Very attentative the reason I gave only 3 stars is that they now offer gluten free bread but the advertisement indicating that they didn't mention a charge, when I asked for gluten free they didn't mention a charge. LOVE JM. Went here the first time at this location since it was close to my work and brought my dad (his first time). We went to the Angels game during the weekend JM had a promotion of 10 runs or more free sub to everyone. I wanted to try to this location and redeem the promotion with our online printed ticket. Sadly we were rejected stating they don't take this type of ticket only ORIGINAL ticket stubs issued by Angels Baseball. Damn how many people lost out on this if this is true, what is the point. Anyway didn't get to try this location sad to say, it look ok they were not busy at 11:30am. After calling Angels office, I Called the JM (Rosemead) manager say it was just their policy not to take any tickets printed online. But I explained to her I talk to Angel front office they it was ok. She stated they had issues with others printing multiple online tickets and claiming the promotion and the owner didn't want to honor this (what the heck) its just a promotion to get people try the food enjoy it, have fun and remember Jersey Mikes. Do you know how hard it is to score 10 runs in a MLB game. Before I start this 1 star review I would like to point out that the employees at this location are friendly. Ok, so I have walked by this place several times and it is always empty while the food chains right next to them are booming! I always think well they must not be very good.... they actually are good but what makes this place bad and even offensive to some degree is their prices. I payed almost $9.00 for just a regular turkey and cheese sub and it is on the small side. While it was good it wasn't great and it looked depressing. They are stingy with their meat and the bread is actually one of its negatives. They provide literally no value and seem very greedy in my eyes. Reminds me of when quiznos came roaring into socal and now are almost entirely extinct for having ridiculous price points. Here in California we can have a #1 from In N Out for much less or even a $6 pizza from Pizzarev on Tuesday, AMAZING VALUE and better ingredients! To be honest, Jersey Mikes is extremely expensive for a "mediocre at best" sub. However, I love the service here. It can be slow because they only have one machine out cutting the cheese/meat but it's so fun to watch. The staff here is super friendly and are very informative. My first time coming here, I didn't bother to look at the hours. I came in at about 8:50pm to order subs. Even though they close at 9pm, the employees made my subs without complaint or warning that they were about to close. Kudos to you guys! read more

I was practically starving and I've tried Jersey Mikes at their Pasadena Location on Lake and Green. All I can say is this is not what I expected when I walked in here. For one their tomato's were distasteful at a glance. Their counters were dirtier than a mechanics work table. Lettuce was all over the place, and their containers seemed like they had not been changed for a few days. Their register counter was dirty as well. Not to mention their showcase glass was worse off than my stored away car windows that's been collecting dust for 5 years now. I believe they need to have get a health inspection soon. I lost my hunger and quite honestly I hope they can get a more reliable and responsible team and new management. I am a very easy person to please and I'm always looking for something good. Walked in at 8:40pm 8/19/19 and the 2 workers just stared at me and didn't bother saying hi or welcome into the store it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I get to where you order sandwiches and the girl behind the counter stopped scrapping the grill looked at me and went to wash her hands(good job) as she was washing her hands she decided to call the male employee SWEEPING THE FLOOR to come and assist me. This male didn't bother washing his hands and went directly to putting on gloves and he looked at me and asked me what I would like in a bothered tone. I asked him if he had the rosemary parm bread and instead of looking he looked directly at the girl who shrugged her shoulders then walked to look and said no. I can't comprehend what all the fuss is about. My girlfriend ranted how amazing and yummy this place was, but after finishing my sandwich, I would rate the tuna sandwich as mediocre. I felt like they put an excessive amount of oil and vinegar where the bread started to become soggy. I ordered the giant sandwich, which is considered to be 15 inches for around thirteen dollars. Based on my experience with the taste of the sandwich, the price to value becomes outrageous for this subpar sandwich. Let's break down the analysis of my experience: Pros: 1. Excellent customer service. The employee making my sandwich was very nice and even added some extra vegetables per my request. He was very well mannered, easy going, and comfortable making the sandwich. 2. The bread is very well seasoned and better than a normal Subway sandwich. 3. The employee made my sandwich within a reasonable amount of time (there was no line). Cons: 1. The employee who made my sandwich put too much oil and vinegar on my sandwich. If I had taken the sandwich home, the bread would have been soaked to a point where the sandwich would be inedible. 2. I had larger servings of food for the same price I paid at Disneyland versus the sandwich here (and we all know Disneyland overcharges everyone by a significant margin). Conclusion: Overall, I believe it was a decent sandwich; just not for the price. i started coming here for the #9 and #13 i think those are the italian meat combo sandwiches. i like them mike's way with the herbs and oil and vinegar. actually reminds me of some of the italian sub places i grew up with in NJ. lately i've been coming here for the cheese steak sandwiches. i like to get them with provolone instead of american cheese. make sure you join their rewards program! you can use the points for more sandwiches! fyi- the parking lot here and get full pretty quick but there is some parking behind the builiding. read more

The quality is very good! My kid loves this place but the staff is horrible. They have more people working here than any other fast food joint. About 5 people touch your order but they still can't get it right. I understand its an assembly line but unfortunately if you order a custom sandwich, they cannot make it correctly. I continue to go because of the Quality of the food but the service is horrible. I end up telling 3 people how to make my sandwich. It's not just me. Originally I was going to get a sandwich at Claro's Italian Market when my bf's sister mentioned we should try jersey mikes because she had coupons for it. It was my first time. I had the Philly cheesesteak and original Italian sub. It was okay. They did put a lot of meat for the original Italian sub. I thought the sub sandwiches needed more flavor. However, this franchise needs to give their staff a better training! The coupons I had was for a free regular sub sandwich with a purchase of chips and drink, but i couldn't use it because one of the workers said it's only valid for PCC students. And it was weird because nothing on the coupon mentioned it was for a student or anything. But we were like okay, we'll just pay for the full price since they were already making our sandwiches. After we were done eating, we went back to his house, only to find out that his mom said the coupon that we had didn't required a student ID and it was a regular coupon. She showed us there were two different coupons, one that said "student" on the card and the one without. And to make it worse, the cashier took our coupons and didn't give it back to us! This place is a great place to get a quick bite to eat before hitting the road! The location of the store is on the intersection of Rosemead blvd and the 10 freeway. I was in a rush to get from my house to San Bernardino for work. I had my wife place a phone order in at 10Am for pick up at 12:15 pm. I was very frustrated with the service I received by the workers that prepared my order. First thing first, I have never ordered a hot sandwich from here before. All the worker had to ask me is do you want it "mike's way" or do you want to customize it? Instead they assumed that I knew that when you order a hot sub that it is made the way it is displayed on the board (by the way I didn't say I want a pastrami rueben I just said pastrami).
