Just took my car in for some issues with the display screen and a couple other issues. It was determined to be batteries that needed to be changed as well as updates. I wanted an estimate of the total costs before proceeding because it wouldn't be too hard for us to change the batteries ourselves. But we would still have to take the car back for the updates. So we needed to see if it was worth doing it ourselves. Never, have I had such a hard time getting an estimate that broke down each costs. I asked multiple times over the phone and via email. I've attached a screenshot of the last email. Even spoke to a supervisor because I wasn't receiving the full estimate. I asked for, "an estimate for the total costs. Each charge itemized." Over the phone. If you've ever taken a car to the dealer, you pay a diagnostic fee per issue they look into. That will go towards the repairs IF you have them done at the dealership. Now, I thought I had already paid those, which should have been clear from the email and the multiple times I mentioned it. Not once did anyone correct me. I also had forgotten that I agreed to the brake fluid being changed, so that was an additional charge that would be part of the total. Not once did anyone mention that as I asked for my TOTAL CHARGES. I was quoted a little over 1300 each time and the only things noted were the two batteries and labor. I gave up on getting the full itemized estimate (at the time I thought the only thing missing was the charge for the updates and deduction for the diagnostic fees) and agreed to have the work done. Honestly, just kind of gave up as it has been a week without my car. Dealership is about 30mins from us. We go to pick up my car and the total is 1600+. We ask where the additional $300 came from. It's the brake fluid that I forgot about and a 3% charge to use a credit card that came out to about $50. I asked why the brake fluid wasn't part of my estimate. Rather than apologize, the supervisor argued that I had asked for an estimate of the work being done. And the fluid had already been changed. Not once did I ask for an estimate on only the work that hadn't been done. Each and every time I asked for an estimate on the total costs. It was ridiculous that a supervisor wouldn't just say sorry, I misunderstood. Any other mechanic or dealership I've gone to has always provided a break down of the TOTAL. And that 3% charge is something that should be mentioned over the phone so you can bring an alternative payment option if you have one. Just really poor communication and very poor customer skills from the supervisor. I wasn't arguing price, I wasn't arguing that I had already approved the break fluid. I just wanted a breakdown of the total costs. We've come to this location a few times for multiple cars and will definitely not be returning. Even the poor gentleman who was assisting us to make the payment seemed off put by what we hadn't been told and the supervisors answer when I asked why the $300 wasn't part of the total charges when I asked for it. read more

On February 1st 2026, we purchased a Ram 5500 from this dealership for our company. Initially, the process was smooth. I specified we needed a weight sticker for the truck's registration, and the finance department assured me it would be handled. Two months passed, and we didn't receive our plates. When I called the DMV, they confirmed the fees for the weight sticker hadn't been paid, putting the registration on hold. The DMV said only the dealership could resolve it. When I followed up, the dealership blamed me for the missing fees--even though they had agreed to handle everything. I paid the fee myself on April 30th directly to the dealership. Yet by late May, no plates. After another call, they admitted the plates were sitting at the dealership for over a month with no attempt to notify me. What made this experience worse was the dismissive, condescending attitude of one finance employee. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they laughed and blamed me, even after I'd been waiting months to legally operate my truck. Service Department review- I purchased a vehicle for my back in the end of October 2025. A week later (early November 2025) I went back to address MFG defects that I had found throughout the vehicle. The Service Advisor Cesar (who no longer works there) at the time "Documented" my concerns I addressed. Rick told him to him how to handle this situation. He was supposed to submit documents to MFG to get things approved to repair. Holidays go by which I gave a little slack on which I should have never did. Since I hadn't heard anything thing. I followed up January 2026 only to find out that (I wasted my time) the Service advisor never submitted documents and no longer works there. So I returned early February with an appointment and made my point clear with Christian and Rick. So, back to step one they "Documented" and submitted my issues to MFG. I followed up 2 weeks ago and have been told there's still no response. The paint defect is 1 of 5 issues that I brought to their attention is delaying them from applying the paint protector. This situation is frustrating and I am really looking to seek professional help. I owned a Nissan Pathfinder for 5 years and the Service department never let me down and was A1 service. I regret not giving Nissan another chance to put my family in a new vehicle. I have had a Dodge prior to my Nissan as well. read more

