We just had the longest drive. And such a long day. It was awesome to land at Panini Kabob Grill! The food was fresh and amazing! Carlos really helped us through the menu, pick out wine, make sure we were comfortable and stoked! He was awesome! We are definitely coming back here!

My wife and I came for dinner after a nightly walk in the area before heading home. We've been here before as it's on the top outdoor area of the mall but went in thru the mall as evidently the outside area was flooded due to heavy rains. We split a salmon wrap and panini and it was good. Carlos was a good server as we need things like dairy free and more not necessarily on the menu. All in all a really good place to eat while at the mall.

Located inside the Burbank mall this Panini is always a hit. The service is quick and the staff is very patient and kind. One of my favorite things to order is the lentil soup. The two skewers is also a must and perfect for sharing. When the weather is nice I love sitting out on their outdoor patio.

Tried to eat here with family right now and they were rude with our party. I spoke to the female manager with a black shirt on behind the counter and she said it was a misunderstanding but when 3 of my family members say they were treated rudely by a female employee with glasses. We weren't being rude or impatient so this is very disappointing. I canceled our table.

For the record I am a fan of Panini Kabob Grill, and most locations are really efficient and well operated, but this one in the Burbank Town Center was exceptionally awful. My boyfriend and I got here around 8pm and the restaurant looked really empty. Staff said it would take 15-20 minute. I figured it was to set up the table. However we waited for 40-45 minute and still had not gotten a text from them so we walked back to check on our table... since 9pm is the closing time. They said our table was ready and seated us in the back at a small table. When things are closing down and the restaurant is empty, I don't see why they couldn't seat us at a more comfortable table. I would have ordered more if I had space. We had to waiveeeee someone down to order. And I had to keep reminding them for the water we asked for. The front of house staff was really lacking. My boyfriend had the Beef Koobideh Kabob with 2 Skewers ($19.99) and I ordered a Salmon Brie Panini ($16.99) with the chicken soup as my side. Wait for it... ... ... ... .. .. .. wait longer.. .. .. The food finally arrives and I bite into my panini... BLAND. Keep in mind I have been ordering their salmon brie panini for years at multiple location. I was expecting a delicious fatty salmon with balanced capers and red pnions and fresh dill. What is this so bland?? I opened up my panini and it was CHICKEN... Ummm the Chicken Panini ($14.99) is cheaper than the salmon I ordered. I had to waive staff down again. They checked the bill and apparently it was the waiter that put in the chicken panini... SMH. He asked if I wanted it remade but at that point it's super late, and I'm over it with these people so I said no thanks, but I didn't want to be charged for a more expensive item I didn't get. To be fair it was all front of house problems... my boyfriend really enjoyed his koobideh plate, so the back of house is fine here. We'll give credit where it's due. Between the waiting, poor service, wrong order... I'm definitely not coming back. Hard pass. I hope management improves the way they run things here. Their inefficiency led to their poor staff staying later than needed to wrap up.

First visit at this panini kabob location. Located inside the Mall. Plenty of parking at the structure across the street Food is consistent to panini , very good. Service was well represented. Definitely will continue as a patron.

When I have an incredible experience at a restaurant I write my review almost instantly. I will say that the food here is really good. My beef koobideh was perfect. It was tender and seasoned just right. Their rice is fluffy, the hummus delicious and of course pita is a must. Now the reason why it has taken me about 4 days to write this is speed of service isn't a strong suit here. So if you have plans after dinner then this isn't the place to go. We were largely unnoticed except for a few waters but had to flag someone down to get our orders taken. I can't say for sure that I won't go back and I can't say that I will.

What a great find! The food was really good, portions are seriously huge (you'll definitely have leftovers or enough to share), and the prices are super reasonable -- awesome value overall. The service was so friendly and welcoming too -- the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that the meals really should come with pita bread included; it would've taken it to the next level! Still, highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

Tucked on the 3rd floor of the Burbank Mall that's situated to the side of Downtown Burbank, it would be easy to miss this restaurant, and I have to say for a chain restaurant, it certainly can deliver some delicious Kaboba that wouldn't be out of place in your favorite family-run Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurant. The Flat Iron Steak Kabob that I ordered was juicy, tender, and very filling. There's just enough basmati rice was aromatic and delicious, and the Greek salad really balances everything together with very good vinaggraite dressing. This is an easy dish to recommend, and makes me want to come back to try their other dishes. The service was also great. Attentive and on time.

Although I don't like their beef lule kabob, I'm obsessed with their chicken shish kabob. Truly so tasty and filling, alongside the rice and charbroiled onions, tomatoes, and peppers. And the tzatziki is so so yummy. Dug right in I didn't even peak at the salad which was also a lovely bonus. Definitely will be coming again.

Got the Grass Fed Lamb Barg ($21), medium rare, with Strawberry Date Salad (+$2) and brown rice. I have to say at medium rare, the lamb was still on the drier side so I wasn't a huge fan. (Perhaps ordered incorrectly.) It didn't help that personally I enjoy more seasoning. (The other kabob meats were also lightly seasoned so not salty.) I do think that the food here in general is very healthy with that in consideration. Was happy to have upgraded the salad to the strawberry date version! It wasn't a combination that I've had before, and I thought it was pretty good! I think they may have used the same vegetables and sauce base for their Mediterranean salad and swapped it for different toppings. Brown rice was already enjoyable and slighty flavored. It took a while to put in our orders on a Friday night due to it being busy. Wish had been given drinks or water while waiting to order. However, the server was nice.

Food 4.3 Service 4.8 Ambiance 4.2 I've been enjoying the Panini Kabob Grill chain for a while now and have visited at least 4 different locations. This is my first time in the Burbank location, which is located inside the mall. My go-to meal is the chicken kabob plate and I got mine with rice and cesar salad. The portion was huge, a great value for the $17 price tag. The kabob was tasty, juicy, although I prefer for my kabob to be slightly more marinated and grilled onions and other veggies to be more well done . This time they were grilled a bit less. The kabob was still delicious and tender. I would dip it into cesar dressing as their cesar is just phenomenal. The service was good and efficient and the patio seating that I used was facing inside of the mall and was comfortable. Solid location and worth additional visits.

The lasagna is delicious, and the noodles melt in your mouth. I like it because it's not overly heavy like some other lasagnas. It comes with two piecea of garlic bread. During my last visit, one was a bit burnt on the edges. The pastrami sandwich is really tasty, and the bread is soft but still has a nice chew. It usually comes with marinated diced tomatoes, but I always ask for them on the side. If you dine in, the sandwich comes with two deli sides. On my last visit, I got the potato salad and marinated artichokes and both were great. The potato salad was creamy, and the artichokes were super flavorful. For dessert, I tried the tiramisu, and it was a bit underwhelming. It had a slightly gritty texture. Since it's imported from Italy, I had high expectations, but I'm guessing it's shipped frozen, which might be why it didn't taste fresh. I wouldn't order it again. They also sell Italian cookies and gelato. The cookies are good, especially the raspberry ones. The gelato is really refreshing. I recommend mixing mango and raspberry if you like something tart, or trying the tiramisu flavor if you want something sweeter. The restaurant was not super busy at the time so not sure why they were "rushing us". 2. The tiramisu... again this is not my first time at Uovo although it is the first time I visited the Studio City spot; there was something off with the Tiramisu to the point that my friend and I did not even finish the dessert.
