My first time here and I came for a work dinner which means I tried tons of dishes, so buckle in for my speed-run reviews: -Pizzas: white pizza was my favorite, with the mushroom and ham one coming second. Margherita was also a classic and done well. The dough is really nice and fluffy. (Best appetizer- definitely get the pizzas!) -Burrata: creamy with decent straciatella. Was yummy on both the salad and the prosciutto. -Beef Carpaccio: not super tender and not super flavorful, would skip next time -Gnocchi: was well cooked and not dense. -Octopus main course: tender and a huge portion, bread was good too. Loved the olive and tomato sauce but it was a tad salty. -Panna Cotta: raspberry sauce was good, pretty presentation, my favorite of the desserts. -Tiramisu: tasty but not super memorable. -Lemon cake: not very lemony, but still good. Nice presentation too. Service was great, despite us being a big group and ordering basically the entire menu.

A True Taste of Naples in the Upper West Side! Stepping into this pizzeria on the Upper West Side feels like being transported straight to Naples, Italy. The interior decor is absolutely stunning--warm, charming, and full of authentic Neapolitan touches that instantly make you feel like you're dining in a cozy Italian piazza. The personal pizzas are phenomenal--perfectly portioned, with that deliciously thin, slightly charred crust that you only find in Italy. Every bite was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors that took me right back to Naples. And the desserts? Pure heaven. Each one is crafted with flavors that sing of the Amalfi Coast--bright citrus, creamy textures, and just the right amount of sweetness. Truly unforgettable. What really made the experience even better was the staff. So friendly, welcoming, and accommodating--they made sure everything was just right and made us feel like honored guests. If you're looking for an authentic Italian pizzeria experience in NYC, this spot is a must. A beautiful blend of Naples charm and Upper West Side warmth!

Food: I got to try the insalada di pulpo, paccheri genovese, and salsicce e melanzane. The meal started out with complimentary bread and delicious olive oil, always a good start. The insalada was fresh and light with a good quantity of octopus sprinkled throughout, but I wish there was a bit more salt as I found it overall lacking in the flavor department. The genovese pasta was particularly sweet from the cooked down onion ragu that melded well with the soft tender veal, dusting of parmesan, and sprigs of bright basil. I do wish the sauce had a bit more liquidity and oomph. I want that pasta to be swimming in the yummy sauce, but I know it's traditionally more dry. Finally, the best part of the meal was the pizza (not pictured). Topped with a white sauce, fried eggplant, sausage, and cherry tomatoes, it was the perfect bite with that perfect doughy, chewy bite you get from a Neapolitan-style pizza. Very different from a NY slice, but so tasty. You could really taste the quality of the dough in every bite. Bravo! Service: Service was fast and food came flying at a rate I could barely keep up with. Nothing to complain about. Ambiance: The seating is cozy and the atmosphere is very "small neighborhood" Italian spot.

I would 100% recommend this place which is a legit Neapolitan restaurant in the Upper West Side. The food was delicious and the pizza crust traditionally oven baked - soft and flavorful. The service was discreet but timely, and the atmosphere live but not too loud. Thank you for a great dinner experience.

Love love love the food and the atmosphere here. The pizza is incredible: just the right thickness of dough, the crust is light and fluffy, and the sauce is amazing (not sweet). The gnocchi was just as good. It tasted like my Nonna's! The atmosphere here is also very vibey. I have been to the Houston location before and that restaurant felt a lot more causal. This location was nice enough that I chose it for my birthday dinner. Friendly staff, good wine. Made for a great night!

Excellent margherita pie, burrata appetizer, and kids pastas. I also really loved the paccheri special with ragu, but my wife did not, so we'd get something different next time. The outdoor seating was great for my kids on a nice night.

Always the best pizza in NY, and the staff is super nice and friendly Some of my favorites: Eggplant and sausage Margherita Capricciosa Sausage and friarelli Some favorite special pizzas they had on different weekends: Pumpink base with nduja Capocollo, potatoes Porcini and black truffle

Pizza crust is very good...thin, crispy, airy. Napoletana - Anchovy was very good. Not too salty, just the right amount of fishyness. Porcini - very very good. Light, truffle flavor but delicious. Parmigiana - eggplant was very good as well. The favorite is Napoletana with Porcini a close second.

Had Margherita pizza and truffle gnocchi it was delicious. A super cute spot to get a good meal on the upper west side!

