The Mango Sorbet was another refreshing option with a smooth tropical sweetness. The Panna Cotta Cheesecake leaned closer to a mousse in texture and was definitely on the sweeter side. We also got the charred beans, carrots, ravioli, tagliatelle, ravioli, and trout to share. The charred beans were surprisingly the long beans and not the smaller ones we expected. However, they were very juicy and better than we thought they would be. The rigatoni resembled cacio e pepe with its pepperiness, the tagliatelle tasted like standard red sauce, but i did enjoy the ravioli and the ricotta inside. For dessert, we had the basque cheesecake which was alright, but I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake. Overall, we had a great time at Ci Siamo and I would definitely recommend ordering the focaccia and onion torta and we could have skipped the carrots, beans, trout, and tagliatelle.

The side of broccoli rabe was also so bad and forgettable. The stems were tough to chew, there was no salt and not a single speck of garlic in this dish. This is one of the priciest, grossest plates of pasta and vegetables I have ever had in the city. My friend ordered the eggs Florentine and said it was A-okay. Service was good and food came out on time but honestly I would not dine here again. They really need to step up their food quality if they want to continue doing business in the city.

The interior was completely packed, and the noise level was high enough for my smart watch to complain. To sample a bit of everything, we shared two orders of focaccia, four pastas, and one dessert. HOUSE-MADE FOCACCIA - 10 Super bouncy with a bit of chew, this was probably the best focaccia I've ever eaten. It came generously drizzled with olive oil and alongside chopped peppers drenched in even more olive oil, which added a nice little kick. We highly recommend starting with this. TAGLIATELLE - 27 Out of the four pastas, this was my absolute favorite. I love the thin yet chewy texture of the tagliatelle, and the bolognese sauce was rich and hearty. Finished with just the right amount of Parmigiano, both the pasta texture and sauce were sheer perfection. PICI 'CACIO E PEPE' - 23 This was such a simple pasta, yet so delicious. It was incredibly creamy and cheesy, with hints of fresh black pepper flavor that blew standard at-home black pepper grinders out of the water. Despite it being the simplest pasta of the night, I enjoyed it immensely. RIGATONI - 32 This pasta was simple yet slightly innovative, featuring sausage paired with a broccoli-based pesto. Overall, I'd give L'Artusi a 4.5/5; it was mostly hits with a couple of misses. The pasta portions are quite small. Since each dish is primarily carbs and sauce, I'd imagine you'll likely need an appetizer or a pasta and a half to leave full. This halal cart opens at 6pm every day, and a line starts forming along the sidewalk well before 6pm. Ambiance: This cart is located on 6th avenue and 49th Street diagonal from Radio City Music Hall. Eventually the batteries kick in, she snaps out of it and asked if I was being helped. Finally! She asks if I wanted it to go, and I gave her what I thought was a clear YES. I also requested a receipt but that was clearly too much for her to handle. Another girl called out the name I gave them, and my slice is on a plate. I told her that I had said I wanted it to go so she bagged it up (no box I guess?) for me. At least this one apologized while the original girl just stood there. Between the horrendous heat and service, I just wanted out of there. We were taking tons of napkins to wipe our faces it was that bad. There was a standing counter, and some seating in the window area but I don't know how anyone could sit in there the day I visited. I actually took this slice to the gym a few blocks over and ate it in the lobby since I knew they had A/C and the slice would cool off enough by then. This poached pear was delicious. I can never get enough pears, and this was loaded with them. The hot honey will obviously make everything sticky but in this case, it was worth it. Crust was perfect as well. I imagine it would taste just as good heated fresh from the oven, but I'm here to say it was great on the much cooler side too. I wonder if their other location is better; even though it's far, I'd certainly be willing to give them a try since I know the food will be A+++ (and hoping the service there will be too).

If you don't want to wait, get there early! We were seated in the lovely car park patio and from there, the ordering process, service, and whole process was quick but not rushed. There aren't a crazy number of tables, so it actually feels like you have room to yourself. The food itself was amazing. The breakfast sandwich was great for something heartier and of course, the pancakes were amazing. We also had to try the Thai tres leches since you don't see that everyday. With tapioca and tofu chunks with somewhat of a horchata/soy milk base It was takeout style with seating options in front of there food stand where you could watch them pull the noodles in front of you.

