I remember coming to this location when it was another restaurant but can't remember what that was. It's now under new ownership, serving fusion Vietnamese dishes. Its specialty seems to be Banh Mi Chao and various rice dishes, but also serves pho and other noodle dishes. Portions are generous and price is very reasonable, especially now because it's offering 20% off for this month. Bo Luc Lac (shaken beef) was good, although I would've preferred the sauce to be little bit sweeter. It comes with garlic rice, salad, and fries, but I opted for additional salad instead of fries. Garlic rice was very good, and the salad was fresh. Ga Nuong (grilled chicken) was very good, and portion was big enough for two meals. It came with some type of fish dipping sauce for the chicken but there was enough flavor on the chicken so I didn't even have to use the sauce. It comes with salad, fried egg, and steamed jasmine rice. At just $7, this is a great value. Exterior of this place looks very outdated but inside looks clean and modern. Was a bit disappointed with the food quality and the service. I came on a warm weekend afternoon to get lunch with some friends. The restaurant itself was pretty empty and a bit on the dark side. It was extremely hot inside and the air circulation was very poor so we were all sweating the entire meal and it was pretty uncomfortable. The server who took our order wasn't the most attentive and also served all the dishes to the wrong person. I'm usually not very picky about that, but she consistently gave the dishes to the same person even if they already had their food so we had to pass it around which I thought was a bit strange. The food was okay. I ordered the garlic pasta with salmon. As far as garlic noodles go, it wasn't as good as I was hoping. The garlic flavor was strong and the salmon flavor was good, but I wasn't a fan of the noodle's texture. It wasn't as chewy and springy as most noodles that I prefer. I've also tried their garlic noodles here to-go once before and thought it was pretty good, but this dish wasn't similar. Plus, they offer it with grilled chicken - for some reason a lot of places only offer it with grilled pork, so we appreciate that this place offers it with chicken. I introduced this to one of my friends who used to have a favorite thit nuong place and he changed it to Le Kitchen after trying it here! I also really like their banh mi chao served on a hot skillet with a variety of proteins in it and a warm baguette. We stopped by last Sunday evening around 7pm. There was only one other table occupied but since it was an hour before closing we thought we'd try it out as I'm glad that we did. The menu isn't extensive but it does have some solid offerings. We ordered a couple of pho, I got the crispy noodles with shrimp and vegetables ( very similar to Hong Kong style noodles) wife got the bbq chicken and shrimp plate. Everyone enjoyed their food. The pho broth was rich and well balanced (not too sweet, salty or bland) the crispy noodles were very light unlike Hong Kong style egg noodles. Service was courteous and the owner came out to check on us and to chat a bit. She told us it was her daughter's birthday and they were getting ready to celebrate after closing. Everything here was served hot and fresh - even the bread! I only tried a little of it since it was my bf's order, but from what I tried it was pretty tasty. Eating a spoonful of the gravy, cheese, and meatball was an interesting flavor combo. The garlic pasta w/ shaken beef lacked a little bit of flavor compared to the previous two dishes but it was still delicious nonetheless. The beef cubes were thick and juicy and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Thai tea is a must try as well - very refreshing. I could go on & on about this place because it really surprised me. The quality is amazing for the price! I must add, everything was plated neatly. You can't miss it as it used to be an old Pizza Hut restaurant. We ordered takeout. Something in particular about the chicken wings is that they have that fresh never frozen taste. Pork Chop & crispy noodles are delicious as well. I haven't tried a bad dish. For drink, I usually get Soda Chanh and Avocado Smoothie. The service is quick and the food is made to order. There's only two of them in the kitchen working their magic. Sometimes I'll have to wait 10 minutes or more for the chicken to cool down which I'm more than happy to do. The freshness is what makes this place so good. An update to my original review. Went back today, pho is still fantastic. Service was atrocious. I walked in, sat for a good 10 min. I could tell other tables were getting very annoyed trying to flag someone down to take their orders. The young girl that works there takes my order, gets it all wrong. I try to get water but to no avail. Pho finally comes BEFORE the bean sprouts which is a big fail since the bean sprouts have to cook in the hot broth or its not good. I wait for a few minutes for the bean sprouts and of course the noodles are then overcooked. Getting really annoyed and just felt like walking out but I stayed and finished the pho. The young girl needs some customer service skills and attention to detail. Ruined the whole dining experience. Would I go again? Probably because the pho is so good but if i experience this type of service again then i'm done with this place. 5-stars for the food, 1-star for the service. read more

When you walk in it's pretty empty in the morning but I honestly think more people should give this place a try. Their food is pretty flavorful and the service is quick. The coffee is really sweet but still good. The banh mi chao is their specialty so I ordered it to try. It comes with two eggs, a wedge of cream cheese, one meatball, a couple slices of beef, gravy, a baguette, and salad which is plenty for one meal. Everything was delicious and the gravy was especially warming and nice to have. Other places don't really come with gravy but this place doesn't have pate and I think that's fine since it definitely makes up for it. The bread is fresh and the salad was refreshing. Overall dish only costs $12 which is really worth it in my opinion. A lot of the other items on their menu like the garlic noodles are pretty good and worth the price as well.
