Yet another incredible brunch at Gina's. I love Gina's. It's my favorite Mexican brunch spot. Everything we have tried on the menu is absolutely exceptional. They do not fail me! "Have you tried Gina's?" Is such an exciting question to friends knowing they will get to experience these mouth watering food and drinks. Staff is lovely and knowledgable, food comes out quick and fresh!! The entire vibe here so good! Perfect for celebrations and special treats. I love how food is played here. Nothing I love more than when my food arrives and it is so pretty that I have to take videos, not just pictures, lol. This visit we were celebrating coming back my acceptance into university! Food was exceptional per usual!! 10/10. Pleased to find out they now offer dinner after 5 pm!! Will be coming back for a date night with hubby soon. read more

Met a friend for breakfast. We chose this place based on the location being a mid point for us and it had good reviews on Yelp. We really lucked out because this place was amazing!! Everything we ordered from the coffee to the food was fantastic. The service was exceptional! It must be well known by the locals because it was full of customers for breakfast on a week day! Design and ambiance of the restaurant did not disappoint. The giant coffee cups set the tone. I will definitely visit this place again. read more

Really loved it here! Their patio is super dog friendly! I had the chilaquiles with asada and loved them. They weren't overly spicy and came with a good amount of meat. Highly recommend their michelada as well. Would definitely come again :) read more

Top to bottom, 5 Stars for my wife and me.. I've had a number of breakfast options including the mushroom Omelette, Eggs , Bacon and toast, etc.. All of which are excellent.. HORRIBLE FOR CATERING! It not only happened to me, but also a colleague. They have poor communication and are so unreliable. I contacted them over a month before my event, went back and forth a few times; I was always having to follow up. Then they cancelled on me 5 days before my event. They never answered my colleague when she contacted them. The only reason I held out for them was because my work used them for a Holiday party. Big disappointment! EDIT - No deposit was made on my end because of terrible communication. I kept having to follow up and received little to no responses. They couldn't provide a quote, left me hanging the entire time. read more

Food was DELICIOUS!! We had a part of 6 and we had the Chilaquiles the Steak and eggs The French Toast and the Mushroom Skillet. Highly recommend all of these options. They have a wide array of juices for the Mimosas and the Service was EXCELLENT!! Lexi was our server and she was VERY pleasant friendly and attentive. Mari is an angel of a waitress. She makes each experience so wonderful & always remembers my face- feels nice Food is absolutely delicious per usual- and the way it looks and it plated is amazing. The brunch here is the best in the IE. Great portions, exceptional service, the food comes out super fast, prices are fantastic, and the food is amazing. My family and I had the chuleta pork chops , breakfast enchiladas, sopes divorciados, and the caballero steak and eggs. All bomb! The kids menu is great as well with great portions. The star of the show for me was their bean and cheese burrito (don't hate), and their cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll sells out so get here early. Another awesome thing about Gina's, is if you come in wearing Dodgers gear, you get a "Dodger Discount". No lie. So awesome! LGD! Mara was our server and she reps the Dodgers also! Tried Gina's for breakfast this morning. We shared the eggs, bacon, potatoes and a banana pecan pancake. Everything was scrumptious. Best potatoes I've ever eaten. We went today 2/21/2026 to have breakfast with our family that came from out of town, we all agreed that the Food was very good and delicious. All of our plates were A++ BUT . .We got attitude from the hostess we were called in she found out we had a 4 month old baby, she ask next time to add the baby as part of our party, and that we got lucky this time. But in a very rude way that My wife was shocked this person talking to us like we're kids. . In front of our kids , Not called for, Then we sat down and the rudeness continued, but now with our waiter, older gentleman with tattoos , he smart talked back as we were asking for our food, again like I know I heard you! WTH . And at this point I waited for someone else that works there and I told them our experience so far with the waiter , and they knotted like this wasn't the first time they heard this. Good businesses like this should not allow employees mess with customers experience. The need to talk and change those behaviors asap. read more

I'm rarely disappointed at Gina's Usually able to grab bar top seats with very little wait Staff is super friendly and inviting The food is delicious Last time we visited on a Sunday - big groups and we secured bar seats with minimal wait. Oh my!!! This place is SO good!! You will not be disappointed. Food taste better than your mom's cooking and that says a lot!! The service was outstanding!! I came here right when they opened on a Wednesday morning! I had the pleasure of being served by Mari. Right off the bat, she was energetic, outgoing and helpful! Super sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered a hot Oaxacan latte to start off. It was probably the BEST latte I have ever had (and I drink a LOT of specialty lattes). It was thick and creamy and had just the right amount of balanced sweetness! For breakfast, I ordered the chilaquiles with an add-on of chicken. It was DELICIOUS! Not too heavy, but perfectly balanced for me. If I didn't live in LA, I'd be coming to Gina's all the time! I'll be back if I'm ever in Riverside. read more

