My favorite poke place to go when I'm craving for poke bowl. The bowl is small but it's stuff. The fish is fresh and the seasoning is really good. The only concern is there's a staff member, he is white with lots of tattoo, he tended to under filled the bowl. It's not big of a deal but it would be nice if I get what I paid for. read more

My boyfriend & I stopped here for the first time just today. We're poke bowl fanatics and had to try this place as soon as we saw it. The staff is incredibly friendly, approachable, and even funny. I enjoyed their service (the best I've had in a while). As far as the poke, it was bomb. It didn't deviate too far from what a poke should taste like. It stays traditional but their menu and the option to choose freely of your choices really allows room to customize your poke. They make great recommendations too if you don't know where to start. My family checked out Poke Mix late on a Friday night a few weeks ago and felt like it was a solid experience. The poke was a good bowl with fresh tasting fish and some nice options for mix-ins (i.e. crispy onions are a nice touch). They ran out of white rice right before we got there and barely had enough brown rice to make a bowl and I would have liked a little more sauce, but I chalk it up to the fact that they had just started up. With that said, the staff was very apologetic and helpful with fielding our questions (they threw in a little extra protein as well!)....good customer service goes a long way in my book! Poke Mix hits the spot if you're wanting poke and are stuck on the eastside. Definitely planning to go back next time we're in the area to try out the different options! read more

My family loved it! I grabbed a couple different bowls on the way home from an appointment in Bellevue - one on rice, the other on salad. Fresh ingredients, tasty sauces and a great selection of add ons. Parking was easy on the south end of the mall by the Cheesecake Factory (Poke Mix is in the little courtyard outside of the CF) - just ran over, grabbed dinner and was on my way. SO GOOD! I got the regular bowl which allows you to choose 2 poke fish (is that what you call it?) - anyhoo, got the tuna and salmon which were both fresh. The best part is all the toppings that come with it. It's a pretty large serve which justifies the $12 price tag. The only downside is that there is no indoor seating - it's basically a foodcourt style place outside of the mall so there is only outdoor seating, which isn't ideal during wintertime. We ended up taking it away and eating it at the Lodge after seeing another Yelper's tip, which is totally fine though maybe not the most romantic setting looking at the parking lot. Great poke! Difficult to find the first time and the (253} # listed here is a bad listing...so couldn't get an actual person to answer the call. Decided to try 'cuz of the great reviews here already... A little weird place that they are situated, in that there's really no place to eat there except for outside on a couple of iron tables with uncomfortable of chairs, (it was cold out) Should be really listed as take out only... Friendly staff and i had 3 proteins, salmon tuna and one more, on brown rice with many toppings and mused 2 types of sauce; one sweet and the other advert with a kick! Although this review lacks some features and details i am not recalling now, sometime later, i must recommend this place! Fresh fish and all other ingredients... Can't wait to bring my bf... Marking down 1 star cuz of the inconvenient locational and no place to sit... So good read more

Flow in for work 1 day trip and discovered this place. My boss in front of me got the last of the spicy tuna (cry), MIX Poke Bar is a tiny joint, but their sauce is super yummy, I found myself wanting to lick the bottom of the bowl. The Tako is cook perfectly, not too chewy it have a bit of a crunch to the skin. Will come back next time I'm in Seattle! read more

I'm genuinely confused how this place has 4 stars. The price is far too high and the bowl size ridiculously small -- it felt like I was eating a kid's meal. The amount of fish provided can be gobbled up quickly. It's a tiny location, which means they have a limited selection of toppings compared with other poke spots that are full-sized restaurants. The crab salad tasted like a ball of mayo. The shoyu sauce was incredibly salty and had a deep flavor that weighed down the bowl, whereas good poke bowls taste light and fresh. There are far better options for poke in downtown Bellevue that offer larger portions, greater variety of toppings, better flavor, and lower prices. read more

I've become wary of chain poke restaurants these days and with good reason, to which I'm about to point out. Pretty much from the moment I had to walk through hades (aka Macy's) to get to this place I knew it would be a rip off. $15 bucks gets you what they call a large, but it was the size of a small dinner plate. Want extra toppings or that extra baby scoop, it's an extra buck. One other thing I noticed is that the salmon wasn't totally raw. Rather seared? You could tell that the bottom had been cooked. Nestled in the courtyard between Red Robin & The Cheesecake Factory lies a delicious poke restaurant. Similar to Taco Del Mar or Subway, you order your bowl exactly how you want it with generous portions. I was even able to get a can of POG, which will forever remind me of my time in Hawaii. I tried this Poke place with a couple friends from Hawaii how are very much Poke connoisseurs. They Poke was a bit salty so purchase a beverage while you are there. They ran out of the white rice at dinner time on a Sunday so we had brown rice which is more dry and gritty; we prefer white rice with Poke. I had the shrimp which met expectations. My friends prefers their Seattle Poke spots which provided more Poke and was less expensive. The best part of this place is the location at the entrance of the mall. read more

This flavorful concoction of raw fish can be served in dozens of different ways with dozens of ingredients. Spotted this place a couple weeks ago and made a point to stop by this evening. I got the large, which is 3 scoops protein, so I got a mix of salmon and shrimp. There are 3, maybe 4 sauces to chose from and you can combine sauce. I went with the spicy mayo + miso sauce and then added a TON of toppings like furikake, masago, and crab salad. It was SO GOOD. Plus, the folks behind the counter, Kevin and Mary, were super-friendly, happy to give suggestions/answer my silly questions, and seemed just all-around awesome people. The one criticism I might levy is that this poke is a bit pricier than one might expect. $12 for a regular, $14 for a large. That said, it's not terribly out of line with the cost o decent food in downtown Bellevue, so... Yay! Will be back! Get your poke on! read more

This is my first foray into the world of Poke (if I'd have heard that word before I'd always have thought of Pikachu) and I was pleasantly surprised. The description that came to mind was "Japanese Chipotle" and it is perfectly appropriate; with the caveat that this place has better quality food. The "regular" bowl with rice was pretty filling while being nutritious and healthy. I tried the spicy tuna, salmon and shrimp on separate occasions and all were pretty good. The line can get long during lunch hours so your best bet is to go there a bit early and enjoy the weather outside (hopefully). read more
