I wanted to be mad. Prices are high - pesto slice is $6. But damn - IT WAS SO GOOD !!

While wandering down San Gennaro Feast, we grabbed a quick slice of Pepperoni Pizza ($5) here. They heated it up for you after grabbing it from the display, so it was crispy and warm. The pizza is a solid slice of classic NY pizza. The cashier also offered us an extra free slice since it was towards the end of the night. We ended up tipping her the value of the pizza since she didn't accept the cash, which was so generous.

I loved this cute little spot. I ordered the spicy sopressata pizza slice. The pizza was really good. Besides garlic, salt, red pepper and parmesan cheese Manero's had Mike's hot honey as a topping. I never had it on pizza and I see what the hype is about. The staff was super nice. I also purchased a ginger ale. Canned drinks are $3 which i somewhat understand based on its location. The loved the framed pictures the disco ball and the music playing. I will be back next time i am in little Italy.

The slices are fantastic! The mushroom cheese, the pepperoni, Margherita pesto, sausage and peppers, hot sopressata, all 10/10! They have a little purell snap and go gel bar for your hands after. Love this place.

I had one of each... - four cheese - pepperoni - mushroom The guy behind the counter was friendly and heated up the slices so they were just right. Each slice was delicious, even after they had cooled down as I walked back to my hotel.

Pretty solid pizza - their signature slice is the one with the pesto. Very tasty and pretty too. Didn't realize this until I sat outside and saw they do $7 special for a cheese slice and a bottle of beer. Would have loved the bottom to be crispier but otherwise it is pretty solid!

An Italian Gem in the Heart of Little Italy - Manero's of Mulberry This is a good spot for an authentic Italian dining experience and is an absolute gem, serving up some of the most delicious pizza in the neighborhood. The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and with great flavor, and the fresh mozzarella takes it to the next level -- simple, classic, and executed to perfection. The menu offers a wide range of Italian favorites, from great appetizers to hearty, satisfying pasta dishes. The food is thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients and traditional flair. Greta service too. The staff makes you feel right at home, adding to the cozy and authentic vibe of the restaurant. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Manero's is a great spot for anyone craving top-notch Italian food in one of New York's most iconic neighborhoods.

Take out was great and man working behind the counter was great. I've had this a couple times for cause of the closeness and convience. Only thing is everytime i get this, no matter what slice i get one or two bites everything falls off and its hard to enjoy. After i put the toppings back on and take another bite it falls off again. It sounds crazy but I just want to enjoy my pizza without all that work. Haha Besides that solid pizza

Manero's! Where have you been all my life. This slice was heaven. The burrata was the perfect consistency. The prosciutto was just the right amount. Did this have like a garlic crust? Overall I be of the best slices I've had in a while. Also, shout out to the guy in the stall who helped me pick a slice. I'm was starving and didn't know what to get. He was super nice and humored me as a lonely woman making her way through the feast by herself. Definitely made me want to come back and dine in which I am sure I will be doing soon!

This was my first taste of pizza from New York while visiting Little Italy. It did not disappoint! I really enjoyed everything especially the crust. Amazingingly delicious! My daughter got it so I don't really know the name but it was topped off with prosciutto and arugula and that fresh mozzarella was fantastic! They are in Little Italy.

Stopped here on a whim while on our visit to little italy-- best slice of pizza i've possibly ever had. No indoor seating, just order and go out but there were a few benches out front and that was all we needed. Did i mention this was possibly the best slice of pizza? The sauce was phenomenal, crispy crust and the cheese was delicious. I'm drooling just thinking of this slice pictured!

Dare I say - this pizza is BETTER than Joe's!! I came on a whim, as I was in the area and wanted a slice. I ordered a slice of their Hot Sopressata with Ricotta Cheese and I waited ~2 min for it to be PERFECTLY re-toasted - cheese pull + pizza remained in-tact! There are ample shakers to top your slice off, like garlic powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, and hot honey. Only thing they didn't have was Parmesan powder, but the staff happily grated FRESH Parmesan on my slice upon request! There's a couple of tables for outdoor seating, which was nice to enjoy my slice and people watch. Would definitely return to try their other slices!

This pizza is high quality. I had a plain slizzy and it was fluffy dough, great cheese, really good sauce these folks understand the assignment. I had to wait for a pie to come out though 15 mins so I chatted it up with a New Zealander and the cashier was very polite. I will definitely come back here and try to put hot honey on it? lol I saw it on the counter. But hey we live in the future right?

The arancini was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy inside, and served with a rich, delicious sauce that tied it all together. We ended on the tiramisu, which was absolutely worth saving room. It was light, flavorful, and a perfect finish to the meal. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful--especially notable for New York--and it made the whole evening feel relaxed and welcoming. A small heads-up: it's a bit tricky to find, so give yourself extra time. That said, the hidden, underground subway setting is part of the charm and makes the whole experience feel unique. I'd love to see more restaurants creatively use these kinds of spaces in the future.

To start with the good: the arancini were perfectly passable, and the Sicilian pie was enjoyed by all. I would describe it as more of a Detroit style actually, with a super crispy crust and nice textural contrast. On the other hand, we did not enjoy the seasonal vegetable pie or the nepo pie. I generally really like this sort of no-cheese, umami-heavy pizza, but the nepo was so salty! I'm not sure what specific ingredient was missing, but missing it was. My hopes for a recreation of the rossa pie I enjoyed at Farina prior to their closure were dashed. As for the vegetable pie, the vegetables tasted like the frozen veggies one might find in what was once marketed as a "TV dinner". It was a shame, since the sauce of the white pie was otherwise pretty good.

RIGHT BY THE DOOR. Do people not realize that putting a bar near a door on a freezing cold night benefits no one? Good thing I did not order alcohol or I would have froze to death. Seriously, none of the pies stood out in grand memory. All I can think of is, well, nothing. Nothing positive anyway. The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. Part of the problem I feel is they are trying to go for a vibe that has a New York and modern feel. It does not work. Stay true to one or the other. Or at least look at other business models. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. Rather than take the pizza out, I suggest you throw it out. Overall pizza rating: 1.7/5

The first thing you notice is the main bar wall, with its exposed centuries-old brick that has survived every bit of chaos this city could throw at it. It's subtly backlit from with a warm, amber glow that highlights every single historic groove and imperfection, making the whole room look like it's breathing. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble. There are no strobe lights and no obnoxious, skull-rattling bass in this joint. Instead, the room is wrapped in a blanket of incredibly chill music that matches the pulse of the room perfectly. It's just loud enough to drown out the noise in your own head, but quiet enough that you don't have to scream over the smooth white counter to be heard. People aren't here to be seen on TikTok; they're here to disappear for an hour or three. You slide into a chair, order a proper Old Fashioned from a bartender who doesn't rush the pour, and watch the ice melt against the amber-lit brick. It's the ultimate underground exhale--a perfect, narrow slice of peace in a city that never shuts up. Cheers!