Highly recommend Gina's Catering for breakfast, special events and catering. I used them for catering for work and all of the employees LOVED it! The breakfast is amazing and went for mother day buffet And oh my I had to unbuckle my pants!! The chilaquiles and enchiladas, the creamy pasta and the salmon. My wife and I had a wonderful morning planned of breakfast then going home for a quiet Sunday afternoon. We were going to go to our favorite breakfast spot in Montclair, see my reviews for the spot. Then her BFF called who refuses to go anywhere outside of Rancho Cucamonga cause she's classy. It's still San Bernardino County baby. Anyways she suggested Gina's Kitchen which is in the same shopping center as K Street Korean food. Once again see my reviews. I was not into it but was quickly won over by the menu. A good mix of Traditional American stuff and Mexican. I ordered the Birria Omelette, my wife ordered the Chilaquiles and her friend ordered the Chorizo Skillet. All 3 were extremely good. There was even enough to take home for later. So despite my disappointment at not going to my favorite spot Gina's proved to be an excellent spot and we will definitely be back. Minus the BFF. Definitely Recommended read more

This place was amazing!!! Literally the best breakfast I've had ever . Everything was great from the latte to the little potatoes. I don't see how ANYONE could complain EVER . Taste , quality, and friendly service . A friend took me to Gina's we sat at the bar top ! It was crowded and noisy but that just means good food IMO. Better than I expected! I tried Gina's for the first time for brunch on a Saturday and there was an hour wait. Its a popular spot and you can join the waitlist on Yelp. Fyi the waitlist on yelp does closet. Despite it being very busy, our server was attentive and quick to take our drink and food order. She even stopped to recommend certain drinks. The food came out quick and the portions were big. I ordered the Spanish latte which came with that delicious biscoff cookie. It was sweet but not overpowering. If you are used to your meat a little bit more rare or juicy, then this style may not be for you. I thought it was fine but it just depends on your taste buds. I really wanted to give the place 4-stars or even 5. The staff was good, food was fine, and prices all affordable but the place had one problem. Initially, I wanted to eat outside and enjoy some summer breeze with my family. However, there were too many flies attracted to our meal. I was not sure whether it was due to this restaurant or its neighbors. Unfortunately, the flies followed us inside during our meal as well. It may be a non-issue in the colder months but it was a noticeable nuisance during our meal.

It was almost as if it had been cooked in the same area as the fish, but it was still edible. Our server, Priscilla, was very attentive, checking in frequently and keeping the good beers flowing, even on a busy game night. The carnitas were good, but we'll try something else next time. I've had the pleasure of visiting Gina's Kitchen and Catering a few times now, and on each occasion, I've been met with the most delightful and attentive service from the same server. However, my recent experience left me feeling conflicted due to an interaction with the owner, which impacted the overall dining experience. Last week, I decided to bring some friends to check out the restaurant, and I was delighted to find that our usual server was there to assist us once again. However, our initial encounter with another staff member, an older white lady with a big hair bun, was less than satisfactory. Her lack of warmth, failure to introduce herself, or offer any guidance on the menu left us feeling unwelcome and unsure. After a brief wait, the lady returned to take our order, and her demeanor remained far from pleasant. She seemed disinterested and appeared to be forcing a smile. It was only when we inquired about her role that we discovered she was, in fact, the owner of the restaurant. This revelation was quite surprising, given her approach to customer service. Once we finally placed our order, the food arrived with delicious flavors and impressive presentation. The dishes, including the Pork Chuletas, Salmon Benedicts, Avocado toast, and French toast, were undoubtedly a highlight of our dining experience. Despite the enjoyable food, it was disappointing that the owner never made an effort to check on us throughout our meal. Our usual server, on the other hand, was proactive in ensuring everything was to our liking and making sure we had an enjoyable time. Upon further observation, we noticed that the owner, in addition to being the owner, also served as a server herself, primarily focusing on the bar area and a large party seated in the middle of the restaurant. This seemed to explain why she neglected her other tables, including ours and those at the bar. It's disheartening to see her prioritize certain areas while ignoring others, especially when there are several servers working on the floor who could have attended to those tables. The most concerning aspect was the possibility that she might be taking tables from her servers and pocketing their tips. As a patron, it's incredibly upsetting to witness such behavior. The owner should prioritize checking on customers and ensuring their satisfaction, not taking orders and potentially withholding tips from her hardworking employees. While I'm a supporter of small businesses and have enjoyed the delectable food at Gina's Kitchen and Catering, I find it difficult to endorse a business with such questionable practices. No matter how great the food is, mistreating employees and neglecting customers is unacceptable. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues and ensures a more equitable and customer-focused experience for all. read more

