I stopped off here to get a gift card for a friend and decided to get a Philly Cheesesteak which my friend recommended. The #17 Cheesesteak was good. They didn't skimp on the the meat and the sandwich was nice and hot. Next time i'd probably get it without the sweet peppers, which kind of overpowered the sandwich. So, today (6/11/18) I walked in to get a few snacks (chips, soda) ... at about 2:30pm.... The girl with the blonde hair at the register was ringing every one up before me... when it was my turn I paid and as I entered my phone number, she said ... "You qualify for a free small sandwich" (Based on my points) so I said ok I'll take it... so she then walks over to the sandwich counter to make my sandwich and I noticed she had not changed gloves after using the register or washed her hands. So I asked her... "Can You please wash your hands and change your gloves?" She replied, "My hands are clean, I've been ringing people up using my knuckles" After giving her the weirdest look... I asked again... can you please wash your hands before making my food. She the snatches the gloves off, rolls her eyes with an attitude... so I said, "You know what, just have someone else make my food." She then gets upset, touches my bread with her bare un-washed hands and said ok with a smerk on her face. I then asked for the manager... who didn't really seem to care.. he just said, "sorry about that and thanks for letting me know" then he walked back to the back. This is a big issue to me... this is why and how food born bacteria and illnesses get passed around. Definitely won't be back... WASHING YOUR HANDS SHOULDN'T BE A REQUEST ... The best customer service and delicious sandwiches! I pre-ordered 57 sandwich boxes for my daughter's high school team who was at an event at the Long Beach Convention Center. The team at this location was THE BEST! They took my order accurately, prepared the order with no mistakes and packaged everything in a way that made distributing 57 sandwich boxes easy for me and even loaded it all into my husband's vehicle. These employees had the most professional attitudes and were so nice to work with. I wish I knew all of their names, but props to Jimmy, Daniel, and the super nice young lady who took my initial order. We will definitely order from this location when we come back. Well done, guys. I'm writing this with a mouth full of Jersey Mike's in my mouth! This is a new establishment so it prolly took a bit longer to get my sandwich, but it was well worth the wait. My husband and I purchased an Original Italian (Mike's Way) and it's delicious. This is waaaay better than Subway's and a nice alternative to when you don't want an In and Out Burger. I think this place is a nice addition to the Circle. I will be going back. read more

This is my first time trying this place. There was no line waiting when I went there, so I decided to order the cold cut sandwiches, the roast beef with provolone. I feel like the sandwich was good, but not very memorable. I think what made it different was the sauces, but I think the guy who made my sandwich barely put any. It was really interesting to see them cut the meat right in front of you, just to show how fresh it was! If I was to go back, I would try their hot sandwiches just to see if it is better than their cold cuts. read more

My family loves this place. This is my favorite because I am avoiding fast food and fried food at all times. NO MORE SUBWAY AND THOSE 11 INCH FOOTLONGS! LOL. Seriously, this place knows how to make sub sandwiches. The best selection. And better quality than Subway where Subway serves sandwich meats packaged like they do at grocery stores. Totally yummy subs. Just thinking about it makes me want to have a sub right now. I'm not sure what is in their bread but it so soft and so delicious. Everything taste really fresh and because I was a rookie, I got a cookie lol. The only small improvement I would make is having more meat on the sandwiches. Came here for the first time today and had the original, mini size, it was really good and filling! They didn't hold back at all on the meat and I got all the toppings. Next time I might not get the jalapeños too much spice going on. And you get a free cookie your first time. The cookie was really soft and moist. read more

The food was good. The service wasn't the best. I was left mid sentence trying to make my order when the employee walked away and never came back and I had to wait for someone else. These kids are confident you're going to like your sandwich, as they should be! They hand carve your meat, the toppings, and sauces are awesome! The staff is super friendly and always giving you tips on how to make your sandwich better. There is always a highly motivated manager talking to guests, giving out free cookies, coaching employees. I have been at this Jersey Mikes three times too many!!!! My Grandson's like the turkey reg. size with bacon(two slices per sandwich) and Tues. for the third time I have been charged $24.95!! However, during my last visit I couldn't figure out what to get...so I took Oscar's suggestion and tried the #26 chicken, bacon & ranch. It was great! The only thing better then the sandwiches from this location is the service. I usually go pretty late at night maybe within an hour of closing. They always remember me and keep the service on a personal basis. Tonight they happened to run out of white bread and had to give me wheat so Larry took care of my entire meal. I would 100% recommend this place, as I go at least twice a week. read more
