I think the place is understaffed. It took a long time to place our order and a long time to get it. We had to ask for utensils and kept asking for refills. There seemed to be 2 people serving. Some items on the menu say, "coming soon". And they were out of a few items in addition to those. I think this place has potential, but they might have opened too soon. They need to tighten everything up and troubleshoot their procedures. Seafood hotpot was ok but lacked flavor which is odd as it had a lot of seafood. Some bowls had a lot of broth and some had a little. Consistency may be an issue. I will definitely go back in a few months once they have ironed out the kinks. read more

We got there around 1 pm on a Friday and it was not that busy. The service was quick and attentive, but you can also order through a QR code that is provided at the table. We both ordered beef and mild spice level, and we were able to adjust what we wanted to remove via the QR code. Was pretty happy with the food here it was fresh and tasted of good quality, only part would be we ordered a Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Soup and was too spicy, I like spicy but not as much as when I was younger it seems to take away from the flavor of some food when too spicy. read more

Disappointed. We came in at 9:15 and where told we could not eat inside because last call for kitchen is 9:10. It's a shame because we saw 2 other groups already eating so we were really sad we couldn't eat inside. I still think they could've had us dine in but they were worried we were going to stay to long and I'm sure they just wanted to go home. We opted to order takeout. We got beef Szechuan and thai soup. Both were ok just ok. We also got the Mala skewers which we did not enjoy at all, they were kind of dry and the dipping sauce it same with was so oily. Anyways the main reason this is a 2 star is because when we got our order to go we even mentioned that some soup was already spilling and they said it was because of 1 cup of rice they put on top of it. They did not properly secure the soups, it was a mess. We did not finish any of it. We ate about 1/4 of the Thai soup and 1/2 of the other. read more

We liked the Thai style soup and the pork they use is super yummy. The miso soup we ordered was supposed to be mild but ended up being more spicy than the medium Thai soup we ordered. Also, they did not have ketchup for the sweet potato fries (the fries were amazing though). Food overall was solid, however I'm knocking stars down because the bathroom was literally disgusting with a large pee puddle that was not cleaned up and water all along the floor. We opted for the beef hot pot and the Taiwanese flavor hot pot, along with some sides like fried calamari and Takoyaki. It's just okay... nothing special The food was tasty but the meat came out already cooked when Taiwanese hot pot traditionally has raw ingredients brought out for you to cook to your liking in the simmering pot. Also the sauce cups were very tiny, they just gave us 2oz ramekins, would be nice if they gave us a bigger bowl. I just ended up using the bowl that the noodles came in. This review is based solely on the "healthy veggie" hot pot. It was just a bunch of raw vegetables in watery broth. I guess this is one of those places that throws a random veggie option on the menu to appease vegetarians who come with their meat-eating friends. But if you're going to offer a veggie option as one of the main options on your menu, especially if you're charging $18+ for it, at least try to make it decent. I understand that the hot pot comes to the table with the flame still burning under it so that it "cooks" things a bit more, but I want to emphasize that all the veggies were completely raw and flavorless when the pot arrived at my table. I want to talk about service first - sometimes you go somewhere and meet people and you just want to interact with them more, want to give them money, you just want them to succeed. That is how the service here is. You want them to do great and be around. The young man serving us was so kind, so accommodating, he WANTED our experience to be great and it was. Clearly, whoever raised his was lovely and whoever trained him did a great job. Now on to the food - I loved it. You choose a hot pot and can customize any way you want.
