Kiosk ordering is right at the entrance, I could see this being an issue during rush hours since it doesn't really give room for ppl to wait indoors to order at the kiosk. However, they do have several registers available as well. If you kiosk order you can enter your mobile number while you go find a table. Once your order is ready you will get a text promptly. I got a mango passion fruit green tea and the signature ice grass jelly. The mango passion fruit green tea is ok. The mango flavor is a bit too strong so you don't taste much of the passion fruit, but I am very happy that it comes with passion fruit seeds. The signature grass jelly is ok. There is icy grass jelly on the bottom. It comes with the taro and sweet potato balls. I didn't add any toppings because it was going to be a bit too pricey, but there are lots of toppings options available. If you want to eat inside, the area is pretty large with lots of seating. Parking can be found on the Emerson side right next to Ralph's. It is also right next to holidays inn. I will definitely be back! read more

They did not have any of the seasonal desserts unfortunately but they still have a great selection of desserts. Meet Fresh is refreshing a perfect for the summer! It's had an amazing combination of unique flavors and textures! The coconut jelly on the shaved ice was super flavorful and my second favorite topping, first being the Taro balls or Q Mochi!!! I was so excited to try out this place since it was recommended by many people who live or visit the area. At first glance, the place is bright and very welcoming. The first time I tried to order they would not accept cash which I thou was unusual but it didn't turn me away from coming back. When I came back the next time, I ordered a regular soft tofu and a mango berry shaved ice and a box of ming bean cakes. The order came out to $33 so it was very very expensive for teeny tiny portions. I would not have minded it if it tasted good and made correctly. For one, the tofu pudding was cold when I ordered hot. They also didn't fill it up all the way. I only got 1/2 a cup and the rest was brow liquid. I said liquid because there was not mush sweetening in it. That was he worst tofu pudding I ever had in my entire life. I had to microwave it to make it edible. The shaved ice was even worse. The ice cream was melted on top and a hard ice on the bottom. Not edible. And don't bother with the mung bean cakes. It's all looks. It taste like mush. It's my first and last time here. I asked one of the workers Jeremiah if he can get me a plate because it was spilling and I really wanted to get through that ice, he apologized and said he wasn't able to give me no plate and offered another cup bowl. I got some napkins and Jeremiah said "I can give you that plate if you want"cause he saw me struggling trying to get through the ice. I said "no thank you this is really hard to get through the ice" when another worker there named Jeffrey said. " well it's your fault. You're the one that ordered to go." They had about 5 people working from what I saw. It took them over 20 mins to complete my order... They have that screen that shows your To-go order, in house, or mobile order. I noticed that my order took awhile even though it was ordered in store for to-go. They were completing mobile orders faster than in-person. I'm not super sure how it is but normally at the other location, they tend to complete the in store orders first then work on the mobile orders. Some items on the menu are seasonal and may not be available. We had tried the taro mochi shaved ice like most of the other items you can control how much sugar and we opted for 1/3 the regular sugar, and it was still very sweet. One medium one can serve two people. It was very tasty. The ambience is lively, kind of noisy with a moderate amount of people tonight. It's very hard to have a one on one conversation unless you like this type of atmosphere. The workers seemed very busy and did not have much time for chitchat or hospitality. Food: One of the best Taiwanese dessert spots in CA. Any of the desserts containing boba, mochi, or taro balls are excellent. Egg waffles are great. Their shaved ice is also really good, but better to eat it on-site as opposed to ordering it to go because they use different ice. The shaved ice when you eat it there is fluffy and soft, similar to the shaved ice you get in Hawaii. if you order it to go, they use ice that's hella frozen and hard/chunky so it doesn't melt in transit. Just not the same. Service: Moderately paced service but stingy with their utensils. We were in the first in line and it took about 20 minutes for 7 desserts. But apparently the spoons here are made of gold and unicorn tears. Asking for extra spoons felt like a UN negotiation. Same with the to-go containers. Next time I will bring my own spoons. read more
