From start to finish this was the WORST experience I've ever had at a dealership 1. Call because I'm very interested in a truck they have. "We don't do outside financing, you have to finance with us" Me- Sorry we couldn't do business". Hour later they call back to say "We'll do it this one time" 2. Having to come down multiple times because "You're out of state" for the funds to complete being wired (And I also put a $500 Deposit down the first day I went there). Last car I bought was from Gurnee, IL and they let me TAKE the car without even having the down payment or any sort of deposit on the vehicle. 3. Truck I purchased was a 2020 Ram 1500 5.7. Didn't haggle on the price, gave them their asking price. Obviously the "hemi tick" i.e. manifold exhaust system are known for going bad on these with their bolts and gaskets. The NEXT MORNING I started the truck up i noticed it, said "no way they sold me this with that already like that" waited a couple more days and gave a call explaining it. No loaners available, so I have to pay out of pocket to Enterprise for them to have my truck. Get to Enterprise and they tell me "Oh yeah, they're always just throwing there vehicles at us, so we have all these rentals available." But yet they're "3 weeks out from loaners" 4. Took them 2 days to find the ticking on a cold start, but occurs EVERY time the truck is started. Crazy right? The state statue has a 500 mile or 15 day warranty, whichever comes first, that is required by the state. But "we don't cover manifold exhaust, only manifold intake". Guy tells me 1200 on the phone to fix, then texts me saying original offer was 1900, then drops it down to 900. Obviously going to do it myself. Paid out of pocket for the rental which was never reimbursed. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

Great service at this location. Free coffee and clean room for waiting. They fix my car quickly!

I have only great things to say about my experience buying at Fields. I found a wrangler that fit all of my specifications and made an appointment to test drive it on their website. It was pulled up to the front of the dealership before I arrived (at open). I worked with Sales Consultant Keyon Bevans. He was kind, knowledgable and not at all pushy. He was patient with my questions and pointed out additional things I didn't know I would want to know. After the purchase was official, he took the time to help me get setup in the vehicle and practice taking the top on/off. I truly felt like his number 1 priority was being helpful, making sure I was confident in my choice and then guiding me through the buying process. This is such a different experience than other jeep dealerships I had visited on my purchase journey. Huge fan of this dealership and especially Keyon and his team.

Another issue it had was the AC motor needed to be replaced because it was very loud. I took the car to Audi and they did an inspection and told me these issues/failures/faults have been there for a while so its obvious that Ultimo Motors never serviced the car but instead tried to hide all of these issues. When I first went to see the car a few months ago Ben pulled it out and parked it, by the time I walked out there, the trunk was already open, the ac was on full blast so I am assuming that these were known issues and if I didnt notice the trunk drop as it opens I wouldnt have asked any questions. Also since the ac was on full blast, we couldnt hear the faulty motor. I even purchased the extended warranty for $5500 and the finance person told me that it starts the day of purchase so when i told him about the issues i was having, he told me to take it to Audi for diagnostics and repair. Whe I took the car to Audi to get those issues repaired less than a month after i bought it, the warranty repair was rejected stating that there is a 45 day elimination period wjere the deslership would be responsible for any issues within the first 45 days! Ben stopped responding to all my emails and texts, but when i called the office line he answered and said hed let his manager know about this and that hed give me a call back. I never heard back from him, so I started reaching out the manager myself and tried to get them to pay for the repairs which amounted to about $2600 at the time for the ac motor, and door latch replacements. The manager offered $400 at first but after multiple emails he agreed to send me a check for $1000, even though this should have all been covered by them. DO NOT BUY from this unethical dealership. Worst experience of my life!

I purchased a brand-new 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ from this dealership, and it has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. Since November 2025, the vehicle has suffered the same high-voltage failure FOUR different times. The first time, it left my family stranded in Indiana during Thanksgiving in below-zero temperatures after the heat stopped working. Most recently, the vehicle completely shut down on the side of the road in 90+ degree weather with my young child in the car. The latest repair required replacing the entire high-voltage battery, yet Cadillac's response is for me to pick the vehicle up for a FIFTH time just to see if the problem happens again. At what point does customer safety become more important than continuing to experiment with a customer's vehicle? I've spent nearly three months without the vehicle while still making my monthly payments. I've lost confidence that this vehicle is safe or reliable, and despite four documented failures, I'm still fighting for Cadillac to do the right thing. This isn't what anyone expects when they spend well over $100,000 on a luxury vehicle. I expected exceptional customer service and a company that would stand behind its product. Instead, I've received repeated breakdowns, repeated repairs, and repeated excuses. If you're considering buying an EV from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to ask how they handle situations when a vehicle repeatedly experiences the same dangerous failure. Based on my experience, don't expect a timely resolution. I'm simply asking Cadillac to take responsibility for a vehicle that has repeatedly proven to be unsafe.

Have heard nothing from the dealership. Not a word. So here's my caveat emptor review. Biggest challenge is service. Took my car in for its 7500 mile service, ostensibly about an hour. After an hour and a half with no update, I asked the service consultant for an update. "They're still looking at it" ("it" being a noise that turned out to be from a bad wheel bearing on this nearly brand new car). After 2.5 hours finally done. On return visit, ostensibly a 5 hour process, I dropped the car at 7 and requested it by 3. No updates along the way, so i called after 3. Car ultimately ready by about 4. No explanation. No apology. No interim update, which would have taken about 15 seconds to do. At least the repair was successful. Again, I have followed up to give this feedback directly to the service department and have not had the courtesy of a response...so leaving the review here (and on Carfax) since they appear to have affirmatively chosen NOT to follow up with this frustrated customer. They had a chance...three, in fact. Buying experience about as expected, if also disappointing. Got the old "here is the price right now" after which I said I'd compare it with another dealer. Salesman: "Let me tell you how we do business here." Me: "I'm the one with the checkbook." Got the old good cop/bad cop routine, with the sales manager asking how he could help. Wonderful kabuki theater with everyone playing his role. Why does it have to be this way? End result is I got the car at the price I knew was right all along...and still am unhappy with the experience. Ultimately welcomed "to the Muller family" -- with lousy service experiences as noted above. Again. Why does it have to be this way? How hard would it be to make the buying and service experiences positive? Apparently harder than this business wants to try. Fair warning.

And after the purchase I was told I was now a member of their family! They made me feel like they would help me with anything I needed, including any follow up service. However... Within a few weeks of buying the car, it felt like I was constantly driving on gravel. I made an appointment at Carneed to have it checked, and on the day I came in (and not before I drove the 45 minutes to get there...) they told me they were charging me $150 to diagnose the issue. "Family" charges $150 to check the problem?!? I declined and took it to another repair place (who did not charge a diagnostic fee...) that found the tires were all within the range of needing replacement with one being the source of the issue - a tire that had the belts separating. They also found that the brakes were out of spec and needed to be replaced (after the sales person told me Carneed ALWAYS replaces any wear component if it is less than 75% or less than new spec). In the end - the replacement of those wear items significantly increased the overall cost of my car, making the deal a several thousands of dollars more than I'd thought. But I am very grateful the finance manager was able to save me some money when he found financing a bit cheaper than the credit union had offered. I'm sincerely hoping Carneed does a better job of both pre-sales servicing and more "family" style after sales courtesy to their new car buyers. They would rate at 5+ star if they would just make those two minor adjustments.