Our waiter, a friendly veteran, provided attentive service, ensuring our water glasses were consistently filled. While the overall dining experience was satisfactory, the food didn't necessarily blow us away. It wasn't the most extraordinary, but it satisfied our cravings, leaving our party of four content and full. The wait for our food was short, and the pasta was perfectly cooked. Went there today while at the San Gennaro feast. Date and I just decided to randomly just stop in. The food was And the atmosphere was amazing. The restaurant was huge, it had a lot of rooms. We sat in an area known as "the garden." Very romantic. Everything was super on point, including the wait staff. They were super accommodating, even giving me a machiatto espresso on the house because it wasn't brought out in time for dessert. The food was to die for, I had their pesto and I loved it. Our Concierge at The Peninsula hit it right on the spot when we were craving for some casual dining experience with really good comfort food at a comfortable price. El Cortile perfectly lived up to its name when we were exploring Little Italy for the first time at close to 10:00PM on a Sunday night. I so love love love the pasta with anchovies. Savoring every forkful of it while seated al fresco in comfy wicker chairs (as opposed to other restaurants that have plastic molded chairs) and our server enunciating every description in his thick Italian accent made me feel like I was somewhere in Italy. My Favorite Restaurant!!!! The customer service is exceptional, everyone is very friendly and always polite! I've been coming here for almost 10 years now and every time I go its amazing!!! The food is consistent and so delicious. I've eaten at several different restaurants in Little Italy and none compare. Some of my favorite dishes are: Gamberi Fritte (Fried Shrimp) Sausage Pie is AMAZING Pepite De Gnocchi Filetto Di Manzo De Milan Pork Chops I can go on and on... When I arrived at the restaurant, I stated I had made a reservation and was told "so does everyone else" in a very rude tone and that we needed to wait at the bar. After an hour of waiting, we were seated only to be served pretty mediocre food. My girlfriend and I went there with high expectations. We started out with the Caesar's Salad which was outstanding. Second course was pasta with mushrooms and truffles. My colleague has been to Puglia Ristorante several times for old school traditional conservative Italian cuisine and hospitality, but this is my first experience. Unfortunately, I did not see any Saffron Risotto listed on their menu. The menu is laminated but very vague as it does not contain specific details. I remember my former love cooked this entrée for a dinner party at our former home. Saffron Risotto's roots originate in Milan, Italy (Northern Italy). In the evening there is a DJ who curate music selection and event hosting for live entertainment which the reckoning became boisterous loud, rowdy and moderately wild standing on chairs and thrashing napkins. This concept originated in Southern Italy at weddings for restaurants. My party of two came for dinner which coincidence peak sports events simultaneously: NY Knicks 2026 championship parade and FIFA World Cup 2026. The energy was very high and boisterous loud, but controlled. I do not suggest Puglia Ristorante for early beginning dating as it is not conducive for couples open deepen conversation. I personally abhor boisterous loud restaurants/cafes as my intent is to sit indoor with air conditioning with good food, libation and good company. I believe this restaurant is for hosting celebratory events where patrons are openly and free to express their joy in a ruckus chaotic wayward behavior for boisterous loud noise level of birthdays and as the atmosphere environment encourage to celebrate living. The staff actually encourage patrons to openly assert such joy for high-energy and boisterous loud because life is too short and it is meant to be lived. "Life is not measured by time. It is measured by moments." - Armin Houman This restaurant is able to accommodate large parties with strong suggestion of group reservations. Patrons are mostly tourists, out-of-towners in hopes of absorbing New York lifestyle and culture. Entrées are served family style gargantuan portions which is to be shared - not one's individual plate. Patrons be mindful enter Puglia Ristorante very hungry and exit fulfilled with satisfaction. The bread is served warm and fresh with butter which I surely enjoyed. The air conditioning was rather weak partly because it was near full capacity occupancy and the rowdy patrons made the energy high. Tables dressed in linen and napkins. Bathroom facilities are minimal available, thus be prepare to wait on a big fat long line. Business cards are available upon request for grabs. Price is somewhat high, but seemingly standard for stagflation 2026 era. My foodie synopsis: Fried calamari $15.75 My colleague engulfed this entire antipasto dish. Personally, I do not care an iota for this dish. Broccoli rabe $12.00 I do not like broccoli either. My colleague did enjoyed this side dish. I believe adding garlic and a little cooking wine would enhance the taste. Spaghetti with meatballs $17.00 The meatballs were large, but somewhat dry. The red marinara sauce was average, but sufficient as this entrée was not swimming in sauce. Unfortunately, the menu did not specify red marinara sauce embedded. Linguine white clam sauce $24.00 I ordered this entrée primary for the pasta - not for the white clam seafood. Linguine is one of my default choice of pasta. (I do not care an iota for Fettuccine pasta). The menu did not state white clams as seafood included. I also detest clams for seafood as I did not touch. The white clam sauce was sufficient amount as it was not swimming and the pasta was not drowning full of sauce. I was hoping there would be a hint of garlic flair. I was egregiously and disappointedly unable to finish this entree, amid without antipasto. It surely made me full to expand my waistline and increase my weight gain. At the end of the evening we practiced walking meditation from Little Italy to Zuccotti Park (formerly Liberty Plaza Park) which greatly improved our mental health respectively including calorie burn for weight management. One pitcher of red Sangria It was served chilled with fresh fruit of apple, but no peach or orange. I was hoping to be served cold with ice. The ice was small size and somewhat minimal. I am a native New Yorker and prefer ice in my drink especially during the hot humid summer months. My colleague became moderately almost severely drunk for the evening, but miraculously maintained his composure for being a gentleman. I was mild tipsy to sip this fruity wine in very minimal controlled moderation. This red Sangria was not dark coloring as my desiderium, but it enable me to achieve a phlegmatic disposition concluding my manic work week. The Sangria made me full that I was floating in gelogenic, thus unable to finish my entree. I was able to intake one quarter of the linguine. Yes... Blame It On The Alcohol! Oopsie!
