Fantastic restaurant experience! We book our reservations every month as soon as new dates are available. Our first experience at Fourk Kitchen was in February 2020 and we were positively amazed at every aspect of the experience. From the wonderful staff, relaxed atmosphere, and fabulous food to the "Paul's not so private stash" wine list. Even when COVID changed the venue to the patio they delivered the same fabulous experience. Everyone we have brought as a guest has fallen in love. Even my sister from New York is planning another visit around a reservation at Fourk Kitchen - she was with us in February for our first meal. So pleased that this business has survived COVID and we will continue to support them and their wonderful approach to dining. read more

Have not done a review in a bit:) We went to Fourk for their last day in January as we heard the menu was terrific this month! ( I believe it is every month) It was fantastic! The service from Jordyn and Heather was sweet and enjoyable. The whole staff is exquisite! My other favorite part is the intimacy of the experience. Yes, experience. It's romantic, it's fun, it is mysterious! It can be comical at times! I love that feeling when you can go to dinner with your loved one, a group or a friend and feel relaxed and leave satisfied by food and laughter. Look forward to February! read more

Incredible in every way. Service was top notch. Attentive, conversational, and generally pleasant all around. Atmosphere is intimate yet fun and comfortable. This place was amazing, and I feel there's no great word to explain how amazing it was. Fine dining for it's price is totally worth it. Anywhere else this would easily be a $200 meal and you get it for $44. The atmosphere that they created is great. Nice and quiet so you can enjoy your company. It makes you feel very elite but with a great price. All the food we had was different and not something you would normally find at a restaurant. Most of the food was stuff that my niece does not usually like to eat, but she ate it all with no complaints. I will definitely be visiting again and sharing my amazing experience here! Very happy with our experience at Fourk. The food was excellent and by the end of our courses we were stuffed! The outdoor seating was perfect with fans blowing just enough to keep us comfortable during the Late August heat. The service was also excellent. It's true what other reviewers say about this place, great food, great service. ***Update*** Paul the owner and Chef at Fourk reached out to me to address my concerns and he offered to have me give his restaurant a second chance. I am here to say that he has changed my mind and I am glad we went back to experience his cooking. Paul could have easily just ignored my review but he reached out to me multiple times over the last month to make sure I really had an opportunity to enjoy his restaurant. A couple bits of info on my original review/visit to Fourk: -Paul the Chef was deployed and was not there at the time of our first visit. -His replacement at the time was his Sous Chef who let everyone know at the beginning of the dinner that it was his last day working at Fourk. -My main concern was how the Sous Chef told us even though the menu said "filet" he was not serving filet "do to cost", that stuck in my head the whole night and affected my view of the meal. -None of my concerns were based on what I now believe is a true representation of Fourk. Now that you know the history I would like to say our second trip to Fourk was completely different and by that I mean that Paul IS Fourk, his personality, his belief in his restaurant, the taste of the meal all come from Paul and I believe that was the piece that was missing from our first visit to his establishment. It would not be fair if I based my opinion on the work of someone who was filling in for Paul. We started with a mixed green salad that we enjoyed very much, the second course was a Italian and Kale soup, it had just the right amount of kick to it, The key to the meal was the Beef Shoulder Tenderloin, it was cooked just the right amount for me, I like it Med-Rare which it was spot on, served with Brussel sprouts and whipped potatoes. The dessert was a trio of Lemon cake, vanilla ice cream and a butterscotch graham bar with toasted coconut, I really enjoyed the lemon cake and ice cream but only ate half of the Butterscotch bar only because personally I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but the butterscotch flavor was very good. I would say to anyone reading this review, give Fourk a try you won't be disappointed, I come away with a new appreciation for the staff and their belief in their restaurant. LOVE this place! It's like a smaller, more affordable version of The Kitchen. The only reason I'm not giving all 5 stars is because the menu can be hit or miss. It's a set four course menu, so things don't always sound great based on my preferences. I know that's their model, but perhaps they could consider offering 2 options for each course instead of just the one? I know we'd go more often if that were the case. UPDATE: Sorry, should have been more clear in my feedback.... it's not not a matter of not liking something like mushrooms. It's a matter of simply not eating something at all. For example, I don't eat pasta at all. However, i believe it was last month's entree that was a pasta dish. Some people don't do carbs... or red meat, etc. Some people have actual/legitimate dietary restrictions. read more

Had a wonderful experience at Fourk kitchen tonight! Showed up around 6 on a Wednesday night for happy hour. It's a very intimate space and was warm and welcoming. Our party of 3 was seated at the bar, but there are also tables. We selected a bottle of wine and enjoyed the complimentary white truffle popcorn. The first course was a lovely salad that was fresh and well balanced. The second was a delicious tomato carrot soup, third was duck confit that was super tender and rich and the fourth was poached pears as a nice start to fall. We really enjoyed listening and talking to the chefs during the meal and they explained each course before we ate it, which really added to the experience. The portion sizes were perfect for a 4 course meal and I was comfortably full at the end. Chef Paul is very interesting and engaging to talk to and you can throughout the entire night. The menu changes each month so there's always something new. I look forward to coming back here again, one of the few perfect dining experiences I've had recently! $44 per person, $24 wine pairing, a great experience and deal! read more

Had dinner last night at fork, very disappointed, at best the food is average, had asparagus soup nothing special, the crab stack was very good, the fillet was a very small portion I would guess not more than 2 ounces and for some reason on top of what appeared to be a piece of Filo dough or crescent roll did not fit. The dessert was a chocolate chip cookie, expecting more from a restaurant is trying to make itself special. Seating is very poor and limited our choice was to sit with five other strangers or sit at the bar we were four people and had no other options.
