I drop off my car on 24 October with the Appointment I have problem with the Wi-Fi and the radio going to search mode all the time and cut off my phone while I'm using the Wi-Fi I met Shayna she indicated it cost $250 for diagnose to see what's wrong with my car. I agree and I told her I will be back on Tuesday to pick up my car. She called me the day after and she said your car is all taken care of. We just have to update software . I pick the card on Tuesday around 2 PM immediately I notice the problem is not solved and she was not working that day and talked to another technician told me to wait someone else, take a look at it. I waited almost 45 minutes. Nobody showed up. I called next day to talk to Shayna few times no response left a message no respond Next day I called five times no response left a message no response On Thursday, I called from different phone and she answered my phone She started telling me that I need a new radio for $5000 to be installed and that's only the way or modular for $1000 I was very upset at that time after 10 times trying to get hold of her to set the appointment. I can bring the car back to figure out what's wrong She was not willing to do that. And she hanged up on me I talked to Gilbert one of service consultant He made the appointment for me to take . On Monday, I had a call from the manager and I explain to him what's going. Monday, I left the car at the shop Very next day, Gilbert he told me that front radio screen needs to be replaced And I agreed to do that And car was ready with no problem and next day after My point is Shayna was very rude to me trying to cheat me a $5000 She did not answer the phone or take my messages All I want to do make your appointment to take care of this matter She was not willing to do that I've been a customer of Concord Chevrolet for many years I never had to endure something like this to my history of going to Concord Chevrolet I am not mad of the dealership I am very upset. I had to get some unexpected work done to our 2021 Suburban. Enterprise gave some bad info and we ended up taking the car here for service under the assumption the work would be covered by our powertrain warranty. It wasn't, but Anthony was incredible helping us get the car back on the road. He rushed some parts from out of state and shortened the repair time as much as possible. I was frustrated at first but Anthony really went up and beyond keeping me updated on the progress. It really softened the blow. I came to pick it up after the service department closed (by mistake) but Alex, the new GM, called Anthony to help me pay my bill and swoop the car to save me a trip back another day. I love my Bolt EUV, but about 4 months after purchase the low Windshield Washer fluid warning came on. I filled it, but it slowly ran out onto the ground below the reservoir. When I called to ask if I could just come in for a tech to check to see if it's just a loose hose that could be easily fixed in a few seconds, they said no, I have to go through all the complication of a service appointment, drop off the car, yadda yadda yadda. Disappointing lack of common sense and a customer first mindset. I guess I'll crawl under there and fix it myself. I'm not likely to go here for any service needs as a result. UPDATE: I was pleased to read the response below, from the GM Alex of Concord Chevrolet. Unfortunately, the number he provided did not get me to him. The only choices were Service, Parts, or Sales, with no way to speak to an operator or someone who could connect me to Alex. More frustration. This review is for their service department. This is my first experience with service at this location and I was impressed. In general, I am weary of using a dealer for service for various reasons, but with my car being nearly 16 years old, there are some things I feel are better handled by the dealer. So I scheduled an appointment online. Super easy process although openings were kind of slim, which isn't so much of a problem unless you really need in ASAP. Drove up the morning of my appointment and I really liked that you just pull into the service lane and they walk up to help you. All outside, all digital, very easy. They even took photos of the entire car before I left. Communication during service was great as well. They called and left me a message, but I also got a text and an email with a link to review the recommended repairs. I was able to approve the desired repairs right there and see exactly what each would cost. Parts had to be ordered, but even with that the car was ready by the end of the second day. I couldn't get there until the next morning but pickup was just as easy and the total cost actually ended up being LESS than they quoted me. I paid and waited for them to bring my car around. They used plastic over the seat and a paper floor mat and my car was actually cleaner on the outside than when I dropped it off. Not completely washed and waxed, but someone had definitely at least rinsed it down. The facilities we also very clean and well laid out and staff were all very nice and helpful. Him and his sales manager Jalil got to work on getting our loan together so it was almost ready by the time my wife and I got to the dealership. Just wanted to share our car buying experience with Concord Chevrolet, we started out looking for a new truck and found the exact one that we wanted from our local dealership, we couldn't get the right deal done with them, this was a very large purchase we were about to make and we felt uncomfortable making as we have never spent such a large amount of money on any of our vehicles and wanted to make sure we were getting a really good deal and we felt they were ripping us off so we decided to look outside our neighborhood and came across Concord Chevrolet, we looked at their inventory online and could not find the exact truck we wanted from their inventory at first and was contacted via email and text by Levonne who was great and let him know they didn't have what we were looking for, then Carlos the manager texted and emailed us and kept in contact with us as we continued looking at other dealers with no luck, Carlos then asked which one we were interested in and I told him and he said he would see what he could do to secure that particular truck from our local dealer and then called us back right away and let us know he was able to secure it and we were excited, next step was to come in and talk numbers before he got the truck over. We scheduled an appointment to come in and from the moment we walked into the dealership we felt nothing but a very warm welcome from Carlos the sales Manager and Charles who was our lead sales contact, but still a little hesitant due to our recent experience with our local dealer, they made our experience really really pleasant and felt that these were the people we wanted to go with, we did not end up with our original truck because they brought out a similar one but different color we liked so we went with that one, they made our buying experience better than what we could have ever hoped for and the best part was a deal that worked for both us and them. Just picked up a 2022 Bolt from Raman and had a wonderful experience. He was punctual, communicative and factual with the entire transaction, and he never broke his promises or set unreasonable expectations. Finance meeting was a little tricky because the dealership "forces" you to get a $1000 "spartan protection" package as a mark-up, but after many back and forth and re-writes we got that removed. This is a dealer practice common to the area, and I don't hold the individuals responsible; it is just another reason for me to desire direct-to-consumer sales from OEMs. If you go here, talk to Raman. read more

This review is for the sales dept, not service. I was looking to purchase a new Silverado, Jason was the sales rep that helped me. He came across as a likeable guy. I decided on a 2025 white Silverado Z71 pickup. Jason described the truck as having a Chevrolet Blackout package on it. I liked the truck and purchased it. The next day, I went to the Chevrolet website and found out what was included in the blackout package. It did have most of the components, as described on the Chevrolet website, except for the black Chevrolet bowtie emblems and black lettering on the tailgate. On the grill there was a small piece of trim that was loose and Jason sent out a repair man to my house to fix it. After talking with the repair guy, I found out that his company installed all of the "blackout" components on the truck. The bumpers, grill, door handles, side view mirrors and wheel skins(hubcaps) were all just black plastic pieces glued on, covering the factory parts. Concord Chevrolet took a regular truck and had a guy glue on black, after market parts and sold it to me as a "Chevrolet" blackout package. I asked Jason and Mario (General Manager) to switch out the plastic wheel skins with real black aluminum wheels and I would leave the rest of the after market products on the truck and wouldn't bother them anymore, they refused and told me that the best they could do was for me to purchase the wheels($2000) from them and they would install them at no charge...great business practices! I've been a Chevy owner for 50 years, next one won't be purchased from Concord Chevrolet. read more

Had my transmission rebuilt and was given faulty information on a warranty coverage. My transmission fell apart just after a year and was given no assistance or help. Nearly got scammed here. I brought my Bolt in for a recall, Gilbert was the service guy. Later they sent me photos of rodent damage. Told me to open an insurance claim. I come back to get my car. I asked about some chewed wiring from one of the photos. Is that safe to drive with? "Oh, whoops, that photo got mixed in, it was from another car".
