What a great new spot! The ambiance is point with its retro diner vibe - the walls decorated with vintage posters and old films projected on a screen...such a fun, nostalgic atmosphere. Burgers are fresh and good. Side of fries is generous. Buns are good. Shakes are excellent, at $10, they should be. Fancier than In N Out at twice the price. Do not order the Chicago dog, they got it wrong, and at $11 it's a ripoff. Homemade chili tastes like it's out of a can. 3.5 oz burger patties taste like top quality beef, small, but very tasty. Great place if you want a smaller burger that tastes great and is a little pricey. I'll be back. Not often though. read more

It's not often I do reviews, unless it was a terrible experience, just to warn others. It's not often that I give a 5-star rating, but Patty's Diner is deserving of it. My wife and I had lunch there today and we absolutely loved it. We both had smashed burgers; she had the fries and I had the onion rings. We also order 2 different side sauces. Every bit of it was awesome. Not just the food was great, the ambiance was perfect. It was a 50's diner with framed posters on the walls to match. It even had I Love Lucy projected onto the wall. As most things, not everything is 100% perfect, especially when they've only been open for 2 weeks. Although the employees were all very nice and friendly, the food service wasn't as quick as we're accustomed to. But we were not in any hurry and it was nice to be able to relax and talk. The time it took us to get our food did not bother us at all. I didn't time them, but it took between 10-15 minutes to be served. The diner was also busy at the time, so I can understand the delay. But the food came out hot and fresh tasting. We're definitely going back there. One other thing, the prices were so incredibly reasonable. When I saw the total, I thought they made a mistake. Patty's just opened in the neighborhood, and WOW!!! What an incredible addition. From the moment we walked in, the staff was beyond welcoming: friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to be there, which made the whole experience even better. Now the food was . We tried the SF Dog, Oklahoma Burger, and Chipotle Burger, and every single bite delivered. The burgers were juicy, packed with flavor, and clearly made with care. The SF Dog was loaded and delicious, and the chili cheese fries were absolute comfort food perfection. On top of that, the milkshakes were thick, creamy, and the perfect finish to the meal. It's so exciting to have a place like Patty's open nearby--great food, amazing staff, and a fun, welcoming vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. Forgot to take a picture before i started eating but the double smash burger was great! I added a fried egg, it's hard to make a smash burger juicy but they definitely did it. Side of garlic parmesan fries and my partner and i split a chocolate shake, i would come back even just for the shake! Everything was great. What a cute spot. Great local artwork and decor. We met one of the owners, Berry, who was very friendly and helpful. Since it was our first time here, we asked for a recommendation on what she recommended as their signature dish. We settled on their Oklahoma style smash burgers- one with cheese and one with mushrooms and cheese. Both were really excellent burgers. Fries were crispy and hot. We ordered ice teas, but during our short wait for our food, they brought us a complimentary Vanilla Milkshake to try. It was a really nice gesture and delicious. Went to Patty's opening weekend, I think it is a great addition to Broadway. The burgers were great, the fries were super crispy, and my daughter loved her milkshake. Really good smash burger (I had the mushroom), yummy chili fries, and I drank a Mexican Coca Cola. It was my first visit with a bunch of girlfriends. We wanted to get there on the early side 11:45 am to avoid the crowd since we a large party of 7. It's probably better to eat there with a smaller party 2-4 since we took up a good chunk of their tables for an hour during the lunch rush. A co-owner, Keith (I think that's what he said his name is), served us and we were quick to offer recommendations/additions (fried pickles) to the menu if it was something they were open to. He absolutely was open to listening. Cute decor, clean space, and a very good burger. Looking forward to trying some of the other burgers and shakes the next time I visit. read more
