I came in the 15 minutes they told me it would take for everything to be ready and I came on time unlike people I see on here that said their pizza was cold. Pizza is only cold if you come late. They delivered really fast. the backyard BBQ chicken pizza BBQ sauce they used is really good. Wasn't that fond of the dough and the toppings they use. But the pizza was baked evenly and fully. I ordered their garlic sauce and it's pretty good too. Overall, the fastest pizza delivery place I've ever had out of 3 pizza companies I've ordered from and really good sauce. Just work on the dough and toppings and I'll order more often. One thing I didn't like ordering from online is the fact they charged me an extra $3 for an "extra topping" that I didn't add in. It was my first time ordering it online and i ordered two large pizza with unlimited amount of topping for ten dollars which i would say its #worth. I input my address, name, phone number, and as i was scrolling down...i wanted to double check my order just in case cause that shit was like 25 dollars for two pizzas and 25 dollar is alot son. So i checked it and double checked it and i saw this little section that said that i can have a special message for the pizza maker like to cut the pizza in squares or something. So i said "Please write a funny joke." It was fun and all but when i got my pizza and tipped the guy, i opened up my pizza box hoping there would be a funny joke but there was nothing. The order was placed at 6:30, with a promised delivery of 7:15. At 8:30, when I called, due to hungry kids looking at me wondering why the food had not yet arrived, the people at the location were unreasonable and told be the order was cancelled without my knowledge. At that point, I expected the food to be delivered at no cost. However, this option was not offered. This was a blatant mistake by your team members and sending $18 would be the right thing to do. I've moved pretty far away so I don't come by here often but recently was in the area and felt like having some pizza. As I stepped in, I forgot her name but I was greeted by a girl with brown hair, she had a big smile and was so friendly. Location received minus a start , because I didn't get any utensils for the pasta, assumed it would be automatic. Napkins I didn't automatically get but did ask for those. This store is terrible. I call to order a special but the girl tells me it's only online. So, ok. I order online. The site tells me they can't complete my order and to call the store directly. I live down the street so it's the ONLY Pizza Hut that delivers to me in my area. I have never had a problem with Pizza Hut before . But this location is a different story! the worst customer service ever. the people who work here are very young and childish. As I read the reviews, I see a common thread here of rude service from the short girl that doesn't wear a name tag so no one knows her name. I waited at the counter for my order to be taken for 7mins (yes I watched the clock) as she literally ignored me, never acknowledged that I was there, and continued to walk past me even with my multiple attempts to try and get her attention.
