Reservation for four, with only one vegan - 5/5 from everyone. Wowwww, this was delicious! Hard to fathom it was vegan - the best pizza I ever had and everything was to die for! We had the calamari appetizer, truffle mushroom pizza, hot honey pizza, fig salad, tiramisu and hazelnut covered dessert. Everything was sooooo freaking delicious the calamari tastes like real calamari but just better. Same consistency and chewiness. Perfection. Divided crowd on whether the truffle pizza or hot honey pizza was better. Salad was great too. Hazelnut dessert was out of this world! I love tiramisu and it was good too. Did not disappoint!

Cute and trendy ambiance with some of the best vegan items on the market! Service was attentive and friendly. I was full off the whipped ricotta toast, house salad, and calamari, and couldn't bring myself to order more items!

We had our order delivered and honestly regret that decision. I would have enjoyed this dinner more if we ate it at the restaurant. It was delicious don't get me wrong, but everything was just cold when we got it. Totally our fault. Not the restaurant's! I hope next time we are here in NYC, we will be able to go sit down and eat! The limencello cake was absolutely divine! Ricotta ravioli had a decadent filling and rich sauce.

    GLUTEN-FREE Wild Mushroom Truffle Pizza

Oh my gosh. I've been vegan for six years and the wild truffle mushroom pizza on gluten-free crust was genuinely the best pizza I've ever had in my life. The gluten free crust is soooooo good it's so thick which differs from typical gluten-free crusts that are very thin, so I was really excited about that. I literally can't talk enough about this pizza. So good. Some of the best plant-based cheese I've ever had. I also got the vodka pasta with gluten free pasta and it was okay. I won't be getting it again. Was kind of boring. But the pizza made up for everything.

It seems to be happening, so would probably do with a reservation, particularly on fridays or the weekend when I went. It was cool to have a full vegan Italian restaurant, but on the menu keep the names as the same dishes you would find otherwise. Like caviar, but it's not really caviar, get it. Overall, I wasn't that impressed with the food, as it tasted kind of bland, not much for portion size (which I get for this kind of restaurant), but then I would've wanted better flavors. I think each of the items fell short, even the ones others praised, like the Crispy Calamari and Wild Mushroom Truffle pizza. But it may be a one-off thing and other dishes might've been more to my liking instead. They have a pretty nice setting and atmosphere though, so perhaps a group reservation for the back may be worthwhile.

Excellent food, atmosphere, and service for a girls night out. We started with the Rosemary and Olive bread and the meatballs. We then ordered the spicy lasagna crisp, which was by far our favorite dish of the meal. We had two pastas, the ricotta ravioli and the short rib agnolotti. The ravioli was very good but we weren't a huge fan of the short rib. The dish was well done, we just didn't enjoy the flavor of it. We ended with the chocolate hazelnut dome, which was good for a small sweet bite to end the meal.

Shout out to our server Alondra, who treated us perfectly. I cannot urge anyone who comes here enough to get the vegan chicken. I initially overlooked it for the salmon, but Alondra told me that chicken was better and I absolutely am happy with my choice!!

Woah! Add this to the rotation list. Our vegan friend has been wanting us to try this for quite some time. Thank goodness we finally did. It is sublime! Between the three of us, we had beef, chicken and fish for our mains. Bread, Steak Tartare and Fried Mushrooms to start. Espresso martinis and a minty version for drinks. Great service and atmosphere. Sofa king yummy!!! LOVED IT!

Shocked by these 5 star reviews (maybe we caught them on an off night?). Totally flavorless pastas (vodka pasta + cacio e pepe), the mushroom calamari was fried way too hard, and the bottom of the pizza crust was bordering on undercooked but the toppings were so good. The saving grace was the absolutely heavenly cheeseboard: blue cheese, cashew camembert, dill-crusted goat cheese, brie, caper berries, figs and fig jam, candied pecans, and these incredible balsamic-laced crostini. Every flavor combination made for the perfect bite.

I really enjoyed my dinner experience at Coletta Food: we got a few different things to try. My favorite was their version of calamari and risotto. The calamari was crispy and the texture of the mushrooms inside was cooked perfectly. The outside of the calamari was perfectly crispy and not oily. The risotto was creamy and flavorful. Service: Everyone was very friendly and helped by answering all our questions. They also checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. Ambiance: I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. It's cozy and intimate. The seats are comfortable and I really like the theme of modern elegance. The food came out in dishes to enhance the look.

Overall the food was not too bad for a vegan place. The crispy citsmari was pretty good. Would highly recommend the Wild Mushroom Truffle pizza, that dish stole the show. The pasta dishes themselves were alright. Service was sub-par. Felt like our waiter was really trying to rush us out on a Friday evening. Inside, its pretty dim lit, but had a nice layout overall.

Amazing dining experience! Our waitress was very attentive and the food was delicious. My mom and I ordered the chicken caesar salad, crispy calamari, fig jam and prosciutto pizza, and the tiramusu to end the night. My mom is not vegan so she was particularly impressed with the calamari and how spot on the flavor and textures were. I wasn't a fan of the prosciutto but the pizza overall was really good. It's not often that I'm able to indulge in vegan tiramisu so that was such a treat.

Yes. Many options on the menu or special items available if you want. Talk to the manager and/or chef and they will accommodate all requests - except of course those wanting meat or dairy!

Can my allergy to onion and garlic be accommodated here?

