I was a repeat customer with PSS. The team overall was very efficient and professional. However, after a few visits, one associate, Paul, tried to sell me very expensive rack and pinion repairs my vehicle didn't even need. To this day, 40,000 miles later, my rack and pinion is still fully functional and never needed repairs. My shout out to Management for handling the situation to make sure that this doesn't happen again. I recently took my Corvette in for a 50,000 mile service. The crew at Placentia Super Service ran a series of bumper to bumper tests & visual inspections. Their service coordinator then went over each area of concern with me, sharing test results & photos of various parts that I should consider replacing due to wear. There was absolutely no pressure & I felt comfortable in making all decisions as to what work I wanted done, including the use of OEM parts.The work was completed in one day & the shop even provided me with a ride home, & picked me up at home for a ride back when the work was completed. The improvement in performance was immediately evident to me. The car actually seemed to run better than the day I purchased it new & drove it off the dealership lot. I can't say enough about the customer service staff & the quality of work performed by the mechanics at Placentia Super Service. The customer service reps are always courteous, professional & patient while answering any questions I might have and addressing any of my concerns. I reached out to Placentia Super Service due an oil change coming up and noticed that I had a small puddle of oil accumulating on the floor of my garage. Paul was extremely kind, quick to answer, and offered to see the car immediately for a great price (I always provide my own oil & filter as I'm typically picky with what goes in my Scatpack). I was able to come within the hour, got checked in, and am currently waiting on my car to be done. :) So far some great customer service & trust being built up with Placentia Super Service. The guys here are trained to be nice but they hit you hard with top prices and try to over sell you. I came in to fix the air conditioning system and a few other issues that I wasn't aware of . So yes, I believe I got quality service.
