Decided to try their chipotle turkey and supposedly fresh bread. Five employees, so the service was pretty quick - even if it was like being pushed through an assembly line. No customers sitting inside though - and the tables were dirty. I did get the robotic greeting..."Welcome to Jersey Mikes", and that was the end of the friendliness. I ordered the mini-sub for $5.95. What a rip-off! The bread was bland and dry like cardboard...did not seem fresh. The guy sliced the meat and provolone right there on their assembly line, but the portion was wimpy and the meat was salty. The chipotle mayo was out of a squirt bottle - and only went on one side of the bread. The mini really is a mini as far as the meat to bread ratio is concerned! I wound up adding more mayo when I got home and still could only eat the middle part because it was so dry. The worse part of the experience was watching the guy at the register handle money and then handle my sandwich when he wrapped it up to go. EEWWW! They all wear plastic gloves - but what's the point? Where's the Health Dept. when you need them?! They get one star because I like their signage. I will not go back. read more

I always come in here and let me tell you......this place makes the best sandwiches!!! The cookies are also good, so give them a try! The only thing I've notice is this there is always a fly near the slicer which is gross because that is where your deli and cheese goes, so make sure to ask them to clean it. Other than that, the customer service is great! read more

I was there today with my wife and daughter. We walked in and the staff just stared at us with blank stares, no hi or welcome to Mikes, no nothing. The guy that took our order was rude and was like "what are you having"? He had a smirk on his face and looked like he hated his job. In any case the subs were good like what you expect there but the service sucked, which always ruins the meal. Will find another spot to grab sandwiches, I can't stomach bad service or attitudes. read more

Not impressed with my first visit to Jersey Mikes. It seemed like they were in such a rush and they kept asking if I wanted my sandwiches "mikes way" and since I've never been there before I didn't know what that was. I asked and they ignored me and continue to ask me if it wanted it mikes way. When she finally decided to listen to me, she seemed annoyed that I didn't know what it was and briefly explained it to me (still not quite sure what it is). I also ordered a veggie sandwich with cheese and lettuce and veggies with some sauces and upon opening it at home, it was bread and cheese only. What the heck. It was over $6 and it was one tiny slice of cheese. Will not be returning even though it is very close to my work. Will be going to chipotle for lunch instead. read more

First time at this sub take out and it will be my last. One choice of bread which was hard as a brick. I got the Supreme sub with roast beef, chicken, cheese and bacon. The meat was sliced so thin it was almost transparent and one slice of cheese and one piece of bacon. I think they only offered mayo and about three toppings besides lettuce and tomato. No trays...The smallest sub, a fountain drink and a cookie the size of a quarter were over priced at $10.50. I now know why Subway is so popular as their subs are $5.00 with a choice of breads, cheeses and many toppings to choose from...I just wanted to try this place and once was enough for me. Try the Veggie...even if you love meat! I had the veggie (provolone, Swiss, bell peppers) and mikes way, of course. Added the fantastic pepper relish (to die for!). So delicious. Try it and you won't be disappointed. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited 20min for my hot grilled chicken sandwich which they say has to be made in the back due to the hot chicken. My sandwich was forgotten about & I had to ask 2x as to where it was. The 2nd time I asked they have a what looks to me as a sandwich just sitting in the back, some kid hollars out, "oh that's hers, it's all done." Then another girl chimes in and says the same thing. I grab it and go home to enjoy my sandwich. I get home & open it up & it's a wrap saturated in some disgusting sauce! I was soooooo mad I just threw it away. Went here for first time the other day. First impression was the prices were very high, so hoped the sub was good? The service was fine and all and meat was sliced fresh, so good so far. Unfortunately, I got the sub and it was bland, roll was dry and really nowhere near as good as a ton of other sub places. Sorry, but for those prices, I wont be coming back! read more

I love Jersey Mikes, and I have gone to many of them but this particular spot has terrible service. Ordered on line, was given a 15min timeline (awesome) so my friend and I went to the store to pick up our order- 5 sandwiches- 20 mins later. It took a little bit for someone to help, there was a young man on the phone- David- he didn't turn to help us until his co-worker got his attention. His first words: "oh you have that phone order, I've been trying to call you because we ran out of chicken"....no "Hi" or "hey sorry, what else can we get you?".... So I said "you waited 20mins to call?" His reply:"I just got here!". Ok so we ordered something else, cause no worries stores run out of stuff. But what happened next was what threw me. 2 police officers came in to order and patiently stood in line, there was one young man making sandwiches and 3 other employees with their backs to the counter and NOBODY turned around or even said a word!!! One guy was re filling oil bottles, one girl was making our sandwich and our man David just ignored them, completely. If you want Jersey Mikes go to a different location, if you want Philly cheesetakes go across from this location to "Phily's Best" I wouldn't want those employees representing my business ever! read more

I always love checking out a new sandwich store. Jersey Mike's did not disappoint! I'm from NY and grew up on the original Blimpie Base sandwiches. Jersey Mike's is the closest thing I've had to my old favorite in a very long time. They even shred the lettuce the same way! I ordered the Italian sub and it was stacked high with freshly sliced cold cuts! The toppings were great, also very fresh, and the pepper relish is fantastic! Great service at the counter with smiles all around. I've been to this store twice and will be adding this to my regular list of places to eat. Give Jersey Mike's a try you're gonna like it. read more

I found Jersey Mike's looking for a snack to eat around my sister's place. When I saw it I figured I'd give it a try thinking I was going to get the best sandwich ever. I didn't. The sub was ok but I could of made a sandwich so bland and no flavor anytime! Also it was $9 for a 6" sub.... wow! My sister told me there was a place there before that was the best but went out of business because of taxes not paid or something. Anyway the service was great, place was clean, sandwiches were way overpriced, and the taste wasn't as good as I thought it would be. SUBWAY is way better! Sorry Mike. read more

I LOVE jersey mikes. I go to the one by my work at least twice a week...the people there are awesome! This one in the circle... Not so much!! I ask for easy juice and I have a soggy ass sandwich now that I've gotten home. That never happens at my regular Jersey Mike's! I understand that this job is a stepping stone for most people that work there but this kid just flat out didn't care!!!! This place is going to get screwed if minimum-wage goes up and they got to pay guys like him! It will be Jersey Mike's when I'm at work and Togos when I'm at home! read more

i will give this 3 1/2 stars. i've only had the chipotle cheese steak and even though it isn't the best it's still quite decent (at least the meat is better than subway's by a far). yes the bread wasn't that good. it was squishy and because of that volume i think that's why juice soaks into it making it soggy if you leave it for a long time. but i still think the sandwich is better than phillly's best next door. they do move a little slower than say subway, but that's because they make em fresh when you order, so peeps stop complaining. food is not made at the speed of light! customer service is pretty decent as well. the thing they need to work on are wiping the tables. more attention is needed as it's not very clean. maybe they need to hire more people. anyway to sum it up my sandwich and service was good, so i will be returning. read more
