stopped by Lazy Boy Saloon during a wing walk and I get the hype. i tried the Tequila Citrus wings, it was tangy and juicy. I also tried the Honey Citrus Ginger wings; the fresh ginger and local honey give them a unique flavor. The vibe is your classic, loud and proud sports bar, so don't expect a quiet bite. the beer book lists dozens of craft options to choose from. It's the perfect spot to grab a pint, crush some wings, and catch a game. I'll definitely be back for something to sip on.

holyyyyyyyyyy smokes on that mac and cheese with maine lobster add on. ($24 total) creamy, piping hot for twenty minutes after ordering (ate one corner at a time slowly) it is everything you want in mac and cheeze wings are juicy and crispy!!! we got extra wet buffalo. again, the mac and cheese is still hot and each bite blows my mind. maybe it's the beer talking but i wasn't expecting a "saloon" to have gourmet level mac and cheese!!!! i will be back faster than i can finish my food. service is great!!!!!

whenever my friends & i want a burger, this is our go to spot. lol I get that MCBOY & my bestie gets a turkey burger. SLAPPPPSSSSS. our waitress Samantha was so awesome, she had great energy from the start. lol brought us shots & the bartender made us great drinks. we got the blood orange margggg & mai tai, 10/10. they played good music too, some throwbacks which is always our vibe.

Came here for dinner and drinks with friends. Overall it was standard bar food. The wings were pretty good. The prices are fair too. Unfortunately it was very loud so it was hard to have long conversations. It is a place to go when you wanna get a bite to eat and get a few drinks. The service considering it was very busy was great!

i found this to be a cozyish spot - lots of tvs with sports playing, selection of draft beers and cocktails. i wouldn't write home about the food, but it was fine. my steak and chicken fajitas, and sweet potato fries, were pretty good. i prefer Lilly's food, a bit down the block, but prefer the lower boise level of Lazy Boy Saloon. big parking lot nearby.

First time here. Sitting outside even though Westchester county has begun indoor seating with covid Great beer menu. Shared a margarita pizza and cheese burger. Both were fantastic. The pizza is super thin. Coming to us on the silver pizza tray you almost couldn't see there was a pizza on it till it was put down on table but it was fabulous. Good service. They are famous for their shakes but not enough other desert choices.

Apparently, it has 4 kitchens. They cater and also has space for wedding receptions. The staff was impeccable, friendly and professional. They were accommodating and attentive. They offered red or white wine to the guests as well as passed out champagne at the beginning for the toast. Later they had coffee or tea to go with the dessert. The food varied. The appetizers, spicy shrimp and Italian meatballs, were addictive. The arugula salad was nicely presented and flavors messed well. The pasta with peas was al dented. The side dishes of mixed vegetables and potatoes were decent. The main dishes were hit or miss. There were three: salmon, steak, and chicken marsala. The salmon was flavorful but a little dry. The chicken marsala was very dry and was saved by the delicious sauce with mushrooms. The best was the steak with was perfectly tender and medium rare. The dessert was some small pastries and fruit which was presented nicely. It is a very classy place with good service.

The service and food, on the other hand, were quite a mixed bag. We ordered a margherita pizza, pancake tacos, steak and eggs, and French toast with a side of sausage--the pizza, at least, was good. However, the "French toast" was more like an anemic panini press trying to pass as French toast. The steak and eggs comprised of a fairly well-cooked (that is, it was the right temperature) yet underseasoned steak of a relatively dubious cut, underseasoned home fries, and eggs done wrong (sunny side instead of over easy). The lattermost was the start of the problem, as I was willing to give it a shot, but found the texture off-putting. In light of this, I brought the problem to our server Adalia, who brought it to her manager Elvia. Thankfully I had someone else with me to tell me what happened: Elvia came over without addressing me on their error, silently took a look at my plate and instructed Adalia to have the kitchen put the eggs back on the fire. She takes my plate to extract the eggs, and brings them back (unsurprisingly) completely overdone, first in Elvia's hands, then in Adalia's for her to serve; we send for a refire, and they come back correct 7 minutes or so after I've already finished eating. Considering the hassle it took to get them, I couldn't trust it enough to eat, leading them to waste as well. After all was said and done, the GM Amer comes over to see how things were, and was thankfully helpful and understanding of our situation. Here's the rub: I was initially willing to overlook the steak, the home fries, and even the eggs if the error was properly ameliorated. Adalia and Amer both did very well, and I'm grateful for them for that; Elvia, on the other hand, managed to break the chain of competent customer service by directing the server to handle the problem in a way that was set up for failure (if you mess up an egg, it's an immediate refire because of how the egg cooks in the first place -- Amer also arrested to that policy) all without addressing us and taking accountability, due to negligence or whatever else. Not only that, but when sending the incorrect eggs over the second time, she couldn't even bring it to us herself--it would have been easy, seeing as she was the one that originally had them--and left Adalia and her tip to potentially take the fire if the patrons happen to be angry. Mistakes are fine--everyone makes them--but I'd describe this as cowardly more than anything else, and I take issue with that in particular from a leadership standpoint. While Amer graciously extended an invitation for a better experience next time, I can't say I'll be taking him up on the offer when their service and food are this misaligned; unfortunately, a disappointment overall.

Recently stopped by to try their Sweet Truffalo and Tajín Tamarindo wings for a wing walk…read more The Sweet Truffalo was interesting...kind of a sweet buffalo vibe with that truffle twist. It's different in a good way, but I was expecting a bit more heat and punch. Still tasty, just on the milder side. The Tajín Tamarindo wings were probably the more fun one...sweet, tangy, and that chili lime type kick. Good idea flavor wise. Last year I also tried their Pineapple Sweet Chili wings and Jalapeño Cilantro wings. Pineapple Sweet Chili was a mix of sweet pineapple flavor with a mild chili sauce. More sweet than spicy, kind of sticky and tropical. Jalapeño Cilantro was a fresher, herb forward flavor with jalapeño heat and cilantro brightness. Not super heavy or saucy, more of a lighter, zesty wing. Overall, Hudson Grille is more of a vibe spot than a dedicated wing destination. The flavors are creative and fun to try, especially if you like sweet or fusion style wings, but consistency and boldness can vary.

The happy hour cocktail menu was limited, however we thought we would try something new and ordered one of the featured drinks- but they were out of the ingredients so only one of us was able to enjoy a featured cocktail and I ordered an espresso martini and my daughter ordered a Cosmo. The drinks were delicious, as was the food. We ordered several dishes and enjoyed all of them. The service was terrific as well and for that reason I would certainly recommend stopping in. However, I do feel that $24 for an espresso martini was a bit steep and $8 for 3 wings is NOT normal happy hour pricing. The Philly eggroll was tasty - but it was 1 egg roll for $9. We do enjoy frequenting establishments all over NYC and Westchester and we certainly don't mind paying but I suppose I just would NOT market it as a happy hour.
