Had lunch here today.. the restaurant is very open and inviting..plenty of space and tables. The server was attentive he took orders quickly and food was brought out pretty fast too. We both had the tonkatsu ramen and for appetizer I ordered the crab Rangoon. The crab Rangoon was great! It was filled filled with cream cheese and a little bit of crab. The wonton was the chewy texture I liked so that was wonderful. The tonkatsu ramen was just ok.. the broth was a bit on the bland side for me .. only good part of it was the eggs.. they were flavorful.

This was my first time trying this place and trying ramen . I walked in and was told to choose a seat . I sat down but the table was sticky & could definitely use a good wipe down . I ordered the grilled chicken ramen . I was here on my lunch break and the food came quickly. It was hot & fresh . The broth tasted really good and the vegetables made it pop . Wasn't a fan of the chicken & the bamboo tasted a bit off . Overall I think it hit the spot because I was feeling like I was coming down with a chill & this made me feel better .

Came to Ramen Q for dinner because my son was craving ramen. We've driven by many times and finally decided to try it. It was around 5 PM on a rainy day and not busy. The restaurant has a spacious seating area and appears to be self-seating and mostly self-serve. One young man seemed to be handling both the register and table service. I ordered the seafood ramen and chose no spice, but the broth was still very bland and lacked depth of flavor. My son ordered the miso ramen without bamboo shoots or mushrooms , and his portion seemed smaller than mine. We also ordered potstickers, which were extremely crispy and dark on the outside and tasted burnt. I only ate two. One positive was the free drink refills, which was appreciated. Once we finished eating, we waited for the check but eventually realized we had to go up to the counter to pay, which added to the self-serve feel. For almost $50, it didn't quite meet expectations, and based on this visit, I'm not sure I'd return.

Finally came in for lunch with a group of friends on a thursday. I live close by and seen THIS location changing to different resturants through out the years nothing ever exciting so i came in thinking it will be mediocore but i was wrong . We were the first to arrive and seated promptly and handed menus. There were different ramen and hawaiian plates and an assortment of appetizers all sounding Good . 3 of us got different ramens and my friend and her hubby shared a combo lunch plate which was more then enough Good portions. My friend who grew up in HI and very particular with Hi plates was very satisfied and they both finished everything. We also had the Shoyu ramen, seafood one and the chicken Good portions chewy noodles and broth very rich and Good flavor not salty which i like the only thing i would say i wish it was hotter temperatura wise it was warm if anything a Bowl of ramen is Best when its streaming in my opinion. Overall it was a Good lunch i would like to come back and try a plate lunch. Prices were very reasonable and they added an 18 percent gratituity we were a party of 5 i was ok with that

I came here with my wife and daughter for a late lunch, after grocery shopping nearby. Inside, the place looked really comfortable and nice! The storefronts on two sides made the place look really bright inside! The seating was comfortable and clean. Our server came to us with the menus and took our drink orders immediately. And he returned with our drinks not long after. We placed our orders, and it didn't take that long for our food to arrive. The three of us ordered ramen, and it was as great tasting as some of my ramen places around town! And the price was very reasonable for the amount of food they serve you! If you're in the area and want to feed your hunger pangs, this is the place to try!

My friend and I met up for dinner at Ramen Q. I wasn't very hungry so I just ordered an appetizer and my friend got the broccoli and beef. Both of the dishes were pretty good. The service was also very attentive and a very positive experience! The restaurant was also very clean.

I love how this restaurant is conveniently located right in front of a big gym. My friends and I were starving after working out. We decided to eat here because it is so close and the food looks pretty good. They have a lot of open tables available and we get to pick where we want to sit. The inside is cozy and clean. Service was great, food came out fast, and an employee checked up on us during our meal. I got the tonkotsu ramen with mild spice and it was so delicious! The broth was rich, flavorful, and served hot. The egg was jammy and well marinated. It also feels like they give slightly more noodles compared to other ramen restaurants and it is reasonably priced! The chicken katsu was so crispy and the sauce it came with was amazing. My friends and I will definitely start coming here more often for lunch after the gym because we enjoy the food!

We decided to go off the beaten path for a quick Valentine's day lunch. We've never tried ramen before and thought it was a fun idea. We picked Ramen Q because not only did they have ramen, they also had hawaiian barbecue, which we love. How could you go wrong? I think all if our appetizers were impressive! We've never had chicken karaage and I was shocked at how juicy and tender the chicken was! Crab rangoons were packed inside . It was our first time trying ramen, and I think we all agreed that we need to learn what we like and how to add more flavor, but ut was still good. The soft boiled eggs were really good . The BBQ mix ended up being my favorite out of everything.... the hawaiin beef was soooooooooooooo good!!!!! Service was quick and friendly, i wish I remembered the gentleman's name that waited on us. Great experience, we WILL BE BACK!!!