Seeing as my first experience was amazing, I decided to bring a friend for a brunch date. It was a bit busier than my last visit, so we opted for dining in the patio area. The patio was a bit crowded in terms of the seating arrangement, but we made it work. Both my friend and I were talking about matcha beforehand, so it was only fitting that we try out the iced matcha latte. The presentation of the drinks was beautiful, having the Biscoff cookie as garnish was a nice treat. However, and I hate to say this, it was seriously lacking flavor. The strawberry and ube flavors hardly came through and the matcha was underwhelming. Pair this with the drink melting because we're dining outside, and it was just a watery drink with soggy cookie at the bottom. I would not recommend for someone who really values a quality crafted matcha latte. As for the food and service, it was hit and miss this time. My friend had ordered the Chilaquiles Divorciados with steak based on my recommendation and when the food came out, we had to ask for the steak. The beans were also underwhelming, likely because they were not HOT hot, as preferred, and lacking some flavor. The machaca omelet was definitely a hit! The meat was done well and a good portion of it was served with veggies inside the omelet. This was a great choice for lots of protein. I also found my potatoes to be a lot better than my first visit - more flavor and cooked perfectly. Overall, I'd still recommend Gina's Kitchen for a savory and hearty brunch. read more

Ginas is a hidden gem in rancho! I'm visiting family here in the IE from North Carolina and they had raved about a new brunch spot.. Now I cannot stop coming to Ginas kitchen! My favorite by far is their French toast along with their papas bravas! My husband is absolutely in love with the chilaquiles especially because it comes along with a good amount of steak! The Spanish latte is the kind you'd want every morning!!! My son loves the smiley face pancake everytime. The staff/ service is some of the best! No matter what day or time you go in they always have greeted me with a smile on their faces and make me feel like no request is too big. Starting with the host Frankie I believe is his name, he makes you feel welcomed and tries to get you seated in a timely matter if possible. Sometimes they have a wait which is expected with amazing food! It's worth it Every.Single.Time! Marelis is an amazing server.. She will constantly check in on you to make sure your experience is going great and smooth. Definitely will be so sad going back home as there's only one Ginas!! Father's Day Disappointment I truly wish I could comment on the food at Gina's, but unfortunately, I never got the chance to try it. I made a reservation in advance and even had confirmation to show upon arrival, only to be told that my reservation could not be found. The staff kindly added us to the waitlist and estimated a wait time of 30 minutes to an hour something I was willing to accept. However, after waiting over two hours and fifteen minutes without a single follow up call from the restaurant, we ultimately had to leave. Sadly, this was a major disappointment, especially as this was my first Father's Day. My wife had planned this as a special surprise, and we were both looking forward to the breakfast buffet experience. To make matters worse, we had our five month old infant with us. Anyone who's been a parent knows how challenging it can be to manage a baby in extreme heat we were dealing with 110° California weather while waiting this long to be seated. I genuinely hope others have a better experience, but for us, this was not the warm welcome or celebration we had hoped for on such a meaningful day. read more

