    Strawberry Strawberry Banana Nutella® Waffles

Excellent food and service. All five of us had a delicious breakfast! Highly recommend the strawberry banana Nutella waffle combo and the chilaquiles!! We also enjoyed the dulce de leche latte and the horchata latte. The fresh conchas were amazing as well! Wish we didn't live so far away in NorCal, this would be our go to place. Thank you for the lovely service Josephina! We will visit again!

First & foremost shout out to our server Richard. He was amazing. Super welcoming. I saw this place on TikTok and we happen to be in town so guess wut, we decided to visit and I'm so glad we did. The food was glorious...no lie. They had me from the initial complementary ponduce bread. Everybody there seem to be having a great time with their respective group. Definitely five Starz. Would give more if I could.

Don't listen to food request, plus give out undercooked pancakes to kids. Terrible service.

Loaded Cafe is definitely one of my favorite breakfast diners in Long Beach. My favorite thing on the menu that I've tried is the loaded steak and eggs. The strawberry waffles are also really yummy. They also give you a side of Pan Dulce to start your meal which is a nice little bonus. Only downside is it does get busy here so there may be a wait, but they are usually still decently quick even when they are busy. The last time I came here it was raining outside and we got seated by the window which made it feel nice and cozy inside. They have a very extensive menu which can be a little overwhelming, but I would definitely like to come back and try more of their menu items in the future.

Came here in a work ditch day. First of all they serve you a fresh mini concha to start off with. It was honestly one of the best I've had! It was warm, soft, moist, and loved the taste of cinnamon. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and made it a combo. As well as the asada chilaquiles. Everything tasted really good! I loved the taste of the chilaquiles sauce. It was cheesy and almost had a chili taste to it. My scrambled eggs were very tender and cooked perfectly. Not dry at all. I definitely would come back soon!

I have been hearing great things about Loaded Cafes, there are several around now. I was finally near our Long Beach location early enough for breakfast. I came in right after they opened (weekday)! The server even brewed a fresh pot of Decaf for me! I ordered the Original Breakfast that came with two sausage links (or bacon), two eggs, and two pancakes. The menu is huge with a lot of options. Definitely plan to take my family here. I am sure this place gets packed on the weekends, so suggest coming early! Parking - there is a good size lot behind the restaurant, and even the streets around it seem to have ample parking as well. Again, I sure the parking is more challenging on a weekend day. Service was excellent. My server was Martha.

They had a special for original breakfast for $5.75. (Instagram has it & we have to show it when you order to get the special price). Two pancakes, two eggs & two bacon/sausage/or ham. They give you a free concheta per person. Service was quick & friendly. Felt cozy & neighborly inside. There were families eating together as well as two tables with solo diners. I liked that they had a variety of people with varying numbers of people dining in. My friend liked the green hot sauce they had on the table and was able to purchase one bottle of it for $4. The pancakes were buttery and fluffy. Didn't need extra butter. Eggs were cooked exactly how we asked for. After we had our breakfast, my friend decided to pick up three different orders of breakfast to go for her family. They have 7 locations with two more on the way. We will definitely go back, either to this location or to one of their sister locations. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff & a parking lot (that's big in LB).

Trying out this place for the first time. I am impressed with their menu, they have soo many options to choose from. When we sta down they gave us complimentary conchas. Conchas are soo good, and they come warm. Coffe flight is interesting you can try different flavors horchata, caramel, and chocolate. Chocolate is my fav. Good customer service.

We went here for breakfast for the first time after passing by it numerous times. It was quiet when we visited, but the service was ready for us. We got menus, and the one in hand was a bit dirty. They were kind to bring us out some Mexican bread, which my girlfriend enjoyed. Nonetheless, I marched along and choose the steak and eggs with onions and mushrooms. My girlfriend talked about trying their pancakes, so I withdrew from getting roast. The plate I chose was really good. Eggs made right, steak cooked and seasoned well. The hash browns reminded me of ihop and dennys visually, but they were perfectly crispy and tasted so damn good. Turns out a lot of talk about their hash browns speaks volumes. They had a lot of sweet desserts on the menu, but I will definitely try their churro flavored dishes next time I come in. They have a lot of sweets to choose from that you can take home, so next time you come in. Choose wisely.

The loaded steak and eggs was as good as I remembered it. My dining companion thought it was good and stole a few bites of mine. I tried their chicken guacamole stacker. The pancake was good and they gave us a concha and some type of cookie as a house freebie. The menu definitely changed from last time I was here and they have a lot of treats on the menu. Staff was nice food wasn't expensive and came out quickly Nice spot for a brunch date with loved ones and friends Worth a stop if in Long Beach

It's been a while since coming here! Their menu is great! Went here after Mass for breakfast and they had people dressed up for Dia de Los Muertos where you can take a photo with them! That was fun! Good food and good experience! [11.01.25]

Friendly staff and great food. First time in and very happy we decided to stop! Enjoyed the Cheeseburger, Guacamole toast with eggs, and the Nachos. Delicious! Thank you!

OMG! What a find. My family and I had moved out of state and came back to visit. Needed a bite to eat before going to Universal studios. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Before they take your order you are given some mini conchas. We all ordered the Basic Combo which came with 2 eggs, meat, hash browns and 2 large pancakes. I could of been fine with just the conchas and coffee. Would definitely recommend.

This place popped up, and it was happy hour. So we thought why not. We got lucky and found parking close (rare for that street). And walked over and immediately loved the vibe. We walked in and were greeted immediately, and then brought upstairs. The decor on the way up was awesome. The old school nature, with paintings and abstract vintage pieces.. love. It felt like we were in an old industrial building. We were surprised that it was pretty empty when we got up there. We sat at the bar, and love the decor upstairs too. There's a view of the street from up there as well that's beautiful. The bartender greeted us fairly quickly, and we each ordered a speciality cocktail on their happy hour. Both were delicious. Visually, the burger was impressive and looked exactly like something you'd want to dig into. However, the salt level was overwhelming to the point where I genuinely could not finish it. What made matters worse was that our server was not attentive with refilling our waters, and when you're working through an extremely salty dish, hydration isn't optional. I left the meal feeling dehydrated and honestly a little frustrated. The bright spot of the visit was the Brussels sprouts, which were genuinely well done and showed some real kitchen care. If I were to return, I'd probably stick to the vegetable sides. For a restaurant with a 4 PM lull and minimal table traffic, there's no excuse for that level of inattentiveness. A simple water refill and a quick check in would have saved the experience. As it stands, the combination of an over salted entrée and absent service made for a tough sell on the value. If you're in the area craving a burger, you might want to save your money and head down the street to Louis Burger instead. Ellie's may shine in other areas; I've heard good things about the pasta, but this particular visit missed the mark.

TLDR; It's expensive, and not worth the routine visit, but worth the one-time stop in to experience the festivities. The Miracle pop-up at The Ordinarie is somehow even more decorated and extravagant than you'd expect from a seasonal pop-up. The line looks long outside, as there are no reservations, but it moves quickly since they hold everybody to a pretty strict 2-hour time limit. The drinks are good, the cups are cute, and everyone is festive. It's an all-around fun experience.  I think because of this, you do pay a premium price tag for food and drinks that are just good or okay. I think it's something that is worth the visit if you've never been and you enjoy getting into the Christmas spirit. I think that outside of the pop-up, The Ordinarie is a fun spot to check out in Long Beach. It't not a pillar of the food scene if you're a tourist, but it is a good, late night spot if you work in the industry nearby. They have a great late-night menu with a killer smash burger.
