Sohail, got us to test drive a 2019 Toyota and a couple of other used cars he then provided us with information on the purchase of a used car versus a new car after he shared that they had incentives/rebates on their 2020 vehicles and explained the benefits of purchasing new (he was not pushy about the sale-which we appreciated it). We proceeded to test drive the 2020 and we liked it, negotiated and drove away content that we got a good deal thanks to the efforts of this knowledgeable young man. Came here for my 10,000 mile oil change. I know I could go somewhere else for cheaper, but I like getting my oil change here because they take care of you real well. First off, they always send me coupons every few months as well as reminders for my regular service. Second they always call to remind me of my upcoming appointment and offer free shuttle service home if it's going to take a long time. I went in today for a 9:45 appointment and got seen right away. They let me know it would take 2 hours which was fine cause I got to walk to the movies and watch a show. By the time the movie was over I got the call that they were done. Perfect timing. They also accept walk ins. The wait is longer, but if you live between Livermore & Danville they'll give you a ride home for free and pick you up when your cars done read more

We had just had a very bad experience with another dealership where we had driven 2 hours to pick up a car at the price we had agreed upon only to have the "new" car showing over 1000 miles on it. We stopped at Dublin Toyota just to see if they had the van we wanted. Rohan greeted us and listened to what I wanted and the way I wanted to do the transaction. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Let me give you some background, Over the past 3 weeks I have been trying to work with this dealership regarding a new car that was purchased. At the beginning, they will treat you as a VIP client, but be very aware of their SHADY business procedures. As mentioned 3 weeks ago my girl and I purchased a new car. We negotiated with Rohan Sharma (this Guy is a scum, be careful of him) and Edris Atal Sales Manager. With Edris, we agreed and finalized to purchase a new car for $40,000 and Rohan went ahead and processed all the documentation. As we signed the documents, Rohan didn't explain everything to us, he just stated "sign here, sign there." We didn't think anything of it as we had verbally agreed to $40,000 for the car. However, when we arrived at home, we reviewed the documents and it stated CAR sold for $42,000 NOT $40,000. As any of you would do, we called back spoke with numerous individuals and nothing was done. Then a few days later my Girl went in person to get this resolved, and the sales guys (including Rohan) laughed and put her down (HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICER), then even made her cry. I have tried calling, but nobody is willing to take my calls. I even went to the extend to reach out to the Lance Tenwolde, the General Manager, but nothing happened. In the end, my girl spoke to David Nguyen who yelled at her and pointed her finger. Anyhow, we returned the car. I hope everyone pays attention to the unprofessional, shady business this company is running, ESPECIALLY HOW THEY TREAT WOMAN!!! If I was you, I would take my business to another location. Oh and Kristina S (Manager), I hope you put your staff and don't respond to this with a generic email. DO SOMETHING, MAKE CHANGES !! To answer Kristinas respond, NO!! The price was $40,000. I was present and I negotiated. Plus we had a document which showered we agreed to this price. However your Sales staff took that document away from us. So don't try to lie, be transparent about the actions of your staff and what transpired. read more

SCAM! The customer service here is extremely polite to you but only to get your money. They will absolutely not give you the best solutions to your problem. They do not look out for the best interest of the vehicle owner. I had work done here on my vehicle and the work that performed with shottie costing me thousands of dollars. Let me give you one example: My Hybrid battery went bad just outside of the warranty. Cost to replace my battery was $5,300. This new battery would only come with a one-year warranty. They did not provide me with additional options and made me believe that this was the only solution. The truth is you can have an individual cell replaced on your battery for half the cost and receive a lifetime Unlimited mileage warranty. I will not provide the name of the shop that does this service because they will likely remove my review if I do. But I can tell you you can have the work done in San Francisco. read more

We're long-time loyal Toyota customers and bought our white RAV4 here in May 2016. Our purchase included a few extra perks like floor mats and 2 vouchers to fill up gas at the Hacienda Shell. The car came with ToyotaCare, which covers (at no cost) scheduled service every 5000 miles for 2 years or 25,000 miles (whichever comes first) and 24-hour roadside assistance. Today I took the RAV4 in for its 10,000-mile service. My advisor was Brandon and he talks super fast lol. The car got its tires rotated, oil changed, tire pressures and brakes checked, windshield washer fluid filled, battery performance tested...and it was all free. The waiting room is spacious and offers free coffee and tea. The only complaint I have is that their car wash was down...again! I feel like every time I go there it's broken. Took my car to Walmart for oil change and new tires and they informed me they can't do oil change cause the filter has been over tightened and they can't open it. So, I brought it back to Dublin Toyota. The advisor told me They will try to open if if not they will have to drill it and I have to pay for a new one, $70. How much do you expect for a Prius oil change and tire rotate? They charge $94.95 and not even full synthetic oil, it is just regular oil. I went there with a 50% off coupon for my prius oil change and tire rotate. The guy there told me it is gonna be 94.95. I told him last time I did the same service here and it was $45. The guy said, yes, but they increase the price recently because they can not sustain. Since it was raining, I decide to leave the car there for the service. At the end, the total after coupon is 49.59. I also found they unplug my dash cam without putting it back after finish. I understand you may want to have your privacy while you are working on my car but you should recover it to its original setup. I just needed to do 5k service and they won't give me an estimate for how long it will take. They said they will tell me once I get there. Bobby from Dublin VW referred us to Chief who highly recommended Will. There is a big selection to choose from and the pricing is comparable. The parts and service office is next door and also quite accommodating to meet needs to schedule appts like the cilajet and leather care (we bought a 2015 and want to ensure we stay up on the care needed). After upwards of 7 cars and a very long conversation through every sample, Will S. made it happen. The finance and sales management (that included Mike B. And Anthony), also aided to ensure that everything came out just the way we wanted. We are extremely happy thus far with our Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited. Stopped in to this Amazing Dealership today with some concerns about our New 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid !! It's a Great Car with Lots of Room, Superior Gas Milage 36-37 MPG and Wonderful Handling !! I am so very happy that we purchased this 2021 Vehicle !! My husband said he heard a 'Strange Noise' coming from the engine whenever I would back the SUV up. I never heard it, but today he had me stand in front of the car while he slowly backed the car up a short distance and sure enough I heard it. Since we only have 3,200 miles on the car I was concerned it might be a Transmission Issue, so we drove over to Toyota of Dublin on our way back to our daughters. It's very rare I leave reviews but I fill I need to voice my frustration and warn people about the service department at Dublin Toyota. Don't go to Dublin Toyota - so my recently purchased 2020 Soup had an open recall for a ECU update so I took her to Dublin Toyota for service and was assured it's a simple plug-in, update and go 3hr update. After waiting 6 hours I finally had to call and they informed me during the update the computer crashed and my car wouldn't take the update. I'm like wtf how could that happen. A few days past and I've had to call them everyday for follow-ups and I've been met each day with the most rude and inconsiderate people ever. I've been given the most generic responses "we're trying everything we can, we're waiting for Toyota to get back to us on this issue," yada yada. Now it's been a week with zero response. No car. Poor service and no real hope for a remedy. I literally had my car for two weeks and it's been stuck at Dublin Toyota for half its time with me.
