So sad to see the decline of one of former favorite restaurants. Oregano's chain has been declining for a few years and we've decide it's time to find a new Italian restaurant. When it's working well, don't change it! The kick butt cheese bread used to be top notch. What is with these small wedges of mediocre cheese bread? And the marinara is now so chunky it's no longer a sauce. The Italian sausage used to be a little spicy Italian sausage, but now bland and tasteless; Johnsonville makes a better sausage. Stopped in for dinner on Saturday night. Used Yelp for "call ahead seating" - worked well. While waiting a couple of bar spots opened up. We ordered The Antipasto Thing (salad) and a pizza. Oregano's is one of the best chains around. If you haven't been in for their lunch specials you are missing out. Many of their most popular dishes are on the lunch menu in smaller portion, and when I say smaller I do not mean small! They have large portions of tasty combinations. There mid day rush specials are priced great, too! Where can you get full at lunch for under $10?!! I am at one of their locations almost weekly and enjoy many things on the menu. I'd be curious to see how Oreganos numbers are doing. This place is usually pretty dead and used to be packed. They have no happy hour or anything they are known for to bring people in... the Bellini used to be the go to which would bring in a ton of people who would also eat... but they are charging $11 for those now. So I visited this location the other day for an appetizer and was extremely satisfied with my experience, so let's talk about that. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by multiple staff members and seated immediately, as if they knew I was coming--"good afternoon my Liege, right this way", so that's what it felt like. After I was seated, my waitress approached the table looking like she came straight out of a photo shoot for Victoria Secret. She introduced herself as Maria, but as her lips continued to move, the song "Pretty Woman" playing in my head masked everything she was saying. When I came back to reality from being love struck, I ordered the meatballs and garlic bread in a very passive, soft, beta of a male voice. I'm no Richard Gere. My food came out shortly after and of course, it was amazing. Although, what was evening better, was the amount of times Maria came to my table to see if I need anything else. Easily the best service I've ever had. All that being said, I could continue to go on about my experience, but I gotta get back to work so I can afford going back to this establishment. read more

Cute place. Waited 1 hour for a table. Had a few drinks while waiting, was offered pizza during the wait. The server was very frIendly and quick. She obviously likes her job. I have to say...it's been over 15 years since I've been to Oregano's. And it was so much better than I even remembered. Huge portions. They warn you about that at the beginning. I had the Oregano's Favorite salad - very good! Had to finish with the Pazooki. But beyond that - the atmosphere was perfect - open and lively - and the service was exceptional. Gia was our server and she made great suggestions, checked on us regularly, and was extremely pleasant. It won't be another 15 years before I come back. read more

Just received my order delivered through Door Dash. Delivery service was great! However my order was incorrect. The $10 Vino Bambino salad was missing the chicken (main ingredient) and had very little toppings. Not nearly enough for the price they charge!! Then the Zany Ziti is described as ziti with meat sauce and baked with cheese. There is no meat sauce. Just a little marinara with huge slices of Italian sausage. No where is the description is sliced Italian sausage listed. This entire order was a waste! The only thing I can enjoy is the diet soda. This review is not directed towards Door Dash. My husband had been wanting to try this pizza and I, not being a fan of pizza or carb laden foods wasn't so eager but we finally made it here. I can't explain the disappointment when he was told pizza always takes an hour to get once it's ordered. Had we known in advance it may not have been so bad but he was hungry and had no intention of waiting an hour to eat. I ordered the meatballs and I believe the menu said something like "Huge Meatballs" . I didn't find that to be the case and they were just okay, nothing special, just meatballs. The garlic bread was absolutely amazing, soft but crunchy and oh so cheesey. Service wasnt lacking at all. Rey was helpful and attentive. We may give this another shot so he can try out the pizza. read more

Pros: The food was delicious! From the House salad, Garlic cheesy bread, several different pasta dishes, and even the kids Mac n cheese. The portions are HUGE! (even the salad) serves 2-3 EASY. The atmosphere and music was awesome. They offer "dough" for kids to play with- which was a nice surprise (compared to crayons and coloring page like many other restaurants usually offer) Cons: When first being seated - party of 6 (wasn't busy) we were seated in a both meant for 4. My husband and I go to Oregano's all the time and the wait to get seated here along with the wait to get our semi-warm food was just not worth it. Our waiter was really nice and really good, but our food came out in a weird order and our son was done eating before we even got our pizza. Do NOT go here. Me and my friends came here Thursday night and we ALL woke up sick the next morning. Horrible vomiting, fever and headache. Had to miss a day of work on Friday. This place is a joke...if you don't value your time then come here and wait 2 hours for food that is just ok...I tell myself every time not to come here and once I'm here I remember why...so I called in an order and they said 30-45 min well it has now been over an hour and still no food...the hostess said "we're waiting on one item"...we'll I ordered 2 items one was a pizza and the other was a plain penne pasta WTF?!!!
