It's further west of the strip, but the further you go, the more local it feels. Jamms is a great example. No neon lights. Just great local food, service and vibe. After all, it's voted best of Vegas. As for me, I got the two biscuits and gravy with a sunny side up egg. Made with love and perfection. Soooo good, I scrapped the last morsel from the plate. I would've licked the plate, if not for the local lady to the left sitting in the booth.

Breakfast was okay on our second visit. Chicken fried steak was not as warm as it should be but acceptable. Service was as expected and pretty much a routine. No major concerns.

Yay!!! They finally got smart and brought back the 'Jamm's Salad'. Now I can continue to come back regularly again

This is a cute diner-style type of place that is open for breakfast and lunch. We came in for a late breakfast one weekend and missed the rush being seated immediately. Our food was hot and fresh. The pot of bread was a nice way to get spoiled by our server since we've never been here before. Breakfast was cooked to our liking and prices are fair. I will need to come back and try them for lunch.

It has been several years since I last ate at Jamms and they are still serving large portions of delicious breakfast foods headlined by the pot of bread. Located near the end of the rainbow and charleston strip mall, Jamms serves up a solid and wide range of brunch foods. You can get their breakfast as a skillet, omelet, or burrito, or try their huevos rancheros. You can't go wrong with any of their options. The place is crowded, loud, and not built for comfort but the food wins the day

Hands down THE BEST! I'm from out of town and fsmily brought me to Jamm's for breakfast. Atmosphere was bright and classic in a 50s diner kind of way. The food was delicious. Got a denver omlet (which was true to tradition) and fresh fruit (which was all prefectly ripe). The Pot of Bread was a new expierence and all four flavors they had were sooo good. I couldn't get enough. But the stand out of my expierence was Juan. Hands down the best service I've ever had IN MY LIFE. He was friendly, on point with our order. When the food came someone in our party was away from the table and without asking or hesitation he took the plate and put it back under the warmer. As soon as he saw her return, he brought the plate back. Never in my life have I seen a waiter as awesome as Juan. He deserves a raise (and yes, he got a great tip to match his great service).

First time trying Jamms and it definitely lived up to the hype, such a great breakfast spot. We went with a mix of sweet and savory dishes, and they started us off with a pot of bread (apricot and raisin). It was so good....especially with the icing. Honestly, I could've just kept eating that. The birthday girl ordered the Irish skillet with over-medium eggs, and it was packed with flavor... really good corned beef hash. The little one got the stuffed French toast... that one fell a little short. It didn't have much cream cheese filling, but she made it a combo with bacon and scrambled eggs, which helped balance it out. Grandma ordered the Chicken BLT green waffles and that plate was stacked high, super flavorful and definitely a hit. I kept it classic with a side of chicken fried steak and gravy, and it was moist, tender, and just really well done. Customer service was great from start to finish... everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. Overall, such a solid breakfast experience. We'll definitely be back. Note: even the restroom was clean and fully stocked with toiletries.

It was a Smaller diner type. They have a counter service, tables, mostly booths. Big menu. Great prices, fresh food! Fast service after 20 minute wait time. Coffee was delicious. Denver Omelette was FULL. Great ratio of ingredients. Guessing 3 eggs . I had fat fries with ranch. Friend had hash brown's. Both cooked to perfection, crispy and hot! The POT OF BREAD was muffin size of warm yeast bread. Farm girl here, set warm bread and butter in front of me, you get great reviews! RECOMMEND

I had been here years ago when I lived closer, and when a friend asked where we could go for breakfast, this place instantly came to mind. It's in a strip mall near Home Depot and has been renovated very nicely from past years. It's a homey place with friendly staff and overall good service. But I was really dissapointed in the food this time. The corned beef hash I had was simply awful. The eggs were cold and had clearly been sitting for a while. The potato casserole thing was hardened. The only decent thing was the "pot-o-bread" which is their signature thing. It's hard to screw up breakfast, but this place did it. I can't recommend it, and I wanted to so badly! Here's hoping they make the adjustments and restore the glory that this place used to be.

We ordered one of the rolls but our server brought another one - just so we could taste it because we were first-timers.