We had the most amazing experience at Gina's Kitchen and Catering and cannot recommend it enough. We came in as a party of 12 to celebrate a friend's birthday, and from start to finish the service and hospitality were outstanding. Marcos, our server, truly went above and beyond in every way. Not only was he attentive, kind, and on top of everything for a large group, but he made the birthday celebration so special. When the cake came out, he took videos for us, did a fun birthday dance with our friend, and then made sure to send all of the videos to us afterward -- such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that meant so much. The entire staff was incredible. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared that we were having a great time. Managing a group of 12 is no small task, but they made it feel effortless and made us feel so well taken care of. Thank you to Marcos and the whole team for making our celebration memorable, fun, and stress-free. Worth the Wait (Mostly)! I had heard amazing things about Gina's Kitchen and Catering, so naturally, I had been dying to try it. And let me tell you--the food did not disappoint! We went all in and tried the Hot Chicken & Waffle, Chef's Eggs Benny, Avocado Toast, and Chilaquiles Divorciados. The portions? Huge. The flavors? Delicious. My friend inhaled every last bite of her hot chicken, raving about how it was flavorful without setting her mouth on fire. The beans? Next-level good. Now, let's talk chilaquiles--I liked the green sauce way more than the red (team verde all the way!). As for the Eggs Benedict, while I'm usually a Benny superfan, the potato leek cakes made it a little too heavy for my taste. The only downside? The wait. It's amazing both ways -- smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. If you're a coffee lover, this one is a must-try! For breakfast, I had the chilaquiles and they were so good. Another wonderful breakfast at Gina's. Gina's is great. It's where I love to get Mexican breakfast. We have tried everything on the menu, and it is all delicious. They never let me down! "Have you tried Gina's?" is such an exciting question to ask friends because they know they will get to try these delicious foods and drinks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the food comes out quickly and tastes great!! This place has a great vibe! It's great for parties and special treats. I really like how food is used here. It was a good experience trying this place. The service was great. The attendant , sorry forgot her name was very nice and courteous. The place was very homey. Felt the essence of home cooking. We ordered a lot of Mexican food and most of them were delicious and had a big size serving . I ordered grilled chicken salad with chipotle dressing and their signature cinnamon roll. Salad was ok . The greens were a lot. The cinnamon roll was not that fluffy and didn't taste that much cinnamon. But the toppings of whipped cream , sugar melted glaze and strawberry on top made the sweetness. The other dishes were ordered by my family and they were satisfy . For sure we will be back . I had an absolutely amazing brunch experience at Gina's, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Havana! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcome and was so attentive throughout the entire meal. She recommended the margaritas panini, which was absolutely fantastic--fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance of crispy and soft. The chilaquiles were to die for too--so rich and packed with bold flavors. Havana also suggested their signature French toast, and it was the perfect dessert to round out our meal. My girlfriend and I came by today for another amazing brunch, the service was so top notch and of course we were taken care of by the one and only Marcos G. He's always amazing and takes care of us to the best of his abilities, he recommended to me to try something new today such as the Rancho Burger. The food always is amazing but his recommendation was just amazing , it tasted so fresh and was so delicious! The ambiance as well is amazing and never seems to overwhelms and actually is so comforting and I feel like it's all family! Marcos is the main server I always ask for because he always just knows how to treat my girlfriend and I so well. I had somewhat of a disappointing experience at Gina's Kitchen recently. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our server was inattentive and made several mistakes. My order was incorrect, I received a dirty cup, and my food arrived after everyone else had finished eating. The food quality was exceptional and made up for the service issues. I ordered the milanesa chicken torta with chips, which was delicious. My family also thoroughly enjoyed their meals. While the service fell short, which is why it earned 4 stars, the food was absolutely outstanding. The chef deserves high praise for the excellent cuisine. Overall, Gina's Kitchen remains a place worth visiting for its amazing food, but there's room for improvement in the service department. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The place looked dirty, the tables weren't properly cleaned, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. The food was even worse--overcooked, flavorless, and borderline inedible. It honestly tasted like no care went into it at all. Portions were small, prices were high, and nothing about the meal justified the cost. Service was painfully slow, and the staff came across as rude and dismissive, like customers were an inconvenience. We had to ask multiple times for basic things, and even then it took forever. First time coming here and we had a great experience. Initially, we were on a waitlist for 35-45 minutes, however, i received a text saying they can seat my group now. I told them I was 10 minutes away and they still accommodated us. Our waiter was Marcos and he was phenomenal. Very attentive to our needs and amazing with children. He has good vibes and loves to make his customers laugh by joking around. We ordered Gina's Omelette, hot chicken and waffles, spaghetti and meatballs, and a side Caesar Salad. I remembered this because Iron Skillet has got to be the fastest on the draw in terms of keeping you coffee topped off. I counted in the first fifteen minutes I was there, I had my coffee refilled four times and probably eight times in the span of the forty-five minutes I was there. The only slowdown I saw was when they dropped off the bill. Suddenly after that no one was checking on me to see if I needed more coffee. I guess they figured that I had had enough and were cutting me off. That's a mistake because as long as I'm sitting at breakfast I'm going to want coffee. The second thing I noticed was they have a damn good skillet program here, especially if want to experiment with creating your own. It was something like $15.50 to put in three mix-ins for your skillet, but only $1.50 to make the mix-ins unlimited. This time I kept it simple--sausage, ham, green peppers, and onions along with customary cheddar and three eggs--but next time I'm going to experiment a little. The skillet itself was amazing. The portion was generous, the produce was fresh, and the eggs were super runny. It really is in contention for the best traditional skillet I've ever had. The other thing that could've put it in the running for best skillet overall is if they had some exotic offerings for protein like I've had elsewhere in the country like elk, smoked pulled pork, duck, walleye, or even rabbit. Skillets are good, but skillets with like an animal you don't normally see for breakfast is amazing. I'm still on the lookout for my goat skillet. The service, as aforementioned, was impeccable. The coffee refills is the main thing I complain about other breakfast joints and here I never even had a thought to getting upset regarding that for the first portion of the meal. My only critique as you may have guessed is to continue that generosity and initiative for the whole meal. I really want me to toy with breaking double digits with the amount of coffee refills I receive during a meal. And that's only going to happen if you continue to ask me after you drop off the bill. The ambience is good. It looks like a diner. It quacks like a diner. It's a diner. I felt right at home here with all that space and mix of booths, tables, and counter space. I'm definitely planning my trip back here for that superb Build-a-Skillet and that fantastic attention to keeping the coffee overflowing in my mug.