Ordered a take out pizza. The burrata pizza was so delicious. Crust was chewy and a nice flavor. The toppings all tasted fresh. Also loved the whole tomatoes. Took longer than it should have to receive the pizza and waited a while at the restaurant.

Family Day at Fordham. Did not have a reservation for Arthur Ave so ventured to the Upper West Side for pizza. After vacationing on the Amalfi coast I had high hopes for this place and it did not disappoint. Friendly welcome on arrival, a couple of aperitivo's and we were ready to try the menu. Meatballs and caesar salad to get things going followed by pizzas and gnocchi. The pizzas definitely took me back to the summer. Perfect crust, great sauce and good quality mozzarella. The missus liked her gnocchi so all good. Tiramisu and coffee and all in all a great experience. It's a tight space and the tables are a little too close together but other than that it's a nice memory of Italy.

I went to the original location some time ago and found it excellent, however I only got a pizza. This time I expanded to pasta, tiramisu, and salad. The salad was fine, but the pasta (with metaballs) were not good - bland and small portion, and the tiramisu was not good at all (not cold enough and not tasty enough). The vibe of the Upper West Side location is different - no more constant Italian chatter, rather Mexican Spanish. Everything is branded, ritzier, more done up. I would give this a 3.5 but wouldn't recommend adventuring beyond the pizza.

The menu has plenty of variety across pastas, seafood, and cocktails, with some unique dishes that made the experience memorable. The drinks were a highlight, and the seafood options stood out the most for me. My Tipsy Tayke: The Fragola Fizz was juicy, fruity, and refreshing. The Forever Summer was another standout, with the smokiness of the mezcal blending really well with the fruit flavors without overpowering them. Both are easy recommendations depending on whether you want something fruity or a little more complex. My Taysty Tayke: Get Down & Dirty, Expeditiously: Seafood Ravioli Unique, flavorful, and packed with different seafood flavors. The ravioli itself was delicate and had a tendency to fall apart, but the flavor made up for it. Standout: Calamari Crispy, seasoned, and enjoyable. It had a slightly chewy texture, but I still found myself going back for more. The Carpaccio wasn't necessarily for me texture-wise, but I really enjoyed the greens and dressing that accompanied it. The garnish felt intentional and helped bring the dish together. The Pappardelle came with plenty of sauce but could have used more flavor overall. The complimentary bread was also tougher and chewier than I prefer. Desserts: The Lemon Sorbet was easily my favorite dessert. Bright, refreshing, and packed with real lemon flavor. The Mango Sorbet was another refreshing option with a smooth tropical sweetness. The Panna Cotta Cheesecake leaned closer to a mousse in texture and was definitely on the sweeter side. I especially enjoyed it with the cherry, which helped balance everything out. Service: Warm and attentive throughout the meal, fitting the inviting atmosphere. Plates From My Visit: Calamari Carpaccio Seafood Ravioli Pappardelle Lemon Sorbet Mango Sorbet Panna Cotta Cheesecake Fragola Fizz Forever Summer In Conclusion: A warm Chelsea Italian spot with strong cocktails, unique seafood dishes, and refreshing desserts. The Seafood Ravioli was the highlight of the savory side, but whatever you do, save room for that Lemon Sorbet. Stamped by Elajas

When we entered the restaurant and took the elevator up to the restaurant, we were delighted to find free wine provided for us to pour in the elevator. Admittedly, it was red wine, so not my favorite, and it did taste cheap, but still appreciated. To start off, we ordered the onion torta, focaccia, and smashed potatoes. The onion torta was surprisingly good and tasted like a form of french onion soup. As a focaccia enthusiast, the focaccia was fluffy and delicious. We also got the charred beans, carrots, ravioli, tagliatelle, ravioli, and trout to share. The charred beans were surprisingly the long beans and not the smaller ones we expected. However, they were very juicy and better than we thought they would be. The rigatoni resembled cacio e pepe with its pepperiness, the tagliatelle tasted like standard red sauce, but i did enjoy the ravioli and the ricotta inside. For dessert, we had the basque cheesecake which was alright, but I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake. Overall, we had a great time at Ci Siamo and I would definitely recommend ordering the focaccia and onion torta and we could have skipped the carrots, beans, trout, and tagliatelle.

It just didn't separate itself from some of the other really good Italian restaurants I've visited. Service was great, the atmosphere was nice, and overall we had a very enjoyable dinner. Just one where my expectations may have been a little higher than the experience delivered.
