a sweet, breakfast flavor. The best thing about coffee parlor is there baked goods they make their breads and pastries on site. you can see them make the dough when you walk in. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast burrito, which in my opinion has the perfect ratio of everything, and the vanilla sprinkle donut which was one of the best doughnuts I've had. I've gotten a vanilla latte and a matcha latte from here before, both taste great. The espresso is very smooth and I love how they have homemade vanilla syrup. I do wish there was more indoor seating, but if its a nice day there's lots of outdoor seating. I genuinely love this coffee shop. The staff is friendly and clearly excited about what they've accomplished. The food and coffee are delicious. I've had both the avocado toast and the breakfast sandwich and both were very yummy. The toast especially is tasty and quite Instagram worthy. They carry a large variety of non-dairy milk including macadamia milk which is a little sweeter than almond milk and possibly one of my favorites. I left off a star simply because the prices are just too high for what you're getting. An iced latte is over $6 and is pretty small (12oz I think) and the toast (avocado and pb&b) are $9. The first bite you experience a flavorful turkey avocado and sprouts like never before. I was optimistic at first thinking it might be dry, but man it was far from that. I noticed a light citrus taste combined with the avocado spread that was amazing. The bread was fresh, your teeth sink into it. I also tried the egg bagel sandwich. A poached egg cooked just right. To wash everything down I had to have my go to iced cold brew. Strong and full of flavor just how I like a cold brew. There's zero comparison to a large coffee chain with the beans they make the coffee with. The condiments are directly behind you after you order your coffee so there's no need to ask for extra creamer. I like to doctor up my drink a little without having to ask. Parking can be a little tough directly in front , but I normally park on the north side of the building where there's normally ample parking. I was in turn served a sandwich on an English muffin with no aioli and what seemed like no salt or flavor whatsoever. This place is pricy and I don't know why. The cold brew was very smooth and not bitter at all. The breakfast sandwich had a handmade (in house!) Brioche bun. The bacon on the sandwich was the star of the show! Thick cut, crispy, and smokh. Came on a Wednesday morning around 9am and was pleasantly surprised to find the cafe in a small but empty plaza. Parking wasn't a problem but possibly later on during the day it might become crowded. I got a regular latte ($4) and substituted macadamia nut milk since it sounded intriguing. The barista was even nice enough to give me a sample too! Andddd as most cafes charge now, the milk substitute was a whole $1 more which I was surprised to find when my total for the regular sized latte came out to $5.50 before tip... but for a first timer, I enjoyed the drink and definitely the friendly, quick service! Space/ambiance of the cafe is very nice and spacious! There's an abundance of small tables inside and I love the wooden table+chairs aesthetic with cute potted plants on every table.