I would highly recommend not coming to this dealership. I went here to have some wiring replaced. The truck is a ram 1500 2024 with 14k miles that I keep in great shape no tears or scratches especially on the inside. This truck is my baby, a pavement princess. In doing this they had to remove a good majority of the interior and dash inside the truck. Which is no problem because I went to the dealership hoping they would do a great job. I originally thought about going to another mechanic but this truck is my baby so I opted to go to the dealership in hopes they would do it better then other places, well I was completely wrong. When I went to pick up the truck after them having it for a month fixing it, I saw the dash was extremely scratched (like if you took a screwdriver and just dug into it), the center console broken and scratched the same, interior torn, scratches on the dash and arm handles that help you get into the truck so deep they couldnt be buffed out. I also saw broken parts an my heavy duty weather mats completely broken, how does that happen, Idk, maybe lack of care in working on my truck. So I asked the service manager who quit recently justin why would you give me my truck back in this condition he stated I didnt know I apologize so they went to fix their mistakes, another month without the truck. Well when I went to go pick it up after the repairs I saw again deep scratches in the dash and glove box, I asked him again what is going on with this it needs to be fixed an I do not appreciate this, again he said it will get fixed. A few weeks later I was out of town an my wife went to go pick it up, well we thought it was fixed but when she finally drove it off the lot the truck sounded as if it had a turbo an the steering was making a squeaking and squealing noise that was loud and frightening to her. She brought it back and she was told I think the truck is safe to drive and should be ok, it is better to have a truck then no truck. So her not being a mechanic an the service person not being one as well let my wife drive the truck not knowing if it was safe or not. When I got home to drive the truck I was enraged, how dare they let my truck leave the lot not knowing if it is safe an allowing my wife to leave with it. So when I brought it back, I was told the same thing. So I had them drive with me in it and they stated that they will fix it. So I had them fix it again as well as the scratches that I found in the interior they just replaced. i stated I want to talk to a manager an was told they are not in so I said I want them to contact me. At no point was I ever contacted with a apology or anything. After three months of it being there I finally picked it up and again I saw scratches in my interior and was completely shocked. So I asked the new service individual because the previous one quit that day whats going on how long will this take, he had no answer for me. Saddened in my trucks condition I chose to take it as is and love it, the only thing offered for their inability to fix their mistakes by not being mechanically competent was a few free services nothing else and not even an apology. I truly hope others do not come here for services because you might run into the same thing I did, and if you need to go to moss for a vehicle go to san bernardino location, but not this one. They completely disrespected me an my time, my wifes safety and my truck that I purchased through their sister company in san bernardino. What an epic waste of time with salespeople who are directed by their managers to lie to potential buyers just to get them to come into the dealership hoping they will agree to purchase a car that is way out of their price range and hundreds of dollars over their budget. And when its actually time to try and do a deal they send in one manager to try and break you down and then say my internet price is the absolute best that i can do. They have been holding my son in law hostage for the past 2hrs with his phone dead. A day after signing for his new car he signed for, they called and said his payment had changed to over $100 more than what the deal was done for. My son in law said no and I just want my car back. I had scheduled an appointment for today Saturday to have my recall fixed and to have my steering column fix that was told to me last Sept. 2025 was covered by warranty. He told me the battery recall wouldn't probably get fixed until Tuesday. For some reason the worker Alex didn't document the warranty information in the system and was saying he needed to call the warranty about the sterling column to see if it was covered. (Mind you he already did all of the warranty calling about the steering column back in Sept.) He then proceeded to tell me that my car wouldn't even get fixed until possibly Tuesday. As he is off Monday and wouldn't know anything until his return Tuesday. Leaving my car untouched for 4 days and maybe longer. I asked for my car back. I am beyond angry at this dealership. Everytime we take our cars there they keep the car for a few days. We thought it was no big deal a year ago and figured they were short staffed. We towed our car there on Tuesday morning and am still waiting for them to see what is wrong with it, literally a week later (today is Tuesday). The worst part is the dealership does not offer courtesy vehicles if they are going to keep the car for more than 2 days. They act like taking this long is normal, yet they offer same day service (yeah right). I never had a problem with the services at my BMW dealership. Visited this dealership the other day as a repeat Moss Bros customer. Was highly disappointed with the way my Jeep branded vehicle was valued as a trade in. The sales manager simply placed a phone call to their Used Car Specialist. Without coming out to inspect the vehicle, I was given a completely lowballed estimate on my trade in. The vehicle is a 2017 Jeep Cherokee with 110k miles on it. I was told that the vehicle is pretty much worthless and they could only send it to the auction to try and recover the value they would give me. Now, in retrospect, I was attempting to purchase another Jeep from this Jeep dealership. If you are going to tell me that a vehicle brand that you represent will be worthless after 7 years 110k miles........then there is probably no reason for me to buy another one. Either have more respect for the Jeep Brand you represent, or be honest with customers telling them that after 100k miles......your vehicle will lose all its value. read more
