Parking wasn't too bad since there's a good amount of street parking nearby. There's a bit of a wait, especially on the Sunday I went, but Yelp waitlist makes it much better. It's quite small inside, so very understandable. The menu is quite extensive, with a selection of noodle soups and pan fried noodles. We got the chicken student noodles, which came out rather quickly. I loved the texture of the noodles, as they had that bounciness to them. The chicken was cooked perfectly and made for a well-rounded dish.

The Student Noodle was on the sweeter and savory side, which was a good balance. The porridge was so hearty I wish I could eat it everyday. The garlic fish sauce is a great pairing with all dishes. Portions are big and totally worth it to share among the table. Highly recommend this! Cambodian food is definitely a rarer cuisine to find, so this is definitely a must try if you are ever in Long Beach!

Came with my mom and we DEF ordered more food than we can take on. My mom hasn't had Cambodian food in a while so we def made people wonder why we ordered so much lol Food was so savory and delicious. Seating is limited hopefully they can expand. I think they deserve it as a lot of people raved about their dishes. Service was friendly as well and short staffed due to the holiday. All patrons were really understanding of that. The iced coffee was solid. The bad: The women who work here were a lot less friendly. The tables were so close to one another that we couldn't sit across from one another. Food also took an incredibly long time to come out even though we only ordered two dishes--student noodles and beef skewers. We also had to wave down a server just to follow up on the iced coffee that I ordered, especially since this was already after the food had finally arrived. Lastly, while it was good that they had their own parking lot, exiting through the almost too narrow alley was incredibly challenging in either direction. All in all, still remain torn about returning.

This almost felt like a mix of Vietnamese Noodles + Thai Pad Thai. the Pad Thai comes from the savory/sweet flavor profile along with bean sprouts and green onions. Large platters of food were brought to our table of 8 guests, which was better than a buffet with hundreds of people waiting in line. Course #1 - Khmer Cold Plate with cured meats, shrimp, and pickled veggies. Good combination of protein and veggies. Course #2 - Grilled Beef with Prahok dipping sauce. Good smokey and rich flavor. Course #3 - Crispy Quail - with Khmer seasoning. Very crunchy and different way to eat Quail. Course #4 - Fish soup in a savory broth. I think this should have been Course #2 before the beef entree. Course #5 - Whole fish with pineapple garnish on a bed of noodles. My personal favorite. Course #6 - Lobster claws with Chow Mein, Veggies and Garlic sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed this one! The event started at 6 pm, and we expected the seven course dinner to begin around 7 pm, but they didn't start serving until almost 8 pm. By then, everyone was getting hungry. The servers also didn't check on any of the tables throughout the dinner. They simply brought out each course and left. They even started cleaning up about 30 minutes before the event ended. That would've been fine if the tables had been empty, but they actually asked us to get out of our seats so they could remove the table and chair linens. As for the food, some dishes were good while others were just average: Traditional cold plate: 4/5 - I liked the century eggs, and the pickled vegetables were refreshing. Beef steak with anchovy sauce: 3/5 - The beef was well seasoned and nicely charred, but it didn't come with the anchovy sauce that was listed on the menu. House special lobster with egg noodles: 4/5 - The lobster was good, and the noodles were flavorful, but they could've been cooked a little longer since they were a bit too al dente for my taste. Crab meat soup: 3/5 - The soup was thick and flavorful, but it barely had any crab. I'm not sure what else was in it, but it had white square pieces that reminded me of chicharrones with a seafood flavor. The restaurant interior seems to be under construction/ renovation. Elated to see they updated their menu with some written descriptions and photos of the each food items. This really helps with deciding factors for some customers who might not be familiar with Cambodian food. Service provided by a young gentleman was great , He was friendly , attentive and apologetic . What a disappointment uuggghhh!!!!! Cha qua ( fry breads/ fry donuts) At first glance myself and my mom already knew the Cha qua was not cooked properly , it has some weight to it, ( should be light and fluffy) the dough was raw inside.
