Turns out there is some very fine print. Nice problem paid for what I thought I had already for. Finally at home eating. Chicken tenders were very good, small portion but tasty! This place was a 1000/10, definitely a hidden gem. We went to the zoo and Boiling Crab told us there was a 1 1/2 hour wait. & they don't de-vain their shrimp .. disgusting! Super Cajun does clean their shrimp, the service was fast and the cashier was helpful and friendly. The music was great as well! It is a smaller place like 6 tables but definitely worth it. We got 2 combos with shrimp and a chicken strip basket the food was clean and so flavorful. I did the medium spice level and it was spicyyyyyy but not in a bad way, the rice was perfect and the potatoes and corn were cooked to perfection! I left sooooo full didn't even finish it. They have a small parking lot and I've never had any issues finding a spot surprisingly, and if anything - there is street parking in the neighborhood and the grocery store RIGHT there. It doesn't have the same dining atmosphere as boiling/kicking crab if that's what you're looking for, but the shrimp and sauce is always tastier even with the takeout experience Service is always friendly/no-nonsense/rational as well (assuming you're not crazy either). I'm so glad I tried out this place because now I have a new favorite crawfish/cajun place to regular! The seasoning is everything and just right for what I want in a cajun boil, full of flavor, but not overwhelmed by salt. I didn't have one bad crawfish, shrimp, or clam in my bag. For ordering 1+ pounds, a bag comes with potato, broccoli, and sweet corn. I've been here twice now and had good, friendly service both times. This restaurant seems to be more of an express take-out style than other seafood boil places I've been too, but we had a great experience dining in as well, including the paper table cloth and plastic gloves. (Note to management - some salt, pepper, and fresh lemon on the side would make it even better!) I liked their spice level options. I think their "mild" is lighter than the "mild" at other restaurants, which my nose appreciates on a sensitive day. We were a bit hesitant about ordering boba milk tea here, but it the brown sugar boba did not disappoint and satisfied my cravings for the price point. Overall, Super Cajun was a Super Value with very competitive pricing and deals (They have BOGO rice bowls currently). Wow, this was a surprise! Went to get pizza from Domino's and happened to park right in front of Super Cajun. Never heard of it! Walked in and, surprise! surprise! Greeted quite warmly by an Asian man behind the counter. I say "surprise" because I was expecting a N'awlins "soul brother/sister" because of the name. Silly me. I ordered the shrimp with sweet potato fries which came with garlic toast and coleslaw. All "to go." The coleslaw was quite fresh, but just purple and green cabbage, no carrots. It was way "too wet" but flavorful. By the time I got home (15 minutes), the fries were limp and soggy as were the shrimp. All had been covered up and had "steamed" on the drive home. HOWEVER...the shrimp were still absolutely delish...tender and succulent! Great seasoning; not too salty. Bread was "meh." I was expecting a baguette piece, not just sliced, regular bread. I will definitely go back and "dine in" next time to experience the true taste of everything. Will the fries be crisp? The shrimp crusty? We'll see. read more

I believe it was $18.99 for a lb of shrimp and half lb of sausage to quell your boiling crab needs. Comes with rice, broccoli, corn and potatoes. Undercooked-overcooked? It was perfect. They know how a variety of seafood with different timings without overcooking anything by the time it hits your table. They got their timings down. Taste Gf can't spice much these days. I love spicy. Gf's MILD and my MEDIUM had a sufficient kick while still being able to enjoy the food. Cajun fries did the job, although I wish they gave a little more, we had plenty of food. Price This is my favorite part. While I love a great deal, I don't like sacrificing quality. I feel like I can speak on quality because I got a variety of meats for my bday and everything was fantastic. This place does not skimp on quality and you can tell it's not their first rodeo.
