My Girlfriend and I had our first date here, and we keep coming back because Jamms is hands down the best breakfast place in Las Vegas. There are other good places for breakfast in Las Vegas, but Jamms is the best in my opinion. If you want a good breakfast at a very reasonable price, Come here. It is my first visit here and the first thing that pleased me was their excellent buser named Victor. Great customer service is very hard to come by especially during busier times of the day. Immediately greeted my party and I with a genuine smile and catered to us the entire time we were here. Their food is good and comforting. But what made the visit great was Victor and his hard work. I watched him take care of other parties with the same passion and care & you can tell her truly loves his job here. Great asset to the establishment, our food server was also great and courteous. I didn't catch her name however but she greeted normal customers by their names. Very welcoming atmosphere. From start to finish. The hostess was also very nice and welcoming. We came here for breakfast on a Vegas trip, my husband likes to find local mom and pop places rather than the usual tourist traps. My son ordered the smores pancakes which are actually chocolate chip pancakes with caramel sauce and whip cream. I tried a bite and they were delicious. The pancakes were light, airy and chocolatey. I was surprised they weren't overly sweet. I ordered the french toast with strawberries. It was very good with fresh strawberries instead of limp soggy thawed berries and they were plentiful. The french toast is drudged in crushed cornflakes so they had a nice bite to them and no soggy bread. My husband ordered the corn beef hash, this is where they lost two stars. What arrived looked like browned sliced pieces of lunchmeat. He told me it was so salty he couldn't even taste anything else. To make sure he wasn't being overly dramatic, I had a small taste. OMG it was the saltiest thing I've ever eaten and I like salt. I drank my entire drink after that small bite. It literally tasted like someone spilled the entire salt container in the hash and fried my taste buds, glad I was done with my french toast. Bottom line, don't go anywhere near that hash if you have functional taste buds and anything but perfect blood pressure. Get the french toast. read more

We stopped at black bears and baby cakes and both had long waits so we ended up here.....crap! We ordered corn beef hash, Lumber jacks kids meals and the biscuits and gravy. Came with the pot of bread which was under done :( Waitress was not nice and patient she just rushed us and seemed to like chit chatting with the other customers leaving us to feel really like we were a bother to her. A - OK pretty much sums it up. I had a grilled cheese so it wasn't too hard to mess up. Service at our table was good, but the hostess seemed a little rude. We called ahead and they said there was no line, when we arrived 5 minutes later there were probably 5 or 6 parties waiting. Could it have been bad timing and all of us arrived at once? The interior is very worn down. I felt a bit like being in an old bowling alley, but without the ambiance. The floor was so dirty it's probably criminal, and needs new carpets badly. Outside on the window they proudly present themselves as "best of Vegas", but not since 2006, and those 9 years show... The 'thing' I ate was featured on a TV show, and was interesting, but poorly executed. It had almost no taste, just a lot of "meh". The fries were dusted with powdered sugar, which made no sense, and mostly made a mess. It needs spices, herbs, crunch, and more to salvage. Price would have been OK, if the food had been OK. Service was fine, although there was some ruckus in the kitchen that was rather noisy. I had to ask for a refill, it wasn't offered, and I got it just before I left. In a couple of years, unless they get their act together, this will be on Restaurant Impossible... read more

Burnt hash browns, steak was 1/2 an inch thick and smaller then a steak from south point. Pot of bread is just bread in a tin cup.... Ok? Zagat rated their food at a 25..... My husband and I decided to have a late breakfast. I ordered a typical breakfast; pancakes, eggs, and bacon. My husband ordered a bacon, tomato, avocado, green onion omelette with breakfast potatoes. We also ordered something called a pot of bread. The pot of bread was homemade bread that was baked in a muffin ten. You could tell that this bread was homemade and freshly made. It was very good. Eggsellent service and amazing food. The prices were incredible for the portions you get! And if you check in on Yelp, you receive any flavor of their specialty pot of bread, every time you dine in! I'd go back just for the bread itself, we tried the cinnamon raisin and it was delicious. My friend and I split the Denver Omlette which was huge, loaded with tons of ham and just the right amount if veggies. They even split it on two plates for us which was thoughtful and convenient. We also shared the combo of jamms french toast and regular French toast ( we couldn't choose which flavor we wanted so to be able to get a combo of both choices for no extra cost was a huge bonus) and it was delicious. I loved the crunch of the jamms French toast with the soft center, and the regular French toast was just as great. Served with delicious whipped butter too. The Omelette comes with choice of bread, or pot of bread, and also potato choices. The coffee was delicious as well, and my cup never got to half full before the bus boy came around to warm us up. The server was kind and quick despite having half of the busy restaurant to herself. Wonderful service from the time we walked in and when we left. Cute atmosphere and they were constantly cleaning. Social distancing is taken very seriously here which we appreciated. This is my new go-to breakfast spot for sure. I got the chicken freid steak, which was delicious, and the girlfriend got the multi grain pancakes, which where awesome, I had a few bites and was hooked. The second time we went there I ordered the jamms french toast, which is french toast covered in con flakes, it was awesome.. The girlfriend loved the multi grain pancakes so much, she got that again. Fresh coffee, and the staff was on top of refilling the cups non stop. Bottom line, its the local spot for breakfast. This place was average. I was excited to try the food but my boyfriend and I thought it was somewhat bland. We walked in as first timers and waited for a while before I had to approach the hostess myself that was up front starring at customers/walking around but not asking if she could help them..it was awkward. The pot bread was the only thing worth mentioning but the country skillet and eggs Benedict with sausage was again avg. Gravy wasn't very flavorful neither was the sausage.
