I love to try out different coffee spots to study and get work done. This new location has plenty of table space and outlets available. I tried the Miel Latte in house and it was great, not overwhelmingly sweet and not too bitter. I wish this location was closer to me to be able to go more often, and that they would be open past 9pm too. read more

Another Ice coffee shop I came across, and I love the London Coffee which was good. We stopped here earlier this week, and I found to be like a diner type of place. My first time here, nice workers here. I love the Ice coffee and all. It just feels good to have them popping up everywhere. read more

Staff is friendly and food and drinks are delicious. I tried the iced agave oat latte, jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese and the London latte with oat milk. All were very good. Lots of searing and free wi fi to work. read more

I tried the New London the other day and enjoyed it a lot. It's hard for me to find a coffee I genuinely really enjoy, most menus suffering from the classic case of "good not great". Granted it's only one drink but it's their most popular. After a few more visits if their other drinks are as good as this I could easily see myself going up another star. Service was good. It was my first time and the barista recommended a few he enjoys giving me explanations of each drink in detail. Ambiance is a good environment to lounge around in weather that be to get some work done or for light conversation. Only thing to note is prices are a little high, not high enough to sour my enjoyment of the coffee but still a moderately pricey cup. read more

I stumbled upon Enchanted about a month ago and it's now one of my favorite coffee spots. The shop is pretty big and open with lots of natural light and there's always good music playing, which makes it a nice place to just grab a drink and get some work done. Plus the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Overall just a really good spot! read more

They have amazing speciality drinks like the New London and Duo Latte and delicious food like their avocado toast and topped off with the friendliest staff I've ever encountered for any coffee shop. The coffee and sandwiches are always great and delicious. The staff is always kind. The only issue I've had was I recently placed a pick up order to be ready at 10:10am and when I went at my designated pick up time I was told it was going to be 5 more minutes. It ended up being 20 more minutes. I let the barista know that I was in a rush due to having to go to my college class at 11am and she offered a pastry on the house and I appreciated the offer but declined. When my order was finally ready, I realized that they made me sandwich wrong as I asked for no mustard and there was mustard... again I love this place and I will go back but next time I'll just put the pick up time a bit earlier just in case. read more

Enchanted Coffee is enchanted. The New London hit the spot. My husband tried the strawberry shortcake latte, but it was a bit too sweet for his taste. However, the barista had told him she would make him a different drink if he did not like it, and she was kind enough to replace it with a honey oat latte (using whole milk in place of the oat milk). Hubby was happy with his new drink, which had more of a bold espresso flavor. There is plenty of seating inside, though most of it is bar stool seating, but there is also ample shaded seating outside for those with pups. read more

The coffee is very good. The duo latte was surprisingly good, considering I've seen very few places manage to pull off both tea and coffee.

I went for my first time yesterday, we ordered a vanilla latte and a Spanish latte. Both fairly simple, right? My vanilla latte was very watered down. The Spanish latte was a bit better (thanks to condensed milk added in) but not much more enjoyable. Service was mediocre, not a lot of energy coming off of any barista. Such a shame because it was a very cute coffee shop on the surface. I'm wondering if I will return to give it another try another time. read more

coffee was mid. The barista was beyond rude. Rolled her eyes when I asked for my coffee to be remade cause I wanted it iced rather than hot. There was a mixup with the orders and rather than being helpful she was being insufferable. Would stay away from this place if you value customer service. read more

So excited for Enchanted's new location! It is within walking distance to my house so I came with the dog. They gave us a free puppacino, helped me bring my items to a table outside, and my honey and cinnamon latte was SO good. Not to mention a truffle avocado toast to go with it that was incredible and not soggy or mushy as many places struggle with. Customer service here is disappointing. When I accidentally dropped my coffee and another customer dropped his pastry at the same time, the staff offered him a new bag and minutes later a new croissant. Meanwhile, I had to clean up my own spilled drink, and the employee didn't offer me a replacement, only asking if my spilled drink was fine. Having worked at Starbucks for years, I know that spills are typically handled with immediate replacements. It's surprising that a small business wouldn't be more considerate of their customers. read more

Great place with a large amount of seating. The service is always amazing and the coffee is very good. They have something for everyone here from good traditional drinks and ceramic cups to sweet seasonal drinks and the food and pastries always look so yummy and fresh. I called to inquire and they informed me that they use 2%, I expressed that I could not drink it then and the barista just said "oop sorry" and hung up.