Great food and value. Wonderful service as well. The restaurant was clean the booths were comfortable and the food was unique and tasty.

Love jamms! I had the California Benedict with grits. Great flavor and eggs cooked perfectly. My daughter had the eggs and bacon. She loved it. Service was great as usual but coffee wasn't great. For almost 5 bucks, it better taste good at least! Place is always clean and comfortable.

This diner/restaurant is so cute with all it's tea cup decor. Remodeled about 4 years ago with a classy look and comfortable booths. We've been here many time so I can attest to their delicious breakfasts and amazing pot bread. Today we ordered lunch. I had the Reuben sandwich on marble rye and my hubby had their tuna sandwich on wheat. Everything was so good. They have great ranch dressing which I had on my side salad. The coffee was fresh and their iced tea was not watered down. Now the service...amazing! Sandy has been here for about 26 years and she knows her menu and, most importantly, how to treat her customers. Not once did we have to wave her down. She was consistent with refills and ALWAYS has a smile! Love this quaint place!!

We were skeptical on our first…read morevisit about the soup and salad that's included we thought oh that's a nice touch but it's probably just a tiny little cup of soup and a tiny little side salad. NOPE. You got a nice bowl of soup and a decent size salad. Taste and quality is excellent! Our only tiny bit of feedback would be that the soups needs to be hotter every time we've gone it's lukewarm. Their gumbo soup is really good too. Every meal we've had has been a very nice size portion the quality has been really good, the steaks are tender not full of fat, and nothing has been overcooked or greasy (which I would kind of expect for a diner type of place). I was hesitant about trying the burnt steak ends with the kimchi fried rice and egg off of the summer promotional menu but I was actually quite impressed with the taste and quality and portion size it was way better than I anticipated. On the fried items such as the sampler platter appetizer the quality of it is good and it's not overcooked but the oil needs to be changed because the product is coming out kind of dark and makes it look like it's overcooked (but yet the chicken tenders were not dried out at all they were quite good. Probably the best ones I've had if they had just changed the oil) Whatever brand they're using for their salad dressings is excellent (It's not uncommon to find Caesar or ranch to be on the tangy bitter side but not theirs) We really like that they rotate the soups and the vegetable options everyday. And they also have one soup option that never changes. I wish they would do that for the vegetable as well and have one option that never changes. Service every time has been really friendly and attentive. There have been no issues with the timing of our meals we've never waited excessively long for any anything to come out to the table, drinks are always kept filled as well. Prices are reasonable especially for the portion of food size and the quality as well. And we don't really know any other diner type restaurant such as Denny's or IHOP that would include soup AND salad with almost every entree. The atmosphere is pretty much your diner style decor, the restaurant is very clean and we've never had any issues that we could see. We also really liked the promotional scratch off cards that they gave out for several weeks. That was one of the reasons it kept us coming back and trying other entrees. So other than that tiny little bit of feedback we will absolutely keep coming back. We've heard they're looking at opening three to five more locations around the valley and we look forward to one hopefully opening near the south summerlin area.

Once I stepped foot inside and saw a completely packed house with an hour and a half wait and barely standing room at the bar, I knew it was worth whatever wait or process I had to go through. Ultimately I lucked out as an individual. I was able to snag a bar top seat pretty quickly and had I known then I was sitting down to what was going to be one of the best meals of my life, I would have been visibly more excited. Not only was the service absolutely top notch, the people and the regulars there were extremely friendly and outgoing. The vibe was perfect, a strange mix of a place that felt like it had been there for 200 years yet was somehow high energy and vibey. From a killer cocktail recommendation to one of the best steaks I've had in my life and coming from Oklahoma City, where I work a mile away from the stockyards and can get great quality fresh beef six ways from Sunday, that's saying a lot. I usually despise most things truffle but if I was forced to eat that truffle mac and cheese every day for the rest of my life I would consider it a life well lived. While I would have never ordered it on my own, a customer next to me recommended the porn star cocktail and I have to say it was also one of the most delicious things I've ever had in my life. Ten out of ten, top notch experience. Would recommend. Will be back every time I'm in Vegas, no questions asked.
