He told me one of his favorite places so my wife and I called and see if they had certain tacos on the taco Tuesday so I spoke to Orlando, which is the manager we got there. We said hi to Orlando and server's name for Jackie very kind very friendly. She helped us to place an order. The more of the story is I ordered the fish taco and the shrimp taco my wife had El Pastor and Carnitas just want you guys to know. We're very happy with the service extremely happy with the food my favorite was a Carnitas. Hopefully I've never had in any taco place I have ever went to. It's pretty small so plan on taking your food to-go just in case. My next first I'm going to try the quesadilla! It looked so good and cheesy! My food was so so delicious! To the point Ii wanted to eat it again the next day. I will admit I've only had a few burria tacos but this is by far the best! Don't waste your time for subpar food, take the extra drive for better food up, the taco trucks on 74, or there's an authentic Oaxacan spot called Mercadito Domingo de plaza. The cashier told me it would take 15-20 minutes to complete the order. About 40 minutes later, I see four employees standing at the counter talking to each other, so I ask how much longer it will take to complete my order. Goods & Bads: absolutely one of the best taco shops in socal, but my only issue ever is their inability to get ordered correct. The young ladies they have working the cashiers are nice and kind, but rarely get orders correct when we go. I never write yelp reviews but after 3 trips to Michi's and them getting my order incorrect all 3 times only for me to find out once I got all the way home, has become a big turn off. Outside of that, their food is great, just hopefully you get what you told them you want. A manager is needed there for quality control and supervision. read more

My only complaint is the salsas of Michi's. This place has really grown on me and I'm stopping by at least twice a week. They have really good birria tacos; however, the salsas are not my favorite. The main salsa they provide, tastes like a raw onion and the others are beyond hot that you can't even enjoy the flavors they're supposed to add. Please, for the love of God provide a regular green and red salsa. No need for gourmet salsas or reduce the heat. Tacos are filled up-I needed a fork. I got the Carne Asada and lengua. A pineapple and lemon margarita with the chili around the brim. Which is actually really nice it's a raspberry sauce with the seasoning. Were good but I would say the drinks here or what's going to bring you back along with the music and vibe. Did you get the chips and salsa the red salsa pretty good chips are OK. The green salsa is more spicy less flavor- probably something to put onto the taco not so much on the chips. Something that is very very notable is the customer service! I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have good customer service and I have noticed everybody at this location was on point! With multiple locations of this mouth watering delicacy this happens to be my favorite. Partially due to the food and all the flavor it brings to the tacos, burritos, nacho fries, and the birria ramen but most importantly the hospitality, friendliness and thoughtful staff with Vanessa shining on our most recent visit. Vanessa shared a new item (that happens to be a favorite of mine) of fish taco's. The fish is beer battered to perfection and topped with a flavorful slaw put into a hand made corn tortilla which sends the flavor meter into outer space! The staff let us know that the kitchen was backed up. They gave us chips and salsa and checked up on us multiple times to make sure we had enough chips and everything -- excellent service.
