Like any In-N-Out this location was PACKED- both the drive through and in store lines were long but it's expected. However, once inside the line moved pretty quickly and the service was great. I like in n out, but this time the experience is very bad. My bag for the three burgers is got wet. When I take the top of the bag, all the burgers flow down on the floor. I know why there is wet, cos i see they change the milkshake machine, try to clean up or add some more milk, then make the order's table is wet. You guys may check on the camera. I'll make it quick *poor quality (burned buns, chillin brown, over sauce burgers fries are just horrible) * employees taking order constantly interrupting mid order to stop and chat with coworker in-front of your face outside in drive threw. (Not work related issues more like laughs and one time she updated her coworker the Dodger score) *lazy when it comes to putting lid on box (apparently they feel this is not necessary and always grunt when asked for a lid) * NO MORE SUPER HAPPY NICE SMILY CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT I HOPE YOU SEE THIS. I love in n out and have always been impressed by their customer service and food presentation, however, going through the drive thru at this location lately has been terrible. The employees are getting sloppy with the way food is placed in the bags. Everything looks as if it's just been shoved/thrown into the bag. To top it off they only give us two napkins. read more

Horrible horrible in n out. Usually I understand mistakes due to how busy it usually is at in n out but I won't be back at this one. I usually go through the drive thru but decided I was going to go inside today and regretted it. I was greeted at the door by Caleb who was extremely nice, however Caitlyn was the one who took my order extremely rudely. She seemed bothered and annoyed taking my order. She was also the one who handed me my food and when asked for condiments, they were practically thrown in the bag as if to rush me out. Yes, it's always packed, too loud, with ridiculous long lines in drive thru. But how the staff handle all these craziness with ease is something that can't be ignored. Yes, the place may be not be pristine but they try their best to maintain it decently. They are on top of cleaning tables for the next customer. Floors are swept all the time. Condiments, ice, napkins, utensils and drinks are never empty. Meals are served in a timely manner. Orders in drive thru are taken by staff members even before you reach the ordering window, thereby diminishing waiting time. The burgers? Patties are always perfectly cooked, juicy, and yunmmmyyyy! The fries? Oh, yes! I love the animal style fries with fried onions on top. Needless to say, In N Out is still the BEST hamburger place ever for me! read more

It hurts my heart writing this review because I wanted to live in and out sooooo bad! I visited several locations before writing this review from San Diego to van nuys to the location near me in North Hollywood so this review is not about one particular location but in and out as a whole. I was supremely disappointed. I thought ok maybe my first trip there could have been a bad occasion. So I went back and I went back and I went back. I needed to see if I was missing something. All of my Californians will scream blasphemy. So here goes. The fries are nothing special so plain and bland and warm it makes no sense. I even had the monster fries they tasted as if they microwaved them. It go to the point that the next couple of times I went I didn't even bother ordering fries. The Burger...pains me mercifully but there's nothing special here. I've had so many better burgers from chain restaurants...I went with the toasted bun and double which is just a tad better than a McDonald's cheese burger. I tried another with the untoasted bun big mistake burger fell apart after one bite. And last but not least the monster burger...disgusting. If you do go and just want to see what the hype is about I recommend just getting the double toasted...I may venture back one day but right now I'm happy with my fresh hot 5 guy burger or Rogers burger joint in Burbank. read more

The staff is always courteous and the locations are among some of the cleanest in the business. The burgers themselves taste great and present really well, they don't "squish" together like most McDonalds burgers do. This is the only burger joint that we can come to when craving some burgers. I mean, in-n-out, whats not to like. We are vegetarians & find it hard to get places with good tasting burgers. We always order their fries & "secret menu" (Not a secret though!hehe) grilled cheese burger. Majority of the times they are consistent with their product. They are following all the safety measures for these times. The employees that take drive-thru orders have gloves on, face mask & face shield on them. They are always very polite & patient while taking the order. The drive-thru gets very busy on weekends, but they keep the line moving. If the drive-thru line is crazy long we do go inside to place our order & the line inside is always short in comparison & you get your order quicker. Though not a big fan of their soft drinks which lacks in that frizz & Hot chocolate which is plain milk with packet hot chocolate powder (from Swiss miss, I guess) which we are not a fan of. The food is awesome, I mean I still wonder how does just a burger bun with spread ,lettuce & tomatoes be so addictive & fries are spot on crisp on the outside & soft inside.
