This is a hole in the wall establishment. You order at the counter and you get a number then your food is delivered to your seat if you can find one. This place gets busy fast. It's pretty small so plan on taking your food to-go just in case. My next first I'm going to try the quesadilla! It looked so good and cheesy! My food was so so delicious! To the point Ii wanted to eat it again the next day. I will admit I've only had a few burria tacos but this is by far the best! Their website charges a $1.75 convenience fee just to order, and I live 10 minutes away, so I decided to order in the store. 3 Queso Tacos, with tax and tip, came out to $18.76. The cashier told me it would take 15-20 minutes to complete the order. About 40 minutes later, I see four employees standing at the counter talking to each other, so I ask how much longer it will take to complete my order. My only complaint is the salsas of Michi's. This place has really grown on me and I'm stopping by at least twice a week. They have really good birria tacos; however, the salsas are not my favorite. The main salsa they provide, tastes like a raw onion and the others are beyond hot that you can't even enjoy the flavors they're supposed to add. Please, for the love of God provide a regular green and red salsa. No need for gourmet salsas or reduce the heat. I have been here 30 minutes and still have not gotten my order of 3 tacos. I am not exaggerating the time because I looked at the time on my receipt. There are literally 3 tables in here. I asked for a refund because I needed to go to work and couldn't wait any longer. The cashier went to the kitchen and I see the kitchen make my order. She then asked me to wait a minute. 2 minutes later she says your foods ready, you can have your food or have a refund. So I waited 30 minutes for 3 tacos and they could've made it in 2 minutes? Disappointed by the customer service. We're regular customers through DoorDash and decided to stop in today. Unfortunately, the in-person experience was disappointing. The girl with the braids seemed visibly uninterested and appeared inconvenienced while taking our order. The young man working also gave off the impression that he was too good to assist us. When I walked up to the counter they said they would check on my order and I simply just asked for a refund at that point. On the menu it said " Big Taco's" we ordered 2 of them and when it arrived we only received 2 tacos, it say "Tacos" so obviously that mean there is multiple Tacos but it was only 1 taco its ridicules. The staff let us know that the kitchen was backed up. They gave us chips and salsa and checked up on us multiple times to make sure we had enough chips and everything -- excellent service. However, the service was extremely slow (we were there today at 2:30 p.m.). They were extremely busy, almost a bit chaotic.