Probably. It's a really nice vegan restaurant with an excellent chief. I am sure they would be accommodating

The menu has plenty of variety across pastas, seafood, and cocktails, with some unique dishes that made the experience memorable. The drinks were a highlight, and the seafood options stood out the most for me. My Tipsy Tayke: The Fragola Fizz was juicy, fruity, and refreshing. The Forever Summer was another standout, with the smokiness of the mezcal blending really well with the fruit flavors without overpowering them. Both are easy recommendations depending on whether you want something fruity or a little more complex. My Taysty Tayke: Get Down & Dirty, Expeditiously: Seafood Ravioli Unique, flavorful, and packed with different seafood flavors. The ravioli itself was delicate and had a tendency to fall apart, but the flavor made up for it. Standout: Calamari Crispy, seasoned, and enjoyable. It had a slightly chewy texture, but I still found myself going back for more. The Carpaccio wasn't necessarily for me texture-wise, but I really enjoyed the greens and dressing that accompanied it. The garnish felt intentional and helped bring the dish together. The Pappardelle came with plenty of sauce but could have used more flavor overall. The complimentary bread was also tougher and chewier than I prefer. Desserts: The Lemon Sorbet was easily my favorite dessert. Bright, refreshing, and packed with real lemon flavor. The Mango Sorbet was another refreshing option with a smooth tropical sweetness. The Panna Cotta Cheesecake leaned closer to a mousse in texture and was definitely on the sweeter side. I especially enjoyed it with the cherry, which helped balance everything out. Service: Warm and attentive throughout the meal, fitting the inviting atmosphere. Plates From My Visit: Calamari Carpaccio Seafood Ravioli Pappardelle Lemon Sorbet Mango Sorbet Panna Cotta Cheesecake Fragola Fizz Forever Summer In Conclusion: A warm Chelsea Italian spot with strong cocktails, unique seafood dishes, and refreshing desserts. The Seafood Ravioli was the highlight of the savory side, but whatever you do, save room for that Lemon Sorbet. Stamped by Elajas

When we entered the restaurant and took the elevator up to the restaurant, we were delighted to find free wine provided for us to pour in the elevator. Admittedly, it was red wine, so not my favorite, and it did taste cheap, but still appreciated. To start off, we ordered the onion torta, focaccia, and smashed potatoes. The onion torta was surprisingly good and tasted like a form of french onion soup. As a focaccia enthusiast, the focaccia was fluffy and delicious. We also got the charred beans, carrots, ravioli, tagliatelle, ravioli, and trout to share. The charred beans were surprisingly the long beans and not the smaller ones we expected. However, they were very juicy and better than we thought they would be. The rigatoni resembled cacio e pepe with its pepperiness, the tagliatelle tasted like standard red sauce, but i did enjoy the ravioli and the ricotta inside. For dessert, we had the basque cheesecake which was alright, but I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake. Overall, we had a great time at Ci Siamo and I would definitely recommend ordering the focaccia and onion torta and we could have skipped the carrots, beans, trout, and tagliatelle.

The interior was completely packed, and the noise level was high enough for my smart watch to complain. To sample a bit of everything, we shared two orders of focaccia, four pastas, and one dessert. HOUSE-MADE FOCACCIA - 10 Super bouncy with a bit of chew, this was probably the best focaccia I've ever eaten. It came generously drizzled with olive oil and alongside chopped peppers drenched in even more olive oil, which added a nice little kick. We highly recommend starting with this. TAGLIATELLE - 27 Out of the four pastas, this was my absolute favorite. I love the thin yet chewy texture of the tagliatelle, and the bolognese sauce was rich and hearty. Finished with just the right amount of Parmigiano, both the pasta texture and sauce were sheer perfection. PICI 'CACIO E PEPE' - 23 This was such a simple pasta, yet so delicious. It was incredibly creamy and cheesy, with hints of fresh black pepper flavor that blew standard at-home black pepper grinders out of the water. Despite it being the simplest pasta of the night, I enjoyed it immensely. RIGATONI - 32 This pasta was simple yet slightly innovative, featuring sausage paired with a broccoli-based pesto. There was a slight bitterness that was polarizing among our group. While this wasn't my favorite pasta, I appreciated the creativity. PERCIATELLI NERO - 35 This dish packed in more components than just pasta and sauce: plenty of crab, tomatoes, and crispy breadcrumbs on top. However, the combination wasn't very memorable. None of the flavors really stood out, and it was my least favorite pasta of the night. OLIVE OIL CAKE - 14 Served with a pile of golden raisins and fancy whipped cream, this ended up being a bit of a miss. The raisins were a bit too sweet, and the cake's texture was uneven -- some bites were soft and moist, while others felt dry. A couple of others in my group also felt the same way. Overall, I'd give L'Artusi a 4.5/5; it was mostly hits with a couple of misses. The pasta portions are quite small. Since each dish is primarily carbs and sauce, I'd imagine you'll likely need an appetizer or a pasta and a half to leave full. Still, I'd definitely come back for the focaccia, tagliatelle, and the cacio e pepe.

It's obvious they use quality ingredients and the kitchen is technically very sound. The pasta in particular was cooked perfectly. Everything we had was good and well executed, but nothing really jumped out at me or felt especially memorable. There are several places around the city that I feel can deliver a similar meal and experience without quite as much hype. That's not to say I didn't enjoy L'Artusi, because I absolutely did. It just didn't separate itself from some of the other really good Italian restaurants I've visited. Service was great, the atmosphere was nice, and overall we had a very enjoyable dinner. Just one where my expectations may have been a little higher than the experience delivered.
