So I have been looking to get out of a vehicle and into a new Silverado, and I have been open about it and shopping around. I showed up there one day and ran into Jag how was nice and we talked and showed me trucks. A few weeks go by and I come back with some numbers that I got from another dealer. Showed it to Carlos there manager and said yeah no problem we can help. Had me talk to Dave a sales rep to decide on a truck. I came back and said that I am interested in either the 2.7 Lt or the EV that they have in stock. They made me feel like it was a shoe in and my payment was going to be no problem. Told me me they needed my credit application to get things rolling. I though hey they truck are $30k- to $15k less then what I was going to get another dealer so yeah no problem. Well either they think I am stupid or just wanted to waste my time because they were no where near what we discuss! And when I tried to talk to them about it they we basically said take it or leave it! But sure what there business model is but not they people that I would recommend to buy a vehicle from. Once they felt that I was upset they all of a sudden wanted to help. I am not about the games! I came in looking to leave a a truck. And they wanted to basically get me for as much as they could and not really help me. So if you want to get jerked around and you waste your time and play games go there is not I recommend go else where!!! read more

I came to Chevy to take a look at Tahoes as I need to upgrade to 3 rows. The sales person who helped me was atrocious. Truly, I have never met a sales person who has done less selling In my life... it was as if I was bothering him. Funny thing is if he was even just a little bit helpful, I could have walked off the lot with one of the 2 Tahoes I liked. A couple of examples... I asked what the LT Tahoe was and he told me to go to chevy.com to to my research. lol. Then when asking about the RT vs z71 he again told me I should go do my own research by going to Chevy.com AGAIN. Excuse me... is it not your job to tell me? Truly laughable. When I asked about pricing for removing the entertainment package from the RT, he told me "we don't have what you want." My response was.... "I'm confused... aren't you a sales person, can you not find me what I want?" He goes... "we don't work on commission, you can build what you want on the website." If I was the owner or manager of this dealership, I would be truly disappointed and invest in some serious sales training for my employees. I'm off to check out Denalis. I had a very specific set of requirements and there just happened to be an EV lease from Chevy that could help me get out of the hole I was in with my then current vehicle. If you own a C7 Corvette you may want to stay away from this dealership's service department. Brought my 2017 Grand Sport in to have the auto transmission fluid changed (est. 2hrs), rear axle fluid change (1 hr), replace spark plugs (est. 2-3 hrs). On Day One, right before noon, my service advisor notified me that the service technician was having difficulty replacing the spark plugs and the original estimate from 6-7 hours would extend to the end of day. End of day one, service tech still was unable to remove the spark plugs. So they had to keep my car into the second day in hopes of finishing the spark plug replacement. Another 5 hours-not until noon would the tech manage replacing the spark plugs. And of course, get my car back and it is misfiring and idling rough. So now, I am left talking it to another service shop to fix what Concord Chevrolet refused to hold their service tech accountable. Horrible, inexcusable and I have to assume this only occurs with Vette service because if this was more widespread the service department would have been shut down for incompetence read more

Made a service appointment for a known problem with the roof buckling when going thru car washes and other processes that put any pressure on the roof. I specifically needed a loner vehicle because I had an appointment to be at that morning. After coming in and being made to wait while they "figured it out " I was told they did not have any vehicle available and is have to come back another day when they would have one available. I didn't think this dealership could get any worse, but they surprised me again. I had brought it in many weeks earlier for this and other issues, but was tike the parts were backordered. They had come in a week or more earlier than the day I finally got tired of waiting for a call to let me know they had actually come in so I could schedule my appointment. Just such sad customer service. I would definitely avoid this place. read more

Very bumpy from the get go. Called to make a routine oil change service - Harper (?) took 5-7 mins to make appt. Quoted a time, asked for some info. I arrived to find the appt not in system nor was my customer record. No problem Edward took care and was honest and said this - service appts folks were outsourced. He reviewed my purchased maintenance plan and said it would cover part of the cost, news to me as it have covered the oil changes and tire rotations to date. I ask for the shuttle - I was told I was too late and the ride too far anyway. Another cost. I was also told since it was getting on towards lunch time truck would not be ready until 3 hrs later. I spent money on Uber. 4 hrs later truck was ready. Called both service contractor and service mgmr. They would not honor the platinum pre-paid maintenance contract fully though they did knock off $40 off remainder. Oil change and multipoint inspection completed. read more

I agree and I told her I will be back on Tuesday to pick up my car. She called me the day after and she said your car is all taken care of. We just have to update software . I pick the card on Tuesday around 2 PM immediately I notice the problem is not solved and she was not working that day and talked to another technician told me to wait someone else, take a look at it. I called next day to talk to Shayna few times no response left a message no respond Next day I called five times no response left a message no response On Thursday, I called from different phone and she answered my phone She started telling me that I need a new radio for $5000 to be installed and that's only the way or modular for $1000 I was very upset at that time after 10 times trying to get hold of her to set the appointment. I can bring the car back to figure out what's wrong She was not willing to do that. And she hanged up on me I talked to Gilbert one of service consultant He made the appointment for me to take . On Monday, I had a call from the manager and I explain to him what's going. Monday, I left the car at the shop Very next day, Gilbert he told me that front radio screen needs to be replaced And I agreed to do that And car was ready with no problem and next day after My point is Shayna was very rude to me trying to cheat me a $5000 She did not answer the phone or take my messages All I want to do make your appointment to take care of this matter She was not willing to do that I've been a customer of Concord Chevrolet for many years I never had to endure something like this to my history of going to Concord Chevrolet I am not mad of the dealership I am very upset.
