Presentation and prepared dishes were outstanding! Now comes the Pros and Cons with honest criticism. Pros: 1) Food and drinks are outstanding, no one can object nor disagree to that. If you are having filipino night, you must make sure the rice is served first or have it come out with the main dish. Rice should not be served after the main entrees have already been eaten. 3) Dishes are expensive and quantity does not match up to the price value of the meals. $46 for a meat dish that was small. If you are a big eater, you might be dissapointed on the quantity being served. RICE Bowls are very small for $6. Overall, I would definitely come back. Food was outstanding! Customer Interaction is great. If you dont mind the slow service and enjoy the conversation instead, this place is for you! Definitely made for couples on a first date. About 1-2 minutes later they offered to combine a third table to "reroute" the server path and we were able to eat with my child. Server and rest of staff were great and turned the experience around. Food was delicious including octopus fire, bluefin tuna tasting , Ginza Maki roll , Bixby Roll and the Acebichado. My son and I went on Valentine's Day. The place was decorated with heart balloons and flowers. We have been going to Pollo Inka for 25 years and the last 3 times we went the service was terrible and the food meh. By contrast, this food was so flavorful and the servings were huge. We took half of our food home. I am always looking for ways to support local small businesses so we will be back with the whole family.