My family came around 8PM and we were able to be seated right away. The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual and cozy. We ordered the fry geso which is the closest thing to calamari and we loved it! Definitely would get again and I loved the spicy mayo sauce that came with it. I also got the tonkatsu ramen (mild spice) and it was the perfect amount of spice for me. The mild spice is actually spicier than we thought, so if you can't handle any spice at all, don't get it. I would love to come back here to try their Hawaiian BBQ plates!

First time here, came to eat with my Sisters for lunch, this place is a pretty good size restaurant, they had quite a few tables the interior was pretty nice, good atmosphere, good lighting. We were greeted by Tony he is great guy he asked if we were dining in or is it takeout we decided to eat inside, we ordered the pork lumpia so crispy and flavorful we all loved them, then we ordered the pork potstickers another great one, we ordered the chicken katsu it was crispy and tender it was a great choice, each of us ladies ordered their ramen so delicious and flavorful, noodles were cooked perfectly, loved the service, the food, the ambiance and the wonderful server Tony and hats of to the cooks so recommend this place!!!!

Food: I was disappointed in the ramen but thats probably because I got mild instead of no spice. All I could taste in the broth was spice :( . However, the chicken katsu itself was good! The sauce that came with it was alright. Service/Ambiance: Server was nice and fast! He got the bill to us right and to go boxes! The food also came out really fast! Very casual atmosphere.

The food is very salty. The edamame beans were especially salty. They tasted as thought they were drenched in salt water. The best thing here is their rice. The white rice wasn't overly salty like some of the other food items. Their tempura is nice too. There's a nice ambiance to the place with the seating and the large screen by the register. The service is average speed considering they make the food as it's ordered. If you're getting food to-go, it may take 20 minutes depending on what you order.

First time here and it was a pleasant experience. The interior of the restaurant is nice and cozy. Tables are clean and organized. The Tonkotsu ramen was quite good. The broth was nice and rich. The portion of the ramen bowl is just enough to make you full and satisfied. The pork ribs were tasty but very small in size. I wished the ribs were bigger. The broth for the pork rib ramen was also a bit lacking in flavor. Definitely not as flavorful as the Tonkotsu ramen broth. The lumpia was really yummy with the sauce. I would definitely come back here for more food. The staff and servers were also very friendly and nice. read more

We went here for the first time. I didnt take photos but i had the miso with extra egg. The egg was ok could of marinated alittle longer for the sauce to go through the egg. my husband had the first soup which i believe was the combo. He loved it and so did i. We also had appetizers we had the fried tofu. The batter was yummy and so was the tofu. I just wish it had a dip sauce. We will definitely be back on another cold day! First off, Walking into the store feels great. Air conditioning is working, scenery is very welcoming and soothing music. Tables and floor are very clean. Moving on to the service, the waitress working was very attentive and helpful. Lastly the food I ordered was great. I have absolutely no complaints about it. The food came hot , tasty and plentiful for the price. I wholeheartedly believe this is a really good stop for any friends or couples looking to try a casual Asian restaurant. read more

Only chose this place because was looking for place with ramen and musubi. Ordered take out. Ramen was not flavorful and noodles were in the broth in the take out container. Not separated like like other places, so noodles were soggy. Musubi was basic. There are other ramen places in EG that are much better. Service was quick, and had online ordering option, which was good, but that's about it. read more

For being close to home I have to say it's a pretty good spot. I would originally give 3 stars, and reason for that is the black garlic ramen did not come out as hot as I like my ramen. Also I went with a party of 4 and a couple of us had the tonkatsu and a couple had the black ramen. All of our ramens needed to be hotter. The tonkatsu had very mild flavor, I mean when you ask for ramen you want the flavors just bursting and hitting the spot. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the service, yes the service was awesome, very attentive, and a big plus is the soup came out pretty quick too. For those reasons is why I would definitely go back and try it again. read more

Very clean. The people are very nice. The portion size was perfect. The seasoning and flavor was also very good. Don't judge by location - in the strip mall near Bank of the West and Kohls. Both indoor and outdoor seating. I had chicken ramen. Basic order - but was pleased with everything they did. Definitely will be back. read more

For those who are looking for ramen. I would highly recommend this place located off of calvine rd. I ordered the miso ramen and it was so delicious. The broth had a wonderful taste and the noodles were cooked al dente (firm) not your typical thin ramen noodles, it's a little more thicker. The meat was so tender and the portion of the noodles was perfect. I would highly recommend this place and I would eat here again. read more

Even though they are a brand new ramen place, they are by far the least favorite. Service is great and the place is very clean. My girlfriend and I got a Tonkatsu with no spice, Shoyu with spice, and lumpia. Everyone seems to rave about their appetizers and they are right. They came out fresh and pretty good. Unfortunately this is already where the positives end. Judging by other reviews, they are very inconsistent with their ramen. While others said the ramen was overly salted, ours was terribly bland. Even though there were chili flakes floating around in mine, it was nearly identical to spice flavor as the tonkatsu with no spice. That was very disappointing. The ramen also had this distinct smell to it, sour almost. We concluded it must be the bamboo they put in. I'm almost certain it's the same pickled bamboo that comes out of jars from supermarkets. The chashu had to have been the saddest of the meal. They're tiny. Like child size tiny. They have a good Smokey flavor but the size is laughable. I can't really bring myself to recommend anyone to try it here. Maybe their Hawaiian bbq is better but until a couple months go by and a rhythm is found, I wouldn't come back. read more

We ordered take out from here on 2/10/22. We ordered a tonkatsu ramen, bbq mix, bbq beef, geso fry and an extra scoop of Mac salad. Mac salad wasn't creamy not much flavor at all. The bbq mix and bbq beef was the same way. I found it bland. Not sure if we needed to ask for sauce or not since it was our first time there and we got it Togo. However we use siracha and it kind of salvage it a little bit. The ramen was the same way. Didn't really taste like anything. The color looked flavorful but upon fastening the broth it was meh. The soft boil egg was on point tho. Will I try this again probably not. If I want Hawaiian bbq I'll probably stick with my usual restaurant L&L. read more

The only nice thing I can say is that we got our food quickly. The ramen was flavorless, the noodles were still hard, and the other food was rubbery. Not to mention the fact that I immediately had tummy issues after eating it. Super disappointing read more

Came here today with a party of 9 ppl. Customer service is awesome here. Ramen is great and price is decent. The waiter even let us try their new dish, fried squid legs. Noodle soup can be more hot. It came out just warm. Place is clean too. I would definitely come back! read more

My husband and I have ventured to this place for 'dine in or take out' a few times now since it opened. I understand everything has gone up in prices since Covid-19 and everyone is doing what they can to keep up. During our initial visit we dined in (it was in the evening) and the place was empty only one or two other patrons before us. I had the teriyaki chicken with rice and macaroni with vegetables. I found the flavor good and the chicken was tender. The person serving us was attentive to her customers and the place was clean. We continue to go here for lunch/dinner. read more

I was nervous to try Ramen. My son loves Naruto and insisted. I read the reviews from Ramen Q and picked a soup. We doordashed it. When it arrive it wasn't as hot as I was hoping but thats to be expected. I ordered the black garlic ramen and gyoza appetizer. The ramen was good, I wish I ordered the broth with a little more spice. The gyoza was also good but I wasn't a fan of the sauce it came with although my husband really liked it. The fish was incredibly fresh with a perfect amount of rice and high quality nori. I ordered the tempura udon - you really can't go wrong with the tempura here. It has a crisply light batter that is not too thick or oily. My husband got the tonkatsu curry and this always hits. The curry is so aromatic with the warm spices and the katsu is perfectly battered and cooked.

They seemed almost the same, and was recommended because it was suppose to be the most similar to the California roll, but I think I'm going to stick with the Lobster roll the next time. There is also a specialty menu that looks really good!

Instead of correcting their mistake, we now found ourselves having to explain to the Server, twice what actually happened while she took our order, I pointed out to their menu and I said "we wanted to add the $5.00 salad". That was it! We never asked for the Caesar, and specially a "half-order". The Server emphatically refused to correct the mistake. Obviously her decision would have never be my choice, had I been the Server, or the owner of the restaurant. We hate giving bad reviews, but being unnecessarily placed in this awkward position we did not appreciate it.

It's such a fun way to customize your meal and something I don't often see at ramen restaurants. The food absolutely exceeded our expectations. The presentation was beautiful, each bowl looked like it belonged in a food magazine, and we couldn't wait to dig in after taking numerous photos! The first bite had us looking at each other in disbelief. Every dish was bursting with flavor. The broth was rich, complex, and absolutely delicious. It was one of those meals where everyone at the table keeps commenting on how good the food is between bites. I ordered the Hellfire Ramen with tofu, my daughter had the Garlic Punch Ramen, and my mom ordered the Japanese-style dry bowl (similar to bibimbap). Every dish was outstanding. I honestly think I was making happy noises with every bite because everything tasted so good. Even in my very hungry state I did not like it. Tonkotsu broth is light with a good amount of flavor and the noodles cooked well. I found the tsukemen to be the best dish and the dipping broth was the most flavorful and the chilled noodles made them bouncier. Give the tsukemen a try if you're feeling a cold noodle dish! Overall this is good ramen, especially for the portion and price. I've seen restaurants come and go at this location so I hope they do well. I do see that other yelpers love this spot! My standards for ramen are quite high and I have yet to find a ramen that ticks all my boxes in Sac so I don't think I'll find myself back here.
